This apartment is set in the grounds of the owners home with its own parking. Some essential groceries will be there to welcome you after your journey.
This apartment has been designed with modern living in mind, making it suitable for couples, family or friends to enjoy a break away near to the coast. The access is at ground floor level, where you will find a beautifully presented, modern, open plan, well-equipped kitchen/ dining room. There is plenty of space to hang up your outdoor attire, kick off your shoes, walking boots and wellies.
Upstairs is a bright, spacious, lounge with comfortable seating and a corner sofa that converts into a double bed. Here you can relax, watch your favourite programme, or simply unwind with a good book and a glass of wine.
Off the lounge is a large shower room; comprising of a double shower, vanity sink unit, w.c. and heated towel rail.
On the same level as the lounge and shower room is the bedroom with its sumptuous super-king-sized bed, Egyptian cotton bedding and comfy pillows for a relaxing nights' sleep.

The Cabin is a wonderful, open plan, green oak timber framed studio apartment nestled within neatly landscaped gardens in the residential village of Hill Head, Fareham.
Within the sleeping area of this open plan cabin you will find a superior quality king size ‘zip and link' double bed (which can separate to create 2 singles if requested), made up with crisp white cotton linen and fresh white towels. The lounge area also has a large corner sofa bed, possibly sleeping up to 3 guests in total.
The Cabin is child friendly but is restricted to one child and a cot and highchair can be made available upon request at no extra cost. (if cots are provided, guests are asked to please bring their own child's bedding).
Next to the sleeping area of The Cabin is a newly fitted shower room with corner electric shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
The kitchen is open plan to the dining and lounge area area and is practically thought out and comes complete with all essential mod cons, plus to the side of the cabin is a separate utility room accommodating the washing machine, freezer and ample space to house bicycles and other outdoor items or be used as a separate office if you need to get a little work done.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining table that can comfortably seat 6 guests which can also covert to create a 7ft pool table, table tennis or air hockey table creating a super fun games area when not dining. In addition there is a smaller round bistro table for 2-4 guests to dine more intimately if you so wish.
The lounge area is next to the dining area and is home to a large corner sofa, which can convert to create a double fold out bed, if required and has a large flat screen TV, DVD player and Bluetooth Music Speaker.
From both the living and bedroom areas are large patio doors leading onto a decking area that runs the full width of The Cabin where you relax on the sun loungers or dine ‘al fresco' during the warmer months. These look out over the lawned garden with mature borders, plus there is a BBQ area and an area to hire in a hot tub if you desire. You can also hire kayaks and paddleboards along the beach to gain access onto The Solent's waters.
All bedding and towelling is provided, with a mid term maid cleaning service available on request. Additional linen is available at £25 per set to include 1 medium bath towel.
In addition to the rental cost we ask our guests for a security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage.
Our advertised prices are calculated on the number of people requested and may go up or down if amended.
Some of our properties have age restrictions, such as where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue.

South coast -Meon Valley Hampshire .
Our stunning newly refurbished sea view converted flat sleeps 4, one bedroom with king size bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The flat has one off pieces from local artists and has had many comments on the gorgeous decor. One minute walk from an all year round dog friendly beach on the Solent way with ten miles of great walks in both directions. Next to a dog friendly cafe and a ten min walk to a dog friendly pub. Hill Head is a locals favourite due to its secluded unspoilt nature. It has been voted the best beach in Hampshire , for walking and wild swimming. We have an enclosed yard/dog friendly garden space with a six foot high wall and gate and parking on the drive. Five mins walk from Titchfield Haven Nature Reserve with long walks and an abundance of birds and wildlife, 25mins drive to the Pepper Pig World and New Forest.

