- "This is a small pub/inn which is unpretentious, friendly and welcoming. The rooms open off a courtyard behind the pub so are set back from the road and away from the pub itself so there was no noise. Our bed was very comfortable, the towels and bedding looked new and our room was attractively decorated. I believe this is under new management and the owners are busy upgrading many aspects of the whole place and they have plans to serve food once the kitchen is finished. Georgeous property in idyllic scenic location for families to get together for a relaxing home from home experience. Cozy in winter with woodburning stoves. Just 3 miles from the historic and affluent shopping town of Guildford and only 40 minutes from London by train. Lofty kitchen and eclectic living space make for a friendly atmosphere to create great meals together and play games. Every room is unique. The house is situated in and AONB,( area of outstanding natural beauty) in the Surrey Hills. It cannot be used as a venue for parties and loud music, however. The Surrey Hills are mecca for cyclists and for keen walkers. Close to Winkworth Arboretum. Bramley Golf Course is also just a 3 minute drive away.

Restaurant choice in area is excellent. 5 minutes from Grantley Arms in Wonersh and the Jolly Farmer in Bramley. Kinghams in Shere is very special, with consistently high quality food and service, bookings essential.
The village of Bramley is well equipped with shops and includes a greengrocer and well renowned butcher who seek out quality local produce. Waitrose and Sainsburys are just 10 minutes away in another historic town Godalming.

The river Wey has a lovely towpath for long hikes if the hills aren’t your thing. This runs between Godalming and Guildford. Boats can also be hired from Farncombe boat house.

The village of Shere - is a famous set for several movies including The Holiday is 6 miles away which is a great destination for a day out to include fabulous circular walks to the Silent Pool Gin distillery the secluded gem of a pub William IV or up to NorthDowns Way Newlands Corner - with fabulous views.

The house itself is beautifully presented with a (well equipped) kitchen/dining room providing a great central space. With the inclusion of the fifth bedroom there was plenty of room for six adults and three children. The garden provides a great area for children to play, along with a very large covered decking area with bbq which is perfect on a warm evening. Sarah was a wonderful host, very quick to respond to queries and very accommodating. She provided several extra touches that really made a difference to our stay. This includes one set per your stay, should you require additional towelling or linen please request this or if you have opened a fresh pack even if you use only a few items there will be a charge of £30 per pack - each pack contains fresh linen, large and small towels.

Any sort of parties, gatherings or events are strictly not permitted, the property is for accommodation purposes only for the guests staying. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise or any activity that would disturb the neighbours. If it's been reported that there are any parties or events or noise disturbance then you may be required to leave the property immediately without the remaining nights being refunded. There is a charge of £500 if any evidence of a party, gathering or event at the property have been found exclusive of any charges relating to damages or additional cleaning costs to get the property in good order again. We trust you will respect the property and neighbours during your stay.

You are required to keep the place reasonably clean and tidy - no dirty dishes left over or excessive rubbish to be disposed of as this is not included in the cleaning charge. If the place is very messy or untidy or there is excessive rubbish to be disposed of then we will need to request an extra cleaning fee.

This is a pleasant single room upstairs in a shared house, close to the shared shower room. It has a small desk under the window and a single bed at the back, although there is space for a double bed here which could be an option for longer term guests.

A cosy, comfy and spacies single room is available , the house is located in a cul-de-sac, not far from town centre, close to amenities, local shops and surgeries. private car park.
It might look a bit far from town centre, according to the indication from the map, hence we have two buses running regularly from here to town and uni, and back.
There's a wood not far from the house to explore, a leisure centre to keep fit and relax.

A basic clean room in Guildford in a well maintained shared house. The house has six rooms in total with four rooms being occupied by long term tenants and two being available for shorter stays at the moment.

The space
All rooms have separate locking doors, there is a shared kitchen and two shared bathrooms. The bathrooms both have a toilet, shower and sink although the upstairs bathroom with a walk in shower is substantially nicer and the downstairs one is more of a spare. There is a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher and also a rear garden with a patio. Next to the kitchen is a small shared room with a dining table. The property does not have a lounge with sofas or such like. The internet is fast with excellent wifi coverage thorough the property.

Guests will have their own room (single occupancy) and shared access to the kitchen, both bathrooms, rear garden and the small utility area for the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Other things to note
The property is licensed with Guildford Council as an HMO (House of Multiple Occupation) and this is why only single occupancy is available despite the rooms being double rooms in size.

Small end terraced house, with small garden, home from home. Close to town centre and train station, country walks. 40 minutes train to London and good for other places. Pets: two house/garden rabbits, and Lucy Dog all friendly. Guests come and stay through out year. Great for university and business park stays, for people who don't want 5 star hotel but family home, it is the hosts home shared with you. Check in between 3pm to 9pm and leave by 11am.

Bedroom 1 airbnb room in loft conversion, 2 single beds, your own space and you have access to the whole house lounge kitchen, bathroom garden etc, small on the outside, rabbit warren on the inside, lovely garden, home from home.

Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds in loft conversion and more private space.

Bedroom 2 single bed or can be made into double, that has access to house bathroom people walk through to main bathroom, we also have a downstairs toilet room.

Please do not use the Royal Mugs in the display cabinet in the dining / kitchen there are plenty of mugs in the tall cupboard in the kitchen. or Pottery displayed in other cabinet.

Works for people needing a base to visit the areas around and within 40-90 minutes are London, Brighton, Portsmouth. 5-10 minutes away, Surrey University, Guildford Cathedral, Guildford Town Centre and South Downs way. And / Or just relax in garden.

Works especially well for people needing access to Surrey University or business park or families not looking for hotel standards but home from home and have full use of the house.

One booking is just yourself and your family or friends (who pay extra children under 12 free) and myself, sometimes Justin is home on a monday but no other airbnb guests.

Make yourself at home and relax and switch off. House works well if you remember most rooms are accessible for something. eg Bathroom is accessed by walking through the bedroom on the first floor. Justin is home sometimes on a Monday in that room.

The Rabbits and Lucy dog has access to the whole house too.

Please do not use the Royal Mugs in the display cabinet there are plenty of mugs in the tall cupboard in the kitchen.

My two-bed flat is in a beautiful, listed Regency-era building with art deco features. It has one large double bedroom with a superking-size bed and a small spare room with a comfy single bed. The flat is light, spacious and comfortable, with a large living/ dining room area. Having bern my home for a decade, it is very well furnished and equipped. It is half an hour's walk to the city centre, and there is a bus stop just opposite.

The space
The flat is in a beautiful old Regency-era building and used to be either a ballroom (!) or a chapel, as suggested by the stained glass windows in the master bedroom.

The main living/dining area is very spacious and has a big TV.

The guest bedroom is small, but it has a comfy bed in it and a window that looks onto the lovely cottages at the back.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with some shelf space for you to stock up if you so wish.
