The lodge is situated in the picturesque 5 star Shorefield Country Park on the outskirts of Milford on Sea and is just 10 minutes walk from the beach. DaneSide is a bright, airy dog-friendly semi-detached property at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac with two parking spaces for guest use.
It is by the village centre, set on the Dane Stream with a private long garden that has rattan furniture (seating and 2 loungers) and a brand new Blue Whale Malibu IV hot tub (September 2024) yet is just one minute walk to the vibrant Milford-on-Sea village shops, cafes, bars and green and a 5 minute walk along Sea Road to the beach and stunning view of The Needles.
There is lots to do in and around Milford-on-Sea. The village is host to an array of independent boutiques, buzzy bars, gastropubs, cafes and a butcher and green grocer. The village green has many events from the music festival and dog show to plant sales and showcases for local artists.
You can walk along the promenade to the east along Hurst Spit, all the way to Hurst Castle which is an ancient fort. The spit is also the best position to watch the famous Round the Island Yacht Race. If you are out this way, Keyhaven the hamlet next door to Milford is where the New Forest Paddle Sport company is located, so why not take a paddleboard lesson or rent a kayak?
Milford is only a 7 minute drive from Lymington with its long wide Georgian High Street. It is home to the Community Market, one of the best and most popular markets in the UK which takes place every Saturday. Upstairs in the property is a king size divan bed with firm mattress, a twin room with two singles and a single bedroom. All with black out curtains and/or blinds with curtains. We love sitting on the wooden swing made for two on sunny evenings in the garden as the sun goes down.

This modern spacious home benefits from a wonderful sea view of the 3 needles off the coast of the Isle of White and along the coast to Bournemouth.
The house sits over 3 floors (137.5m² / 1481 ft²). On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with en-suite), one faces the sea view and the other has French windows onto the patio in the rear garden, there is also a utility room with washing machine and extra fridge. On the 1st floor there is an open plan living, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The open plan 1st floor area and ground floor bedrooms have just has (Jan 2022) new hard flooring laid. The kitchen features NEFF ovens, wine fridge, under the counter dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer. Cupboards are fully equipped with utensils for every occasion, there is also a toaster, kettle and Delonghi Bean to cup coffee machine. There is a balcony off the living area to take in the lovely view with a Sundowner Gin and Tonic whilst watching the sun set behind Bournemouth. There is also a separate toilet. On the 2nd floor is a mezzanine floor bedroom with en-suite shower.
Each bedroom has beds that can either be superking or twins, so please specify what suits your stay. Bedroom 1 on the mezzanine also features a single sofa bed and Bed 2 also benefits a guest bed that is stored under the divan superking so the house sleeps 6 adults and 2 children comfortably. There is a charge for each person above 6.

The house is near the needles café, a busy hotspot for walkers and cyclists and it also has a children’s play area. A 5 to 10 minute walk in either direction along the coast takes you to a pub / restaurant and another 5-10 minute walk inland takes you to the heart of the village where there a many local amenities including coffee shops, restaurants (English, French, Thai, Indian) and newsagents and Co-Op, fruit & vegetable shop and alike.
From Milford-On-Sea there are some lovely coastal walks, why not try going through Keyhaven to Lymington.
Lymington and New Milton are 10 minute drives away for a wider shopping choice.
Milford-On-Sea has a pebble beach and just 20 minutes’ drive away Muddeford has a sandy beach.

Brambles Farm Bungalow is located in West Wight, a beautiful part of the Island, with miles of heritage coastline, scenic walks, cycle tracks and breathtaking views from Tennyson Down, Headon Warren and The Needles. Within a short drive (or walking distance for some) there is Yarmouth Harbour and Castle, Alum Bay noted for its coloured sands, The Needles Pleasure Park and National Trust Lighthouse, also Fort Victoria Country Park.

Brambles Farm Bungalow has lovely sea views and is set in a peaceful rural location, on the far boundary of Brambles Farm, well away from any roads. There are open views from the kitchen and bedroom across fields with horses grazing, across the valley to the rear and from the lounge and patio there are far reaching sea views with some quite spectacular sunsets.

The bungalow offers you good quality, comfortable self-catering accommodation and you should find everything you need on a day to day basis (apart from your food and drink!). It is ideal for families or couples, walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and anyone interested in watersports or just to relax and enjoy the scenery!

- "My husband and I together with my sister and brother-in-law took advantage of the long bank holiday weekend to get away for a few days to the Isle of Wight. The property was spacious and very comfortable. No wi-fi but that wasn't an issue - in fact quite nice to be without it. Two large double bedrooms and a third bedroom which we didn't need. Well stocked kitchen with appliances and a packet of biscuits and some milk were left as a welcome gift. Short walk from the property down to the beach and not far (in the car) to other beaches nearby. One slight negative was that the speedbump on the road to the property scraped the underside of the car even travelling at snail's pace over it. Otherwise a lovely stay - lovely property in a beautiful area."

Beaufort house is an extremely spacious, beautiful, stylish apartment on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bursting with character in the heart of the historic town of Lymington within the New Forest National Park.
The space:
Beaufort House is full of charming character with high ceilings and wooden beams, The apartment is very light and airy, with a sun trap terrace to sit out on and enjoy a coffee and some down time.
We are situated on the high street above Caldwells estate agents. So right in the heart of it all.
My Father purchased the property in February 2018, and together we have re-designed and refurbished with beautiful furniture, fabrics and accessories.

There are two bedrooms on the second floor, one with a kingsize bed and en-suite. This room has a beautiful navy velvet headboard with a large blanket box in the same fabric, a large wardrobe and plenty of drawers to store your belongings during your stay.

The second bedroom, is a cosy double, there is a gorgeous orange flower print headboard, we have gone bright in this room as it is a small space so we wanted it to be bright but cosy too. There is a wooden open hanging unit to hang clothes, also there are two drawers in the bed base if more storage is required.

The lounge is a bright room with it's beautiful ornate coving , and blue Farrow and Ball walls to make the furniture and art stand out. The paintings have been shipped over from South Africa so that it has a bit of a SA feel too.

There is a downstairs bathroom with a bath, mirror with light sensor switch to the side

Our front door is on the High Street, we share this with Caldwells, straight ahead of you is another Georgian glazed door, that is to the apartment. You will be given keys for both doors, as the front one stays open during office hours then locked at night.
