Ocean View House is a new build property benefiting from fabulous sea views over Dorset's finest beaches situated on Southbourne's cliff top. The house is contemporary living at its best, with wonderful living spaces and designer furnishings to match. The rooms on the southern aspect of the property all benefit from sea views and the rooms situated at the rear of the property over look a large decking and garden area with a new hot tub for those fun evenings in both summer and winter. Underfloor heating in every room so the property is always nice and cosy at the touch of button, however once the logs are on the log burner you may not even need the heating.
At the front of the house we have off road parking for 3 cars so we can nicely accommodate larger families, We also have a nice outer cabin at the rear of the property which is ideal if you need extra space or another bed as we will include a sofa bed. The location is second to none as you can be on the beach within 2 minutes, and there is also a lovely local pub called the spyglass around 5 mins by foot. Southbourne town centre is 5 minutes by car and Bournemouth centre is around 8 mins by car, you can also walk along the beach promenade all the way to sandbanks so everything is really well located for the property.
Dorset is renowned as the UK's top holiday destination so we welcome you to spend your well deserved break in our wonderful property.
In regards to the layouts of the rooms and beds there is three rooms downstairs which two are doubles and one is a twin room and upstairs on the top floor a double and outside in the garden room there is a sofa bed which sleeps two.

Needs tea towels or cloths to clean up with. Bottle of fizz was lovely but would have appreciated milk and biscuits more as we were awaiting supermarket delivery. Couldn't find any local restaurant or delivery details always good to have this available. We found them on Google though and had a wonderful stay. Awaiting refund for the lack of hot tub, but would certainly return 😊"

Immaculate 2 Bed Coach House attached to main house, a few roads from the beach. Contemporary with respect for character. There are 2 double bedrooms, one of which can be used as a twin or king. We are delighted that this lovey apartment is now available for holiday lets again, after not being available between 2021 and 2024 due to a longer term let. This cosy one bedroom, ground floor annex features its own private entrance and is situated in an ideal position in Southbourne. The annex is just a short walk from the beach, Tuckton Village and Wick which is popular for its riverside walks. This property is perfect for a couple looking to enjoy a modern and comfortable holiday retreat.

Also the lack of available windows to open made the place very warm and the only way to cure this was to leave the front door open for as long as possible. The cleanliness of the property was below the level that we would expect, and was obvious that the property was not checked prior to our arrival. The owners were accommodating with regards to parking, allowing us to park closer to the front door of the property so as to make access for my disabled partner easier, and this was appreciated. "

We were very happy that we enjoyed the two terraces and wonderful walks on the beach plus it's proximity to everything. My only small niggle is the checkout time is the too early. It is not fair to expect people to check out by 10 am it should be 11 am as check-in is 3 pm so that gives plenty of time to do the cleaning. It was a real rush to have breakfast, tidy, finish the packing and get everything in the car. We were on holiday I don't want to be getting up at 7 am."

Beach View is a beautifully presented, spacious, light and airy detached house occupying a stunning position directly on the sea front. Being a holiday cottage with style, it has breath-taking panoramic sea (and beach!) views, from Hengistbury Head across to Poole Bay. The gentle washing of the sea can be heard from the house. A short walk takes you to the coastal zig zag path down to the glorious seven miles of golden beaches (voted Best Beach in the UK). A superb 34' long conservatory leads out to a garden with decked area.
The house appeared at number four in the Times newspaper listing “12 great houses by the sea” in the 16th June 2016 edition of the Saturday Times.

The property is in an ideal position opposite Southbourne cliff top and approx a 10 minute walk to the award winning sandy beaches in Southbourne.