This beautiful Shepherds Hut near Winchester has everything you need for a peaceful stay. It's simple, cosy and relaxing. It’s the perfect hideaway for those needing an escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of daily life.
The Shepherds Hut is set in 8 aces of rolling fields with fabulous views beyond to open countryside. It is secluded but has all the creature comforts of home and you will have total privacy apart from your neighbours Billy and Mable our pigmy goats!
There is an outside sitting area immediately by the Hut with a range of garden furniture, festoon romantic lighting, gas BBQ, and firepit to enjoy a glass of wine, eat al fresco, watch out for the local wildlife especially the Deer and when it gets dark enjoy star gazing, no light pollution here!
As a self-catering Shepherds Hut you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The Hut has cosy underfloor heating.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a hob, a toaster, a kettle and a range of cooking pans, crockery, glasses and utensils.
The bedroom area boasts a comfy King size bed. Treat yourself to a lie in with a coffee whilst looking out over the fields and beyond to the horizon and if an early bird watch the sunrise. If you don't wish to see the sunrise all the windows are dressed with black out blinds for your convenience.
There is also a full size wardrobe to enable you to hang your clothes and store your belongings. The wardrobe has a full length mirror, hair dryer, extra bedding and fleeces for sitting outside on a chilly evening by the firepit.
The bathroom has a toilet, sink and a walk-in shower.
There is a separate table and bench seating for mealtimes. The bench seats have a storage area where you will find a selection of board games.
Linen, towels, essential toiletries and a hair dryer are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
If you would like to wander around the perimeter of our fields you are welcome to do so at the top end you will find a swing seat where you can sit and watch the sunset with a glass of wine!

No. 9 is a waterside cottage in the town of Fareham situated at the top of Portsmouth Harbour. This cosy family home offers everything you could need for a family getaway. There are three bedrooms, one with a super king bed when locked together or two singles when apart, one with a double bed and a third with bunk beds. There is a living room, separate dining room and kitchen along with a family bathroom, an additional downstairs toilet and utility room.
Outside, the cottage overlooks the tidal Fareham Creek which is now part of the English Coastal Path, an SSSI area frequented by egrets, cormorants, herons and other wading birds, yet you are only a five-minute walk from the town centre where you will find a large selection of pubs, cafes, independent restaurants and takeaways. The local recreation ground is 100 metres from the front door, it is the home of Fareham and Crofton Cricket Club. There is a children’s play area and plenty of space to exercise four legged visitors.

The space
No. 9 is a waterside cottage in the town of Fareham situated at the top of Portsmouth Harbour. This cosy family home offers everything you could need for a family getaway. There are three bedrooms, one with a super king bed when locked together or two singles when apart, one with a double bed and a third with bunk beds. There is a living room, separate dining room and kitchen along with a family bathroom, an additional downstairs toilet and utility room.
Outside, the cottage overlooks the tidal Fareham Creek an SSSI area frequented by egrets, cormorants, herons and other wading birds, yet you are only a five-minute walk from the town centre where you will find a large selection of pubs, cafes, independent restaurants and takeaways. The local recreation ground is 100 metres from the front door, it is the home of Fareham and Crofton Cricket Club. There is a children’s play area and plenty of space to exercise four legged visitors.
If you want to get out on the Creek you can hire stand up paddle boards and kayaks from Fareham Marina. Perhaps you prefer to watch the on-water activities, so head down to the quayside in the picturesque village of Hamble 10 miles away, grab a coffee at the waterside café and watch the yachts on one of the busiest waterways in England.

This conveniently located property has excellent transport links. It is one mile from J11 of the M27, one mile from the main line station and a ten-minute walk from the bus station which is served by National Express as well as regular routes to Portsmouth, Southampton and Winchester. Portsmouth with its Historic Dockyard, museums, Spinnaker Tower, waterfront and Gunwharf Quays shopping outlet is ten miles away. You can also catch a
ferry or hovercraft to the Isle of Wight for the day. Alternatively go west to Southampton, the cruise centre of the UK and walk the historic walls. A few more miles and you can explore the New Forest, Exbury Gardens, Beaulieu Motor Museum and not forgetting Peppa Pig World at Paulton’s Park.
The nearest beaches are six miles away at Lee on the Solent and Hill Head. Another great day out is Marwell Zoo a 30 minute drive away. Here in Fareham we are so lucky to have so many activities on our door step.

