We didn't have a super high demand on the place, as we just needed a nice place to stay for the night with 24-hour check in, but this place worked perfectly for us and we enjoyed our stay :)"

- "The flat was clean. The main bedroom is downstairs. Kitchen and living room with sofa bed on main floor. Kitchen is super tiny. There really isn’t anything close by. It served our purpose. However, there was a heat wave a NO AC. Communication was Excellent " - "Turns out the beautiful studio you book online IS NOT the place actually booked. When called the host to find out, we were offered a refund, which was of no help as there was no other accommodation available in town. Cleaners had just left, the smell of bleach was much better than the smell they were trying to overpower. We had to purchase vicks to use to breath and there is no way you can to take photos of smell sadly. Glasses, crockery and cutlery dirty with no dishwashing liquid or condiments to be seen (photos attached). We departed 2 nights early of our 5 night stay, after returning to the horrendous smell, shower drips, personnel mail on the doorstep and uncleanliness of a unit we did not rent. The kitchen window has no covering and can view straight into many areas, stair broken on stairs to bedroom on the turn. No refund provided for when advised we had departed, we kindly advised host the place in our opinion is unrentable and to address horrendous smell and cleanliness of all areas, particularly kitchen and bathroom so to not have any other guests with same concerns to raise. I do wonder how the other apartments they rent stack-up to this one. "

Need more coffee and milk and there was no tea, but tbh they would have given us more had we asked. I would certainly sleep there again!"

He is a nice enough fellow but needs some education in how to keep a place nice. We had to wash the cups before we used them and one of them had an invisible crack that allowed my coffee to leak all over the counter! Sharing the bathroom with other guests was a hassle. Nor really worth the price we paid for a night."

- "As a family with eight pieces of luggage, the stairs, parking and compact nature of the property were challenging. The landlord was responsive to communication but hampered by poor phone reception in the flat. The wifi worked well, as did the appliances. My kids loved the shower and sofa bed. The place is noisy but, with the use of a white noise app, not unmanageable." - "We stayed here for three nights during our stay in High Wycombe. The first day we came in early from London and Amir graciously allowed us to put our baggage in the flat before we took the train to Oxford for the day. That was a big help. When we entered the building it was bright and cheery - in contrast to some in the area. Flat had plenty of room for 3 adults (myself and 2 daughters) and was very clean. We were not able to connect to the wifi but glad it was an easy walk to a modern shopping mall with WiFi. We purchased food at markets and cooked in the microwave. The washer and stove did not work but we managed fine the short time we were there. Location was ideal with old High Wycombe markets and shops on one side and modern mall with cinema and train station on other side. To stay on a thrifty budget when traveling this flat works fine."

Our lovely studio is just off junction 3 High Wycombe East from M40 so a great location to get to all places in Buckinghamshire as well as to London / Oxford and Birmingham.
The studio encompasses a cosy living /bedroom room with smart TV and a small kitchenette which includes a washing machine, sink, and fridge.
Adjacent to the bedroom is fully functioning bathroom.
There is space to park two cars for guests but please advise if bringing anymore than two. Entire area accessed via private entrance.
- "The host was very friendly with great communication. However when we arrived, the studio was cold and so was the bathroom. I had to text the host to ask if the heating could be put on, so just to advise, you’re not in control of the heating. The bed was ok, 2 flat pillows, which resulted in not a very good night’s sleep. The property was not comfortable or clean as I would expect. There was a lot of dust on the floor by the side of the bed, which shows the bed hadn’t been pulled out in quite a while. The bathroom taps covered in limescale.i don’t think the radiator in the bathroom works as it never warmed up in there, so when you showered in the morning, you step out into a very cold bathroom. Would I stay again… no. "

- "Bathroom was in desperate need of a refurb because it's filled with mould. Pictures are clearly quite old as most furniture was different. Parking wasn't on site, it was on street parking and hit or miss to get a space. The rest of the place is okay, but being on a main street it can get a little loud with traffic noise. Kitchen was not very well equipped, missing basics such as a tea towel, saucepans or oven gloves."

Our 2 double bed apartment is on the ground floor with 2 well equipped bathrooms and fully loaded kitchen. It is suitable for both families and for guests who are travelling for business. Originally this 1890's Edwardian house would have formed part of the historic furniture making industry's housing stock, now it has been remodeled to modern standards with updated facilities. Excellent location and open plan living makes it the 1st choice for our guests.
THE SPACE
Master Bedroom - Spacious, bright and outward facing room measuring 20 m2 and totally refurbished. The room comes with 2 x Birlea UK Leather beds(Medium and Soft mattresses), a modern fully equipped en-suite bathroom finished in top quality grey coloured ceramics and Grohe shower system.
Second Bedroom - Cosy, bright and quiet, measuring 15 m2 and decorated with you in mind. The room comes with a Birlea mid Double leather bed and a Birlea 1000 pocket memory foam mattress. Fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinet, and luscious bedroom rug come as standard.
The Kitchen - Open, minimalist and fresh . Fully fitted with German Hacker units and Bosch appliances. Including a coffee machine and a selection of Tassimo coffees and teas to help you with your morning routine. Finished off in brilliant white Italian Quartz worksurface.
Open Living and Dining - Warm, snug and comfortable. This area is totally the heart of the apartment, enjoy watching T.V on our leather sofa or entertain your entourage at the Dining Bar. Wireless internet, satellite tv, and a travel atlas should keep everyone busy. It also has the wireless home climate control system and access phone system.
Main Bathroom - Exclusive, private and clean. Finished by hand with grey ceramics and
an L shaped bath tub. Perfect for a long soak or use the Grohe shower for a quick getaway.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space at the rear of the house overlooking our amazing garden. Newly fitted carpets and a brand new double bed make this place very special.. The pillows and duvet are natural goose down which ensure this is a very comfortable and luxurious stay. We do also have the option of hypoallergenic bedding for those who would prefer it. We would only ask when requesting your stay that you state your preference so we may get the bedding ready to your liking.

The house, is a large detached home in a cul de sac leading to the Earl of Dashwood’s Estate. It is a very spacious home. We are a short bus ride from central High Wycombe and a very short walk into West Wycombe village High Street. Fresh towels and a complimentary bottle of water are available in your room for your convenience.
