The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The pool was the perfect temperature, the Jacuzzi I have to say I don't think I've ever been in one that hot before All in all the stay was brilliant, breakfast was lovely, the hotel is in a brilliant location with so many things in walking distance the pier, beach, town and stunning gardens. The hot water in the bath / shower was practically instant which is a rarity. The beds were super soft, the TV in the room was a smart TV so we could access Netflix etc instead of being stuck searching through a few odd standard channels. Our room was a lot larger than expected which was nice and on the second floor facing the church which was a lovely view to have and we was either very lucky to be there with quiet guests or the rooms are well sound proofed as we didn't hear a peep from anyone once in our rooms apart from the odd footstep out in the corridor. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future "
