- "Fantatsic, i was on a business trip and work there regularly. I will be making this hotel my regular stay" - "The building and designs in communal areas were lovely, beautiful decor, clean and friendly staff. A girl who appeared to be of mixed heritage present for breakfast was extremly helpful. Likewise the front of house reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Check in was quick and the hotel is very close to the high street. The breakfast had a good selection but need to be hotter. If you are going to use the sauna or stream be minded to book early as when we went it was fully booked. We'd booked this hotel over others due to the spa so was disappointed. The gym is small but enough equipment to enjoy a workout. The actual room is a but dated to be honest not that dis similar to refurbished holiday inn's thar over stayed in actually some of those rooms were of better quality. The door had a massive crack in it, the chair was very worn. There was dust on the desk side lamps looked extremly worn and discoloured, AC was not working. It was not awful but feel it needs a refurb. The bed was comfy the room was located in a quiet area and i enjoyed a good nights sleep. The bathroom is well present and decorated lovely. We did not eat in the resturant attached but it looked busy and the menu looked delicious will try next time. Overall would stay again."

Upon booking the room details stated it sleeps 4 people, I even msg’d the property to confirm as it had a choice of single of double beds, which we asked for single beds. No response from the hotel. Upon arrival guests were told it doesn’t sleep 4 and staff were rude and less than accommodating. They offer another room for more than the cost of the first room. 2 out of the 4 had to find nearby accommodation with no help or support from the hotel. The 2 that stayed were extremely disappointed in the room. Room smelt like wet dog, damp and dirty. Beds extremely uncomfortable. "
