The unit I ended up in was a bit older than the pictures suggested but I figure that's just down to differences between units. Area was very central with many food and entertainment options. Only caveat is that it could get a bit loud on a Friday and Saturday night which wasn't an issue for me as it was the weekend. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a central location with some flexibility."

We are proud to offer a fully furnished and serviced self catering executive townhouse in central Basingstoke. Perfectly situated in the leafy countryside town of North Hampshire, this 3 story townhouse is a great base to explore the town, its rich heritage, and the local countryside, and with both central London, the New Forest, and the south coast all under an hour's drive or train away, its position offers a wonderful base to explore the local area.
With the vibrant town centre and Festival Place shopping centre only a 3 minute walk away, and Basingstoke railway station less than a 10 minute walk away, you don't even need a car to access all the local amenities. There is parking for up to 2 cars, so if you are bringing your car, you can also explore the traditional local pubs nearby, the recreational parks, the historic gardens, and a host of fabulous golf courses.
Sleeping up to 6 persons, the house offers a well equipped kitchen diner and outside decked seating area, a lounge with a 40" flatscreen TV with cable, DVDs,and board games, a master bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite, a second bedroom with play area for children, a library/ 3rd bedroom, and a functional office with wireless broadband for your business and leisure needs. All linen, towels and toiletries are provided.

We generally ask for stays of 7 nights, or a 4 night working week (Monday - Friday), or a 3 night weekend (Friday - Monday), although we try to be flexible especially if we have late availability. - "This property was as described and probably more than anticipated. It is very big with spacious rooms. It is excellently equipped and we couldn’t think of anything that you would need and it not be available. On arrival which was much appreciated, there was milk in the fridge as well as biscuits, wine and cereals for us. The facilities: washer and drier as well as an airier were great with even the use of detergents. Again it made life away from home easy and many other unexpected things were available. The location is excellent and we picked this one as we attended Carfest festival but visited other places as well. Great to be be able to take less than a five minute walk to many bars, restaurants and cafes. The only other thing I can say is that the furnishings were a little ‘tired’ however it was our holiday home and that wouldn’t stop us from using it again were we to holiday in that area again. The owners have certainly covered all bases in respect of hospitality and yes recommend it to others."

Our apartments are located on the 2nd 3rd and 4th floors. Each apartment has its own spacious balcony* with bistro table and chairs. This modern building is very well insulated, which means the apartments are very warm and cozy year round whilst also being supremely quiet and personable.

A spacious 6 bedroom detached period family house with heated pool, games room, cinema screen and impressive eat in kitchen and dining area, offering ample space to entertain both indoors and outdoors. The house can sleep up to 15 guests over 4,800 sq.ft and is the ideal spot for a extended family getaway or to relax with friends in the countryside. The house has the convenience of the village and its amenities and overlooks the countryside with beautiful walks and bike rides on your doorstep.
Our house is in the heart of a popular village in Hampshire set within 1.5 acres of beautiful mature gardens, there is a private gated driveway with space for 6 cars and a wonderful outdoor heated swimming pool with electric cover. The pool house overlooks the surrounding patio with a large dining table and there are a number of sun loungers and sofas around the pool area as-well as a badminton net with racquets set up on the adjoining lawn area. To the rear of the house is a large patio and dining area with 2 x BBQs (gas and charcoal), a lovely outdoor seating area overlooking the garden and an outdoor dining table beneath a pergola. In addition to the large rear lawn there is a separate orchard and tree covered walkway, as well as two further garden areas so lots of delightful areas to discover. For the kids there is a large wooden climbing frame with swings, monkey bars and slides as-well as a large sunken trampoline. There is a croquet set for the main lawn as well as football goals.
The house is set up for entertaining with a large open plan kitchen inc a table that seats 12 comfortably as-well as a breakfast bar seating 6. There is also a dining room table that seats 10 people so multiple entertaining options. A SONOS Play sound system is in the kitchen.

Need somewhere quiet. This 2nd floor 2 beds 2 baths apartment benefits from top quality design and specification including free garage parking onsite. It has an open plan living and kitchen area and is fully furnished to give that home away from home feel. Comes with a Juliet balcony, neutral decor throughout, gas central heating and double glazing. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with twin beds which are suitable for 2 people who prefer not to share a bed.
The kitchen is very well equipped kitchen at one end, with a full range of integrated appliances including an oven, hob, hood, fridge, freezer, washer/drier and microwave as well as plenty of cupboard space.
The en-suite bedroom bedroom comes with a good size built in wardrobe with plenty of space. Walking distance to Basingstoke Train Station and Festival Place shopping center It is also very handily placed, with the town center a 5 minute walk and train station being a short 10 minute walk. There is access on foot from the town center. Not far is the Morrison’s supermarket which is about a 10 minute walk.

This 3rd floor apartment benefits from top quality design and specification including secure underground parking and a lift to all floors. It has a light and spacious feel with an open plan living and kitchen area and is fully furnished to give that home away from home feel.
It is also very handily placed, with the town centre and train station being a short 10-15 minute walk. Access to the road is a quiet one way street with a great local pub and cricket club en-route. There is a local convenience store and parade of shops with 5 minutes walk.
There is secure gated underground parking. There is also a large storage cupboard located within the basement parking area.
The open plan nature of the accommodation combined with the light décor and sloping ceilings provide a great example of contemporary town living. The living room has a sociable feel about it and has a very well equipped kitchen at one end, with a full range of integrated appliances including an oven, hob, hood, fridge, freezer, washer/drier, dishwasher and microwave as well as plenty of cupboard space.
The bedrooms have deep dormer windows and there are good size wardrobes either side of the dressing area. Both bedrooms are en-suite with large shower cubicles.
Completing the accommodation is a cloakroom off the hallway which is convenient if you have visitors. Outside there is an attractive and enclosed communal garden and adjoining this is a bicycle store.

