If outdoor activities are not your cup of tea, this New Forest holiday apartment allows you to enjoy the spectacular views of the Damerham countryside from your very own patio.
The garden is alive with wildlife from badgers, hares and deer, and more recently a family of green woodpeckers. to our own chickens who will lay you fresh eggs for your breakfast.
The apartment is entered through double patio doors into the lounge, dinning and kitchenette. There is a two seater sofa, television and DVD player and a selection of dvd's, books and games available. A dining table and chairs and a fully stocked kitchenette.
In the bed room is a double bed with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables with reading lamps.
The ensuite has a large shower, toilet and sink. We supply various toiletries just in case you have forgotten anything including shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrushes, liquid soap and shower caps.
With the New Forest only 5 minutes drive away, Bournemouth and the south coast approximately 30 minutes in one direction and the medieval market city of Salisbury in the other Damerham makes an excellent base for your perfect getaway.
You can enjoy wonderful sunrises or sunsets from your own patio.

Our lovely caravan is situated on Naish Common a quiet area of the park and has a stunning view across Poole Bay to the Purbecks.
Please note we accept children. Sorry, we don't accept pets. Smoking and BBQs are
not allowed, due to the fire risk.
Parking is nearby, and is a short walk to our caravan. The caravan is centrally heated throughout, and will accommodate 4 people.
Bed linen and towels are provided in the cost of your stay, however we do not provide beach towels so please bring them with you if required.
The accommodation comprises of an open plan living area, with patio doors leading out onto a private decking area with patio table and chairs.
The lounge has a comfortable corner unit, flame effect fire, Smart TV
The kitchen area has a microwave, fridge, freezer, full size electric cooker with grill, and oven, kettle toaster, crockery, and cooking utensils.
The dining table seats four, which includes a covered bench
The main bedroom has a King Size bed, 2 bedside tables with lights above, double wardrobe, dressing table, and an en-suite toilet and sink.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, one bedside cupboard, and a single wardrobe.

Accessibility Information.
We regret that our caravan is unsuitable for people with restricted mobility due to the steps leading up to the decking to enter the caravan.

Double en-suite room in a cul-de-sac with a rural outlook. Deers can often be seen in the field if you are an early bird. The house is 3 minutes level walk to Ringwood Town Centre, Ringwood Parish Church and Doulos Training as well as all the shops, bars and restaurants that it has to offer. There is an easy access to public transport from the town centre.
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and anyone with a kid.

The space
The double room is on the ground floor of a country cottage that has been recently renovated. The bedroom is adjacent to the living room, is clean and good size (3m x 4.65m), situated off the living room. It is cosy with an upmarket double bed, large wardrobe & desk. The room has its own en-suite bathroom with an electric shower, small sink and toilet to ensure that you have privacy and can feel at home while being away from home. Please note, that the shower is electric and therefore the pressure and flow amount of water is lower then you would expect to have with the power shower. If travelling with a child, please remember that there is only one double bed in the room. Fresh linen and towels are supplied.

There is a kettle and a selection of tea and coffee in the room. There are 9 plugs in the room, 3 of which are on the desk for easy access to heat water and charge gadgets. Breakfast is not included but you are welcome to store what is needed in the fridge and use milk.

This is a pet free and smoke free home.

You’ll love my place because of its location in Ringwood town centre as well as being on the edge of the New Forest and in close proximity (approx. 16 miles) to Bournemouth town centre and the beaches.
Access is easy, as it lies adjasent to the A31. London is only a 90 minutes drive away, via A31/M27/M3. There are also frequent National Express coaches, with drop off in Ringwood Town centre. The beaches of Bournemouth, along with its bars and nightlife are only 15-20 min away.
There is a single parking space right outside the property. If you have more cars please notify me in advance, so that I can make arrangements to allocate you extra space where possible.
I will supply you with your own key upon arrival, so that you can come and go as you please.
There are tea and coffee making facilities available in the room. If you wish to use the kitchen please ask and be mindful that it is a shared space.
Wi-Fi code is available as part of your itinerary.

I am happy to help you with any questions you may have, interaction is as often as you want. Guests will also have my number in case you need anything or have an emergency.

Light and spacious chalet bungalow with large ground floor single room and shower room. Situated in a quiet residential area, there is ample parking on the road outside. About 30 minutes away from Southampton, 10 minutes from the New Forest, Beaulieu, Hythe and the beaches at Calshot or Lepe are all just 4 miles away.

The space
In view of Covid-19 I have now adopted the Airbnb enhanced cleaning programme.
Hand sanitiser, antibacterial wipes and a small disinfectant spray will also be provided in the room.
In order to comply with social distancing rules, it will now be possible to self check in with a key safe provided outside the front door.

Guest access
Aside from the bedroom and bathroom..I don't mind guests using the kitchen to heat up a meal or make a drink. There is also a (shared with me) patio area outside available..and a bench for guest use in the secluded front garden.

I don't accept children or pets as the property is not suitable.

I also no longer accept bookings where a guest wishes to stay during the day rather than at night. Due to a change in work patterns this is no longer convenient for me.

Our house was originally a coastguard cottage and is in the Ashlett Creek conservation area. As you can see has great views over Southampton Water. It is close to the New Forest with its heath-lands, woods and ponies.

The space
The room is large and airy with a king sized bed and fabulous views over the water. Private bathroom. We have a second room which is single and MAY SOMETIMES be available as part of the same letting for an extra £10 per night (PLEASE INQUIRE BEFORE BOOKING). If this is required please book for 3 people to force the system to request the 2 rooms.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Near Lakes 5 minutes walk, and New Forest 10 minutes drive away. Ringwood centre 10 minutes drive. Near Bournemouth ,Poole and Salisbury. We have fire extinguisher and fire blanket for safety for purposes.

Cosy double bedroom in small cottage situated just outside Lymington. Ideal for walkers or anyone wanting to explore the New Forest. Only 5 minutes from Lymington by car and 15 minutes away from the charming village of Beaulieu, of Motor Museum fame.

The space
There is off road parking. The cottage is hidden behind a hedge and is ideally situated within walking distance of two good pubs. It is just off a medium busy road, usually quiet at night, but with some traffic during the day.

The small bathroom is shared, with shower unit and separate bath. I provide a continental breakfast of croissants, toast, cereal and fruit in the living room. Tea and coffee facilities are in your bedroom. You are welcome to sit in the garden in fine weather and might see a pair of deer who often graze in the neighboring field.

I will be in and out and am very happy to offer suggestions for activities when around.
I am a keen Nordic walker and can advise on some lovely local hikes.
Likewise regarding local Salsa or Ceroc nights.