Titchfield house is located just outside of Fareham.
The house is a dog friendly property so furry friends can enjoy a trip away with you. Dogs beds are provided for your convenience.
You will find plenty of dog walks and walking trails right on your doorstep with fantastic views for you to enjoy with your friends and family.
Inside the house you will find 3 bedrooms, and 1 family bathroom with a seperate WC located on the ground floor.
There is one super king room, 1 double and 1 set of bunk beds.
The superking and king bed can be split into singles upon request.
Downstairs you have access to a fully equipped kitchen which will cover all your needs from a 4 slice toaster, coffee machine, rice cooker and much much more. There is also a small breakfast table that seats 4 guests.
Once in the living room you can enjoy a large reclining sofa in front of the wood burner and large flat screen TV with virgin TV and WIFI. There are also plenty of blankets for your use for the cosy evenings.
Through the conservatory there is a large dining table seating up to 8 guests with patio doors that lead through to the garden.
In the garden you will find a fantastic seating area where you can enjoy a gas fire pit conveniently located within the table and a large gas BBQ all beautifully lit with coloured lights to make the perfect atmosphere for you and your guests.
There is also space for you to hire a hot tub so you can really make the most of the summer evenings in this garden. There is space on the driveway for 3/4 cars plus additional free street parking.

Hill head hideaway is a lovely shabby chic house has a cosy beach vibe to the interior. It boasts magnificent views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight, ideal for those who want to experience the beach life. The house sits on Hill Head beach with direct access to the beach and the shoreline.
The property is reached from the road by a wooden staircase to the front door and ground floor or can be accessed by car from the seaside of the house. The ground floor has a cosy kitchen/diner. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment and amenities you will need for your stay. Behind the kitchen is the modern bathroom and separate shower cubicle.
There are plenty of books and games to keep the whole family entertained should you need a break from beach life. The sunroom looks across the communal lawn to the beach and shoreline. Outside is a south-facing patio with seating for you to enjoy the sun and an outstanding view.
The 1st floor has two bedrooms. The master has a king size bed and balcony which overlooks the lawn and the amazing sea vista. The second room has a double bed. There is also a separate WC on this floor.
The 2nd floor is reached by a narrow space-saving staircase. Here there is one king-size bedroom to the front, whilst the fourth bedroom has 3 single beds with a pull-out bed to sleep 4 if needed, with the incredible views across the Solent from Southampton Water to Ryde and beyond.
You won’t need to stray far from the house as the village has a lovely café and pub/restaurant next door, serving anything from a snack to a three-course meal. There is a wildlife reserve and small harbour close by and easy access to Southampton and Portsmouth.

New England Mansion is located within the South Downs National Park, in a tranquil spot, less than a 15-minute car journey from the town of Fareham, frequent trains go from London Waterloo to Fareham and the journey time is under 2 hours. For those travelling from slightly further afield, Southampton Airport is just 30-minutes away. The picture-postcard village of Wickham is less than a 5-minute car journey away and boasts marvellous independent shops and all the amenities you could possibly need.
There is plenty for the whole family to see, do and explore in the surrounding area, Portsmouth with its excellent shopping at Gunwharf Quays is less than 30-minutes from the house, while the city of Winchester, with its world-class attractions and architecture, excellent shopping and fabulous dining, is just 25-minutes from New England Mansion. A large bedroom AND adjacent sitting room with TV and DVD player in a slightly quirky detached house yards from the beach. Full Fibre broadband recently installed . A downstairs double bedroom is also available - not let separately - message host if you are interested. Tea and coffee making equipment in the bedroom. This house is only about 100yds from the beach and a short walk to picturesque Hill Head harbour and Titchfield Haven, a National nature reserve wetlands and bird sanctuary with hides etc. A cafe / bistro is just round the corner. Sadly our very close seaside pub burnt down earlier this year, but there are other good pubs within walking distance. There are coffee stalls and ice creams on several beaches.
Hill Head is also a national kitesurfing centre.
Beach fishing is good and there are many charter boats within reach. Southampton, Portsmouth and Winchester are easily accessible via the M27, and there is a mainline station at Fareham.