Whether you are travelling to Basingstoke for leisure time with your family, work or looking to scope out the area for a possible relocation this is the perfect flat for you.
Here you will find a spacious first floor, 2-bedroom flat, that accumulates lots of natural light through the number of windows, but if you are more a fan of a darker space there are fitted blinds in each window so you can create that cosy feel.
It features a separate kitchen that includes all you could need to whip up a delicious, home cooked meal, a fridge freezer and washing machine as well as a dining table suitable for 4 people which easily compresses down to allow for more room.
The newly fitted bathroom has included hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash so no need to bring your own!
The airy lounge has plenty of space to get cosy while watching the 40” HD Smart TV with Netflix included and Wi-Fi to go along with the desk and chair provided in the office (which doubles up as a dressing table with a mirror and hairdryer should you want to make use of the skylight in there, meaning the lighting is fantastic).
One bedroom has a cosy double bed while the other can be a super king or twin bedroom should you need it.
Although there is no allocated parking for this property there is on street parking available all along the road.

Right next to junction 6 on the M3 and just a 12-minute walk to the Basingstoke train station this flat is a great location if you are needing to commute, and London Waterloo is just a 45-minute direct train ride away.

- Any damage to this property is chargeable. This accommodation regrets that it cannot accept liability for any valuables left in the apartment or parking vehicles.
- Respect the noise curfew. Our properties are in a private residential area. Therefore, our duty is to strictly implement a no-noise policy from 10 PM to 7 AM.
- Take extra care of your keys. Keys not left in the designated location as specified in the check-in and check-out instructions will incur a £50 additional charge. A charge of £50 for an emergency callout; £250 for an emergency locksmith charge will be incurred for any loss or unreturned keys.
- Unauthorised late checkout resulting in cancellation of the upcoming booking will be charged to you.

Our Sherborne House apartments offer extremely spacious two bedroom accommodation, with extra high ceilings and large sash windows for light airy rooms. All the apartments have Freeview digital TV and unlimited high speed WiFi as standard. The apartments are furnished to an extremely high specification, meaning you can enjoy all that Basingstoke has to offer and rest up in your own luxurious apartment with all the comforts of home.
Our apartments here are located on the ground and first floor. Our 2 bedroom apartments have large master king bedrooms with en-suite shower and second double bedroom family sized bathroom. The grounds are beautifully kept and the area in general is very quiet and relaxing.

A very good and popular area with easy access to the motorway. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The flat is a walking distance to train station Basingstoke, Mall, City Centre.
- "Great location, convenient to the train station, Festival Place shopping center and Top of the Town. The unit was clean. I found the check-in a little confusing, but got it figured out with Eusebio’s help on the phone. We stayed during a heat wave, and there is no air conditioning. It is noisy as the trains run constantly, probably nosier because we had the balcony door open because of the heat. It could be stocked better, as there was no frying pan, fish slice, paper towels, corkscrew, and about a tablespoon of dish soap."

If you do not agree to this clause, REDWOOD STAYS reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
We provide a few complimentary essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: trash bags in all trash cans, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and dish soap/dishwasher tabs. Please note that these items are not replenished. If you run out, you’ll need to purchase more.
We also provide fresh towels and linens upon arrival. There will be an additional charge for extra towels and linens.
A high chair is available free of charge, and a travel crib can be provided for an additional fee of £30. Please let us know in advance if you require any of these items.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No events are allowed. If we find evidence that you are partying inside the property, you will be asked to leave the property immediately by our security team and your security deposit will be retained.
- This property will NOT accommodate stag, hen or any similar parties.
- No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
- Please note that all special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
- Pets are allowed with prior authorization and an extra charge of £20 per pet, per night. Please inform us if you are traveling with a pet. Bringing a pet without prior authorization will incur a fee of £30 per pet, per night.
- NO SMOKING! We strictly implement a non-smoking policy throughout the entire building. Violation of this policy will result in a charge of £1,000.
- No unregistered guests. Bringing extra people in addition to the number you have booked for is considered a booking violation, and we will have no other choice but to ask everyone to leave the premises, and your security deposit will be retained.
- If you wish to have visitors, you need to inform us prior to arrival. However, they will not be allowed to stay overnight.
- Any damage to this property is chargeable. This accommodation regrets that it cannot accept liability for any valuables left in the apartment or parking vehicles.
- Respect the noise curfew. Our properties are in a private residential area. Therefore, our duty is to strictly implement a no-noise policy from 10 PM to 7 AM.
- Take extra care of your keys. Keys not left in the designated location as specified in the check-in and check-out instructions will incur a £50 additional charge. A charge of £50 for an emergency callout and £250 for an emergency locksmith charge will be incurred for any loss or unreturned keys.
- Unauthorised late checkout resulting in cancellation of the upcoming booking will be charged to you.
- Non-approved check-outs after 10 AM will incur a charge of £25 per hour.

Relaxed, friendly and at times busy three bedroom detached property, within walking distance of the town centre, bus and train stations. Also close to junction 6 of the M3. House is occupied by owner, her full time lodger and Tinkerbell the cat!
