Separate in-law recently completed has own kitchen, bathroom and media centre. This large sunny room has a great view and separate entrance or can be opened up to rest of house. This room comfortably sleeps three.

For a little bit of luxury and peace of mind in one of London's nicest neighbourhoods. Our 5-bedroom home is just a 5 min-walk from the Thames & Richmond Park and walking distance from Kingston town centre. Parties and events are not allowed.

Our three story home has plenty of space with one of London's nicest kitchens, dining, living & music rooms, a study and 5 bedrooms with 5 beds, a pull-out couch, 3 1/2 baths, a giant yard and garden out back, a 2-bay driveway. The study, kitchen, dining, living & music rooms are all spacious, rustic & sunny.

Upstairs, there are 5 proper bedrooms. None of them are "box rooms" Downstairs, the front room - with the pull out sofa - can be closed off to serve as a 6th. Three of the house's bedrooms are en suite.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk-in closet and a bathroom and shower. On the same floor, three more bedrooms share one beautiful bathroom with both a shower and a tub. They are kids' rooms but work very well for adults as well! Two of those bedrooms have double size beds while the third has a single.

The (spacious) bedroom in the loft has a double size bed and its own bathroom with a shower and separate tub. It's a sort of family guest apartment minus a kitchen. Very nice. The loft also has a view of Richmond Park. Sorry, folks, but parties and events are not allowed.

The whole house, garden and 2-bay driveway. Guest passes for a third car in the restricted street parking can be arranged if discussed in advance for an additional nominal charge. Did we mention we've got Spotify, Sonos and three different listening zones?

The studio is not located in central London but within the suburbs with good transport links.

Although you will have complete privacy on the first floor, the whole house is shared; two other studio rooms and on the ground floor, is where I live.
Finding the house is easy using the postcode with maps on your phone.
Having a car around here is recommended as we have free parking and the train station is more than a 10/15 min walk away.
However, the bus stop is very close by (2 min walk) and buses are very regular, as usual in London Suburbs (approx every 7-10 mins).

Transport from Richmond station:
371 Bus route (via Kingston), get off at 'Latchmere Road' bus stop. This is a 2-minute walk from the house.

Uber from Richmond Station:
10-15 mins (20-25 mins in rush hour) and this can cost a minimum, £8-10.

Latchmere is the neighbour of the award-winning Village of Petersham, both of which are located between Richmond and Kingston Train stations. Latchmere is slightly closer to Kingston however, this cul-de-sac and surrounding roads fall into Richmond-Upon Thames Borough Council, making it a well-looked after and clean neighbourhood.

Unlike most areas in London, it is peaceful and quiet in its surroundings and the community has a clear abundance of respect for the neighbourhood.

Apart from the beautiful Richmond Park, it is filled with greenery such as Petersham Medows, Ham Common and Latchmere Green. You would never think this picturesque village could be positioned so well for access into Central London if needed.

Let yourself in and head straight upstairs to the first floor (1st) and find the door on your left. This will be your private studio.

Small cul-de-sac of 1970 terrace houses.
Plenty of parking around the side of the house, there is a little residents car park there. Once/if you have parked, the entrance to the house is back around the front.

You will share a small communal hallway with possible guests staying in the two other studio rooms. This can be between one and four guests.

Your studio comes with a comfortable double bed, small fold up dining table, TV with Chromecast (where you can connect your phone or laptop/tablet), a work space, your own fully equipped kitchen and a good-sized shower room.

This house is located in a peaceful residential area, so we kindly ask that you respect our neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10 pm. Please note that we provide a complimentary initial supply of tea, coffee, and sugar, but guests will need to provide their own supplies if they run out. We provide all guests with fresh towels and linens, and we can also offer mid-stay cleans and linen changes for an additional cost. Additionally, Roost does not provide storage for luggage, personal belongings, or mail, and cannot accept post or packages under any circumstances. Guests are not permitted to use the property's post boxes, and any mail received will be returned to sender. Lost property must be collected within 14 days of checkout, after which it will be disposed of. Hampton Court is a walk across the park/along the river. Direct trains into London Waterloo (33 mins), Wimbledon, Richmond and Twickenham (15 mins).
Easy links to Heathrow/Gatwick airports.

