If you are coming by car, there is also a parking space available, however, that is 12 mins walk and you need the keys to get in :) The apartment as such is spacious, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The space was clean, however, it is visible that the aparment is not new. As the apartment is on the 9th floor, it can get very hot during the summer time. The window in the main bedroom is hard to open, but managable with some patience. As for the kitchen - enough coffee,tea, creamer, salt and pepper. To cook for more than 2 people can get a bit tricky, especially for breakfast - there is only 1 small pan available and the plates do not fit into the microwave :) otherwise toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine - all available. The wifi is moderate, but not the best speed. For us it was an OK place, however, we were hoping for better quality for the amount."

Bathroom needs new grouting on the floor and would be useful to put a rail or some hooks along the wall as it’s empty but there’s no where to hang your towels if there are more than one of you. Overall was fine for sleeping and as a base while in Brighton, and location is excellent."
