- "we stayed in birch and the place is very clean and cosy. the owners were very kind enough to provide coffee/tea and fresh milk available in the caravan as well as toilet rolls, dishwashing tablets and liquid. they also provided towels and even a bath mat (which is very rare in caravans). the cooking equipment is complete and even include a variety of glasswares for drinking alcohol and not just the usual drinking glasses and wine glass. the place is very quiet and the hot tub jets was a lovely treat after a day’s trip. so much to do as place is perfectly situated between bournemouth and weymouth and there is also a beach just 5mins from the accommodation. it was like home away from home. it was an excellent stay and would be recommending it to friends. it’s just a shame it wasn’t that known by many. a hidden gem indeed!"

Contemporary, renovated, well equipped house in a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of Swanage, very close to the beach. The house has been renovated to a high standard and offers 3 bedrooms, 1 King Size, 1 double and two single beds (travel cot also available). The bathroom has a separate shower and corner bath. The newly fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer, double oven and microwave. The Lounge/Diner has a new large sofa and two comfortable chairs with a modern WIfi enabled TV and DVD player with plenty of DVDs. There are plenty of childrens games, toys and books and equipment for the beach. WIFI is included. There is a small courtyard garden with table and chairs. The house is set over three floors. The top floor where there is one bedroom has steeper stairs so not advised for elderly guests. The first floor has two bedrooms where stairs are standard.
The house is just a few moments walk from the long sandy beach, the shops, cafes and restaurants, the Victorian Pier and the Steam Railway. Corfe Castle, Durlston Country Park, Studland Bay, Poole Harbour, Brownsea Island, The Blue Pool, Durdle Door & Lulworth Cove are only short distances away. Children are very welcome but sorry no pets.
Parking is on the road and is unrestricted but does have limited spaces. There are other unrestricted roads nearby or a car park 7 minutes walk away (£50 for the week). The advantage is we are close to everything in Swanage. We don’t tend to need the car once in Swanage. Guests appreciate how close we are to all the amenities of Swanage.

Our 2nd floor apartment enjoys sunshine throughout the day and sits within a small purpose built complex on a quiet side road yet within the heart of Swanage just 50 yards from the sea front.
The apartment has been tastefully decorated and carpeted throughout with contemporary furniture and high quality bedding and linen supplied. Bath and hand towels are also provided. There is also a hairdryer in the main bedroom. Please note there is no lift in the apartments.
The flat has gas fired central heating and comprises a generous and social kitchen/diner/lounge which has a large corner sofa bed, dining table to seat up to six and TV unit. Free ultrafast broadband/WiFi is available as well as Sky Glass TV offering all of the usual free view channels plus assorted Sky channels, Apps and catch-up facility. There is also an Echo Dot to provide music and hopefully answer any questions!
The kitchen area includes a washing machine, gas hob with electric oven, fridge, worktop freezer (31L), microwave, kettle, toaster and all the pots, pans, utensils, glasses, mugs and crockery you would want and expect. A selection of tea, coffee (including decaf of both), sugar, condiments, herbs, spices and cooking oils are provided for your use.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside units, easy chair and a full length mirror with hanging space behind.
Bedroom 2 also has a double bed, a chest of drawers incorporating vanity unit and a bedside unit.

We have a parking space for your use at a local hotel just 5 minutes walk from the apartment, however you are able to load/unload directly outside the apartment.
We are pleased to able to offer the apartment directly adjacent (the entrance doors are opposite each other), which is a near mirror image of our existing apartment. This offers the opportunity for larger groups of friends or families to stay together without being together!!

Our lovely 1st floor apartment enjoys spectacular views of Swanage Bay through bi-fold doors onto a private decked balcony. The apartment sits within a converted Victorian house with private access via a short flight of external steps. The apartment is located on a side road yet just 100 metres from the sea front and all local amenities.
There is an allocated parking space in the car park directly outside the steps to the apartment.
The apartment has been tastefully decorated throughout with contemporary furniture and high quality bedding and bed linen supplied. Bath and hand towels are also provided.

The Cottage
A beautiful 2 bedroom semi-detached cottage, equipped to a high standard and perfectly located in the heart of Swanage.
Conveniently situated just a few minutes walk from the stunning beach, bustling town and fabulous restaurants yet with easy access to explore the rest of the Jurassic Coast.
Dining
As you enter the cottage you step into the fully equipped kitchen/diner. Hang up your coats, remove your shoes and prepare to relax in this comfortable space. Everything you need to cook up a storm is on hand, along with a dishwasher to clean it all up. There is a Smeg fridge freezer to store all your fresh food and plenty of cupboard storage for dried goods. A microwave and washer/drier are also available. The kitchen hosts a Bose system to play your favourite tunes or just sit back at the dining table and watch your choice of program on the television complete with Sky.
Lounging
The lounge has two comfortable sofas and an armchair in which to relax. There is soft lighting and a flatscreen television. Board games, books and a selection of DVD's can be found in the beautiful antique sideboard.
Bathing
The bathroom is located at the top of the stairs where you will find the bathroom suite complete with overhead shower. There is a heated towel rail.
Sleeping
There are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 comprises of a double bed, whitewashed side cabinets and overhead storage. It also has a television should you wish to chill out and watch tv horizontal.

