As part of a 16th century cottage in the centre of Shere our accommodation offers a perfect base for a few days in the country. If you've seen the film 'Holiday' with Cameron Diaz and Jude Law you will recognise our house ! Completely self contained and with separate access you can come and go as you please. Use the south facing private terrace for outside eating, sipping an evening gin and tonic, or just sun bathing. Everything is to the highest standard.
There is a main bedroom ; a second bedroom with sofa bed ; a sitting room with a sofa bed and TV ; a fully equipped kitchen ; and finally a private family bathroom offering a shower and bath.

My two-bed flat is in a beautiful, listed Regency-era building with art deco features. It has one large double bedroom with a superking-size bed and a small spare room with a comfy single bed. The flat is light, spacious and comfortable, with a large living/ dining room area. Having bern my home for a decade, it is very well furnished and equipped. It is half an hour's walk to the city centre, and there is a bus stop just opposite.

The space
The flat is in a beautiful old Regency-era building and used to be either a ballroom (!) or a chapel, as suggested by the stained glass windows in the master bedroom.

The main living/dining area is very spacious and has a big TV.

The guest bedroom is small, but it has a comfy bed in it and a window that looks onto the lovely cottages at the back.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with some shelf space for you to stock up if you so wish.

The space
Our private Ground floor fully contained one bedroom cottage is located in a row of historic terraces house in the heart of Puttenham village , opening onto the Hops fields to the rear with direct access to miles of countryside, the village recreation ground and the short walk to the pub.
The fully equipped kitchen has an induction stove as well as an aga, large fridge and washer dryer making this an ideal location for longer stays . The living room has comfy couch and small dining table, with dedicated desk and fast wi fi . The separate bedroom has a wardrobe, double bed, and an ensuite modern shower room. The unit has its own entrance via the exclusive use garden a lovely deck and barbecue and free parking on the street. Please note The bins are shared with our flat above where by daughter stays. Which has use of the front street facing garden . We live a few doors down so are always around for help and advice. .

The cottage is the entire ground floor of a terrace house, with its own entrance and private garden. There is a separate Maisonette flat above, with its own access, where my daughter stays. She is on hand for any queries or emergencies.

Your room is in the basement of our main house with your own private entrance, with a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine/dryer) and full bathroom. You will sleep on a top quality new king size bed. Bed linen, fluffy towels, toiletries, hair dryer, tea/coffee tray, TV, free WiFi are all provided. A good range of breakfast options will be available in the kitchen.
The newly decorated bright sitting room is a great addition. Working will be easy at the new desk. Soft lighting makes this an ideal place to relax too.

Spacious studio flat, separate entrance up a fight of stairs, parking right outside on our driveway. Comfortable king sized bed, sofa and table/desk. Beautiful views over our private garden, but please do not access the garden without permission. (Do not access beyond the 5 bar gate).

Recently completed flat with own access next to our modern house. You are within a 5 minute walk to the river and High Street, and a 10 minute walk to the station. The setting is very quiet and the flat has been built to a high standard with a wonderful picture window giving the impression of being in the trees, and solar shading to keep the other aspect cool. A full kitchen and good sized shower room. We have resident's car parking vouchers we can provide at extra cost (£2/day)
