Arriving for the night at 9.30pm, we at least expected to be able to get a hot drink. Shared bathroom not ideal for those who need the toilet in the night. The bathroom was so tight that there was only room to stand sideways to get to the over bath shower. Also there was quite a flight of concrete steps to get up with a case. Again, not ideal for pensioners. Once in the room, which was clean and neat, the bed mattress was very worn, with every spring palpable. The room was warm and fairly quiet though, which was good, given the location on a main road. The other guests also thought that they would have private bathroom facilities and were very unhappy about the shared facilities. A small TV in the room would have been nice to relax to before sleep."

Wasted an entire day of my London vacation dragging luggage around while trying to contact VRBO through chat, email and phone calls. They claimed they would guarantee it but waited so late in the day that everything was booked up. It takes around 30/40 minutes to get in London Bridge Train Station from Sundridge Park Station. The train station is only 5 minutes walking from the flat.

We live in a high standart flat with 2 storeys. It is a family home, where l live with my husband and my 4 years old son.

The guest room and the private guest WC are upstais.
This level  has an office as well .

You will have a very private space, huge and well supplied.
Everything is refreshed every day and the room is cleaned daily as well. You will have a hotel feeling, but having the cosiness of a room with everything you will need for a confortable  stay.

The bathroom is located downstairs, wich is shared, but only with my son. It is sparkling.

The flat is well maintened and decorated, and spotless above all.

The unique thing about this accommodation is that it is not just a bedroom, but a very large space with everything you need for a confortable stay, as bedside tables, table lamps and a spacious wardrobe.

There is a table with chair that can be used as a dressing table or for studying/work.

My flat is a very cozy, colourful and peaceful place situated in a beautiful, green, private and residential area in the suburb of SE London . It is the perfect space to chill and restore and it has a very calming energy. There's a balcony overlooking at a communal garden with a pond, happy ducks and a weeping willow tree.
The flat is located 15 mins away on foot from Bromley South Station, where you can get trains to central London and be there in 20 mins time. Buses are also available.

This is the flat I live in and that I put on Air BnB when I am away. You will have access to the whole unit which will be clean and tidy before your arrival however, please expect to find some of my belongings there .
