The room was very comfortable and very clean with a well stocked mini bar (chargeable). All the staff we met were pleasant - check in staff made a real effort to be welcoming. We had drinks in the lobby area one night (kids not allowed in the bar) and ate breakfast there both mornings. It was only on the second morning that we realised there is a breakfast menu that we could have chosen instead of adding on the full breakfast. This would have been a better option for us with the kids and the menu itself was very nice with items not available on the buffet. The buffet itself was lovely with great choice and good quality. Overall I really enjoyed the hotel but did find it disappointing that kids are not really allowed anywhere in the evenings except the lobby. I would still stay there again if we got a good deal as the location is great and it is very comfortable and quiet."
