However, all of the door handles were loose and ready to fall off. Shower doors are corroded. It could use a fresh coat of paint, a change of carpet on the stairs, more comfortable beds, and a couple more chairs in the living room. The cleaner had done the laundry from the last guests and left it out drying in the dining room and on radiators. A bit of TLC is needed to make this a great property. Easy check in. The host was quick to respond to all inquiries."

- "We very much enjoyed our stay for three nights at this property. We are a family of five (2 adults, 3 kids ages 15, 12, 10). Extremely convenient to Blackfriars and Thameslink Station for getting around London. Toured the Tower of London, Burrough Market, Westminster Abby, Buckingham Palace, Wimbledon, the National Gallery, Chelsea FC, among other sites. Short walk across the Thames to a performance at the Globe Theatre one evening - great experience. At the end of our visit, we caught an early morning Eurostar train to Paris by taking a short journey from Thameslink to St. Pancras. Many restaurants near property to choose from. It was actually quite nice to be in the heart of the bustling financial district each day rather than among throngs of tourists, so we could experience more of the typical everyday London life. Property was clean with a full kitchen though we did not cook - just stored items from local grocery stores for breakfast and snacks. Apartment is on third floor of building - required walking up stairs but no issue at all for our family. Definitely recommend this property to others!"

The lovely apartment is on the lower ground floor via stairs only.
The spacious main living area is on the other side of the apartment. It has a comfortable sofa bed and TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. There is also a work desk and a dining table for four if guests fancy dining.
The kitchen is separate from the living area and comes equipped with all the cooking essentials, such as an electric stove, an oven, and a toaster.
The well-lit bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite. The bribe is fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure you sleep comfortably.
The two bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, such as a bathtub with an attached shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned before your arrival.

There is use of a shared kitchen. The property is located on the second floor (walk up, there is no lift) in a corner building above a traditional English pub in a striking corner building that dates back to 1676 when it was The Grecian Coffee House.
The Space:
Once inside the property, you are within a very generous bedroom with own shower room, lots of hanging space, desk, safe for documents, small fridge and wardrobe. The space benefits from air conditioning. We know how important it is for people with special dietary requirements to prepare food for themselves rather than rely on the understanding and cooperation of restaurants and you may not want to eat out all the time, so we make sure you have the added choice of self catering in the form of a shared kitchen with six other similar rooms. Of course, there are plenty of pots and pans, cutlery and crockery for you to use as well as a microwave, hob, oven, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. This room can also be used to store luggage if you arrive before check in or need to store your bags after the check out time.
The bedroom has a freshly made bed with hotel quality bed linen, wardrobes with hangers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, TV, more air conditioning and good quality towels for all guests. The modern shower room provides some toiletries on arrival. We also put together a small welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and some snacks for when you arrive.
Good quality wifi is available in all our properties to help you plan your day's sightseeing, catch up on some work, keep in touch with friends and family back home or simply to relax after a busy day in the capital.

The National Theatre's hub in the Southbank Centre is host to some of the best plays in the world.

Our window looked out into a small street. A charming pub on the corner and another one a block away, as well as a small grocery store, plenty of cafés and gorgeous buildings all around. It was a great central location for us to walk all around the various neighborhoods nearby. The room was good for the two of us (as a couple) or for a single person. The common kitchen was clean and had a stove, cooking supplies, as well as a hot water, kettle, coffee, and tea. A nice, safe, quiet & charming location."

- "A bonus having a fridge in the room and access to a shared kitchen. No towel change throughout stay, and only one mini shower gel per room per stay which was not enough. Tea and coffee sachets left in kitchen variable so second visit I brought tea and coffee. I would definitely stay again if visiting London." - "Pod 5 was a bright room with good facilities - fridge, hairdryer, safe, iron and ironing board. Being able to warm up a pizza or some soup makes it a good choice over a hotel room. Wasn't sure about a shared kitchen when booking, but it worked well. Because of this facility we are considering returning later in the year. The only problems were minor - the sink was slow draining but we didn't get around to reporting it at the time. One mini bottle of shower gel wasn' t enough for two people staying five nights. Not many tea or coffee sachets available, maybe could put some in each room. I put a dirty towel outside the door on day 3 which was taken away, but not replaced. I had to use the hand towel after showering for the rest of the stay."

- "Ok, so ignoring the 4 flights of stairs to get to the second floor room which was difficult with a heavy case, the room was spotless, the air con worked properly, the water was piping hot and the room itself was quiet overnight. Obviously other residents leaving at 6am didn't help but on the whole a peaceful sleep was had. The bed was extremely comfortable and the tv worked well. No tea or coffee in the room which was a shame as for £130 a night I would have expected it and no one came in to clean while I was there although to be fair I didn't need it. The shower head doesnt stay up on the rail so you had to duck to get your head under it but the hot water was plentiful. Would I stay again, yes if the prices stayed reasonable."