The space
A perfect spot to explore Surrey and Central London and easy links to Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
Tea/coffee making facility in the room plus snacks.
The communal areas of the house are cleaned daily.
I would respect your preferences about your own room.

Guest access
Strictly room only with no access to kitchen or private areas.
There is no formal breakfast provided but there will be a kettle in the room plus tea and coffee and snacks and fruit.
I normally pop into the room each day to open windows and fill the kettle.
I like to keep the house as a quiet and gentle space and I hope that guests will appreciate and respect this.
Please no smoking in the house or garden.

During your stay
I am always available by phone and I am rarely very far away!

This an old house. Lots of character. Stairs are a bit narrow but they have never been a problem. But I would like to point this out to anyone with disabilities or the elderly.

I have lived here for 2 years but I have been a super host at another address since 2018. Nice newly decorated double room Green spaces , Bushy Park- Hampton Court Palace close by. Bus ride to Twickenham Stadium. Excellent shopping facilities in Kingston is a 15 minute walk. I live alone at the property. I am not here too much . I am very quiet. My interests are outdoors, walking rowing and kayaking. I can be contacted if needed. 2 guests only if approved by me . AT Extra Charge.

The space
I live in a 2 level maisonette. It has 2 bedrooms. 1 bathroom 1 kitchen 1 flight of stairs.

There is s grab handle in the shower to make it easier to get in and out of the shower.

Please be mindful of the shower screen as it is close to the sink/wash hand basin.

Guest access
Guest's can use the kitchen bathroom bedroom.
On my working days I have to use the shower at 6.30am.
I'm gone by 7am.

During your stay
Check in on WEDNESDAY Only is 6pm - 8pm
Mon Thurs Fri Sat Sun check in is at 3pm - 8pm


I try to be around when a guest arrives. I work so can't always be here . But I have a key safe

Cosy single bedroom in contemporary, stylish house. The room has a large wardrobe and underbed storage plus a guest bed/sofa and tv. A walk-in shower room and toilet on the ground floor is for private use of guest.
Longer term bookings an option.

The space
The room is in a house which is shared with the live-in landlady and there is also another double room on the same floor for airbnb guest who have their own bathroom. Shared kitchen and dining/lounge area.

Based on current COVID19 restrictions all precautions are taken to allow for safe and regularly sanitised surroundings. Disinfectant sprays and cleaning products are readily available as well as face masks which are worn and social distancing is followed at all times. Given the layout of the house it is possible to keep to social distancing and with no unnecessary contact with the landlady.

During your stay
I am a self employed artist working from home. I do respect my guests privacy and try to stay out of their way best I can but if help is required I am there for you.
I do use the kitchen to prepare meals but have my own loft space where I eat.

Double bedroom (no. 5) in a Victorian semi-detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac, with a shared kitchen, bathroom & shower-room.

The house is very close to Kingston town centre, which is only a 10 min. walk away. The university is close by, with the Art faculty next door.

There are my two small terrier dogs, Gertie & Nellie, also living in the house.

There is restricted on-street parking and maybe free parking bays around the corner, please see further information.

The space
The house is very close to the shops and transport links of Kingston upon Thames.

Being an old Victorian house, it is a little quirky and very homely.

The bedroom is 3.05m x 2.3m and bed is a 1200mm (4') double.

There is a TV in the bedroom.

Sorry, don't have off street parking although there is limited on street parking.

Also, i don't have space to securely leave a bicycle.

Guests will have access to the bathroom and shower-room, both of which are on the ground floor, the kitchen and the dining room.
