Our home is very relaxed and love welcoming people from all walks of life into it. We are located on the central bus route into Bournemouth, New Forest National Park is only 15/20 mins drive away or you can get a train to Brockenhurst train station and rent bicycles. We are located within a 15 minute walk to J P Morgan.

We have other rooms available and can offer discount for booking more than one room.

Just a few minutes walk away you will find the very popular Kings Park and recreation area or alternatively you can spend time at the Littledown sports complex with it's public sporting facilities, swimming pool, parkland and lake.

LOCAL AREA: A short walk away you will come to the main area of Southbourne-On-Sea, Southbourne Grove, a long shopping street that has some unique and individual shops rather than high street chain shops. Shops include a butcher, a bakery, numerous cafés, hairdressers, convenience stores, homewares, gift shops and the post office. One tourist feature of Southbourne-On-Sea is the Fisherman's Walk Cliff Railway (cliff lift), a funicular railway between the cliff top coastal road and the promenade and beach. This provides very easy access to Southbourne-On-Sea's Blue Flag beach, from which it is possible to reach the beaches at Boscombe and Bournemouth. In the other direction is Pokesdown High Street and this is the home of vintage and antiques shops, and easily ranks in the best places for retro shopping on the South Coast. Bournemouth and Christchurch town centres are also within easy reach for the many tourist attractions. The apartment is also walking distance from Pokesdown Train Station which has links to London Waterloo.

This is my home with two spare bedrooms. I let both and will let you know if other guests are staying too. Utility room is for guests with tea coffee and milk in the fridge. Kitchen’s available to use but is a shared space so keep it quick and simple. I have an open plan house so my lounge is part of the downstairs area, I prefer to have this sofa and lounge TV for me to chill when I’m home so there is a TV in both rooms.

Free on-street parking available at this spacious, recently renovated 4 bedroom home with back garden and patio, so come and stay in a large south facing (therefore naturally warm) bright and airy double bedroom in a house equipped with a bathroom plus 2 other WCs and new kitchen!

Pokesdown for Boscombe railway station is just around the corner and the beach only a 25 minute walk (less by bike!). The beautiful New Forest is also only a 25 minute drive away! What’s not to like?

Equipped with a large sink, the spacious south-facing double bedroom is bright and airy and immediately next to the bathroom.

Downstairs, the large lounge is the same size as the double bedroom and the new kitchen backs onto a garden with patio and mature tree - yet still lots of sunshine, weather permitting!

Our home is situated between Bournemouth and Boscombe. We are about 15 minutes from the main railway and coach station.
The main bus routes are 5-7 minutes walk away and a 15 minute walk will take you to the sea via the beautiful Boscombe Gardens.