We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to visit in London, and when we couldn't walk, the tube station was very close. The theatre district and the Embankment were minutes away. The flat was modern and comfortable. There were two popular bars on the lower level, and although there were crowds each night, the noise never kept us up. The AC was very much appreciated as we arrived in London during a heat wave."

The property is located on the first floor (walk up, there is no lift) in a corner building above a traditional English pub in a striking corner building that dates back to 1676 when it was The Grecian Coffee House.
The Space:
Once inside the property, you are within a very generous bedroom with own shower room, lots of hanging space, desk, safe for documents, small fridge and wardrobe. The space benefits from air conditioning. We know how important it is for people with special dietary requirements to prepare food for themselves rather than rely on the understanding and cooperation of restaurants and you may not want to eat out all the time, so we make sure you have the added choice of self catering in the form of a shared kitchen with six other similar rooms. Of course, there are plenty of pots and pans, cutlery and crockery for you to use as well as a microwave, hob, oven, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. This room can also be used to store luggage if you arrive before check in or need to store your bags after the check out time.
The bedroom has a freshly made bed with hotel quality bed linen, wardrobes with hangers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, TV, more air conditioning and good quality towels for all guests. The modern shower room provides some toiletries on arrival. We also put together a small welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and some snacks for when you arrive.
Good quality wifi is available in all our properties to help you plan your day's sightseeing, catch up on some work, keep in touch with friends and family back home or simply to relax after a busy day in the capital.

The imposing Royal Courts of Justice are around the corner and the nearest underground stations are Temple and Blackfriars although Covent Garden and the City are within easy walking distance. It's central yet leafy and very quiet in the evenings and weekends but so central to access so much on foot. Highlights include The Oxo Tower, Tate Modern, London Film Museum, London Transport Museum (better than it sounds!), Somerset House right next door for Christmas ice skating, Rules which is a British institution, Monmouth Coffee for without doubt the best coffee in London, Theatreland on your doorstep with over 40 venues and Forbidden Planet for cult sci fi and comic merchandise. The National Theatre's hub in the Southbank Centre is host to some of the best plays in the world.
Getting Around:
Superb transport links including three underground tube stations just a few minutes' walk: Covent Garden for Piccadilly line, Blackfriars for Thameslink, Circle and District and, the nearest, Temple for Circle and District Lines.
The London Stadium can be reached in 50 minutes by taking the Central line direct to Stratford, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is under an hour away by taking the Circle line and then Overland train to Silver Street and Wembley is also reachable within the hour by taking the Circle and Jubilee lines. Ideal for solo travellers, couples or extended families. Nearest stations are Temple (District and Circle lines), Blackfriars (Circle, District and Thameslink services to Gatwick and Luton airports) or Covent Garden (Piccadilly line).

We offer flexible check-in and check-out times, however where we have guests coming or leaving the same day we may apply check-in times after 15:00 and check-out times before 11:00.
Late check-in needs to be pre-arranged and confirmed with us at least 3 days before arrival and they are subject to the following charges for arrival between these times:
From 19:00 to 22:00 - £40
From 22:00 to 00:00 - £65
From 00:00 to 7:00 - £100
*These prices may differ during public holidays (e.g. Christmas Day the charge will be £100 and checkin has to be before 18:00 latest)
These fees need to be paid in advance and cannot be paid at the property.
If your arrival time is delayed beyond 1 hour then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the delay however we may need to re-arrange the check-in time or for you to collect the keys from us if we have other pre-arranged commitments.
If you stay beyond your agreed check-out time you will be liable to pay for an extra night at your average nightly price.
The cleaning fee covers cleaning and preparation of the property for your stay as well as a set of fresh linen and towelling provided for each guest. This includes one set per your stay, should you require additional towelling or linen please request this or if you have opened a
fresh pack even if you use only a few items there will be a charge of £30 per pack - each pack contains fresh linen, large and small towels.
Any sort of parties, gatherings or events are strictly not permitted, the property is for accommodation purposes only for the guests staying. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise or any activity that would disturb the neighbours. If it's been reported that there are any parties or events or noise disturbance then you may be required to leave the property immediately without the remaining nights being refunded. There is a charge of £500 if any evidence of a party, gathering or event at the property have been found exclusive of any charges relating to damages or additional cleaning costs to get the property in good order again. We trust you will respect the property and neighbours during your stay.
You are required to keep the place reasonably clean and tidy - no dirty dishes left over or excessive rubbish to be disposed of as this is not included in the cleaning charge. If the place is very messy or untidy or there is excessive rubbish to be disposed of then we will need to request an extra cleaning fee.
There is a strictly no smoking policy inside or in any outside spaces (which includes garden spaces, balconies, terraces or patios) belonging to the accommodation, if this policy is not adhered to a charge of GBP 150.00 will be applied.
No pets are allowed unless shown on the listing as permitted or expressly agreed with the owner.
Lost keys, damaged keys or getting locked out will incur a charge starting from £100 for replacement depending on the type of key and time required or getting you back in the property if you have locked yourself out.
We do not accept Cash payment for any of the charges mentioned above.
