Our stunning newly refurbished sea view converted flat sleeps 4, one bedroom with king size bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The flat has one off pieces from local artists and has had many comments on the gorgeous decor. One minute walk from an all year round dog friendly beach on the Solent way with ten miles of great walks in both directions. Next to a dog friendly cafe and a ten min walk to a dog friendly pub. Hill Head is a locals favourite due to its secluded unspoilt nature. It has been voted the best beach in Hampshire , for walking and wild swimming. We have an enclosed yard/dog friendly garden space with a six foot high wall and gate and parking on the drive. Five mins walk from Titchfield Haven Nature Reserve with long walks and an abundance of birds and wildlife, 25mins drive to the Pepper Pig World and New Forest.

Our maisonette is out of the way in a residential area. It has stunning views from the top, and is a flat conversion. It is not a big place, but has room for four. The sofa converts to sleep 2.
Quiet maisonette with stunning views from the master bedroom over Portsmouth, the Isle of Wight, to Hayling and Fawley. The view from Portsdown Hill is over the Solent. 0.8 miles to the train station. 20-3- mins from there into Portsmouth, or bus 2 minute walk away into Fareham. Easy access to QA hospital. Two bedrooms sleep 4 comfortably.

Have broadband & TV but you will need your own Netflix, amazon accounts etc.. No terrestrial TV.

Comfortable space with sleeping for 4. Modern renovation and loft conversion. Set in a pleasant neighbourhood. Happy for your dog to stay.

Park in Waltham close in the bays. there is a green, and if you walk along the upper path and take the fourth set of steps on the right, you will find 17a. it has a partially painted white/brown wooden door.
Other things to note
Please note that there is no air conditioning but there is a tower cooler if needed.
The loft room is spacious with a double bed and a TV and video player. Not internet of terrestrial enabled. Ther is a wardrobe and two sets of side drawers, one containing hair-dryer and key for the bottom window. Please return this to the drawer and ensure it is locked if you have small children,

The view is spectacular. Please take care opening the blinds, they tilt slightly and pull down or up in the runners. Please look in the green book for information.

Please do not use the bottom drawer of th wardrobe. There is a screen and DVD player with a selection of DVDs.

There is a spare mattress if needed. Pleas do not go into the area under the eaves. This is private and used for storage of paints etc.

The stairs are steep and windy down to the ground floor of the maisonette and there is no hand rail on either set of stairs.

The back bedroom has a trundle bed, so you can pull out the second bed if needed. There is spare bedding for it in the wardrobe. There are a few children's toys here, and please ensude you leave the hooveer plugged in to charge.

There is a ladder stowed behind the wardrobe. Please leave it there.

There is an isolator switch fot the shower on the ceiling above the loo. Towels are kepyt in the airing cupboard in the living room. There is a slight leak at the top of the bath - please mop up after use. Toilet rolls are in the little cupboard. There is shampoo, consitioner, body wash and soap available for your use.

The living room has a TV and you will need your own netflix of amazon account. We are in the process of replacing the tv. There is a corner sofa which can pull out to make a double.

Between the kitchen and living room is a computer area. There is a small table which can be used with the fold away chairs to eat on, but there is not a huge amount of room. There are trays to use if you would prefer not to mive the table. The table leaves lift and iit turns 90 degrees to its correct place, tightened with w wing nut underneath.

There are appliances and all you might neede in the kitchen. A microwave, toaster, kettle, and a tassimo if you want to bring your own poste

Quiet maisonette with stunning views from the master bedroom over Portsmouth, the Isle of Wight, to Hayling and Fawley. The view from Portsdown Hill is over the Solent. 0.8 miles to the train station. 20-3- mins from there into Portsmouth, or bus 2 minute walk away into Fareham. Easy access to QA hospital. Two bedrooms sleep 4 comfortably.

Have broadband & TV but you will need your own Netflix, amazon accounts etc.. No terrestrial TV. all three rooms have own TV.

Small but omfortable space with sleeping for 4. Modern renovation and loft conversion. Set in a pleasant neighbourhood.

Happy for your dog to stay. Max two dogs and charges apply per dog.

Park in Waltham close in the bays. there is a green, and if you walk along the upper path and take the fourth set of steps on the right. there are 7-8 uneven steps ... be careful. I have put lights at the top but not checked them in the dark yet. at the top are 4 doors. 17 is on the right and oura is to the leftmost it, the second from left. there is a little wooden plaque with 17a on the floor.

The key lockbox is under the mat. use the Chubb key first and the Yale key second.

please do not lose the keys as I live 85 miles away and there is no spare.

My place is not ideal for physically disabled as it is on the first and second floor. There are 7 uneven steps to property, steep steps with no bannister to the first and quaint winding steps to top room.

Babies are fine, but the stairs not ideal for crawlers or unstable toddlers unless you have gates.

There is a fire escape plan for the loft just in case and an escape ladder. Please do not tamper with this as it must remain intact as it is, for emergency use.

Please note that there is no air conditioning but there is a tower cooler if needed.