Woodgate Lodge is a 4 bedroomed, detached house located in the popular Purbeck village of Studland with its wonderful sandy beaches. It is an ideal base for family seaside holidays as well as walking, cycling, bird watching, riding and golf. The house is situated on National Trust land with plenty of walks and cycle tracks directly accessible from the property. It is on a quiet unmade lane with an enclosed garden laid to lawn, making it ideal for children. There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms , en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom, family bathroom, downstairs w/c, sitting room and dining room, with door to the terrace, leading to the kitchen and a utility room. To the side and rear are paved terraces with a BBQ and there is parking for 2 cars. The beautiful Dorset countryside is on the doorstep with its Jurassic Coastline, Historic monuments and idyllic country pubs. Water sports facilities are available on Studland and Swanage beaches. There is also a sauna available on the beach. The highly rated Pig on the Beach hotel/restaurant is in Studland, 10 minutes walk from the house and the highly rated Shell Bay restaurant at the ferry . Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant is just a ferry ride away in Sandbanks.

Room to relax – with seven bedrooms, three large reception rooms and plenty of space for 7-14 adult guests (up to 16 guests including children), The Mount has been used to celebrate special birthdays, hosted theatre groups rehearsing plays, and provided comfortable accommodation for guests of couples getting married at nearby Durlston Castle. Grandparents have enjoyed a week away with their children and grandchildren, with room to eat and play together and space enough to relax.
Built in the Arts & Crafts style in 1908, The Mount sits in a prominent position in Swanage in the stunning Isle of Purbeck. The town's sandy beaches, cafes, restaurants and pubs are a lovely walk downhill one way, while in the other direction the dramatic cliffs of the Jurassic Coast and the rare fauna and flora of Durlston await. A beautifully designed, light and airy two bedroom flat on the top floor of a block of new built flats above Daisy May shopping arcade. The flat is at the back of the block and therefore benefits from being away from the road and traffic and is therefore quiet.
We bought this brand new holiday home from new a few years ago and bought brand new furnishings at the time to go in it. It has a lovely open plan kitchen/living/dining area with brand new luxury fully equipped kitchen area. The flat faces West and benefits from the afternoon and evening sun.
The apartment has a brand new king size bed in the larger bedroom, with the smaller bedroom being set up with a double bed. There is a second TV and DVD player in the main bedroom.
Both bedrooms have brand new chests of drawers for clothes. All bed linen is provided.
The luxury bathroom is well designed and appointed with a full length bath and overhead shower attachment, separate sink and toilet, full length tiling, heated towel rail, and a over-bath washing line (with pegs) to dry out bathing costumes. Bath and hand towels are provided, but you need to bring your own beach towels.
The flat is double glazed throughout with sash windows and adjustable blinds.
There is a dining table and comfortable leather chairs for six people and a spacious L shaped leather sofa. There is also a brand new Smart TV with britbox, TV players freeview and wifi. We also have a remote-controlled Bluetooth hi-fi system which will pair with any Bluetooth device, such as iPhone, etc.
The well equipped kitchen has a fridge with small freezer, a brand new drinks fridge, an oven, grill, hob, extractor fan and separate microwave and a brand new Nespresso coffee machine (coffee pods not provided) or a teapot if you'd prefer tea. There are plenty of cupboards to store food, and it has all the kitchen utensils you would need for a comfortable stay.
As this is a second floor flat, there are two flights of stairs to get to the front door. As such, this accommodation is not suitable for disabled or very elderly guests, given there is no step-free access.
This is a strictly no smoking, no pets flat.
A weeks long stay parking in any of the three long stay car parks in Swanage is included in the overall price. You are able to park in any of the three car parks anytime during your stay. We book the parking on your behalf online for your arrival time.

Our top spec caravan is situated on a hillside with open views of the sea over the bay of Swanage and across to the hills towards Old Harry's Rock. The views from sofas and decking are breathtaking. A 15 minute walk to the town and sea front of Swanage and a 15 minute drive to the stunning Studland beach and ferry across to Sandbanks. Beautiful Edwardian 4 Bed Holiday House- 10 mins walk from beach- Dogs welcome. Brantwood Holiday Cottage is a beautiful Edwardian four bedroom family home, with many original features and a south facing garden. Newly renovated in 2020 and extended to the rear Brantwood combines modernity with many beautiful character features. Brantwood is conveniently situated only a 10 minute walk from Swanage town centre, shops, restaurants and the seafront's sandy beach. Local pubs and off licenses are only a 5 minute walk from Brantwood and we have off road parking for two cars.You can take a boat trip along the Jurassic coast, walk in Durlston Country Park, take the steam train to Corfe Castle, stroll along the Victorian pier, swim on the award winning beaches or go for meals out in the many restaurants in the town centre. We have a small corner shop nearby which is open early till late and a good variety of shops in the town.
The property is a detached red brick Edwardian town house with accommodation over two floors. From the front rooms there are views to the Purbeck Hills and the rear bedrooms look onto the garden. The ground floor features an elegant entrance hall which to the right leads onto a new extension including a large kitchen, dining room with log burner and seating area with 4 metre sliding doors doors onto the patio and garden. There is also a separate sitting room on the ground floor with smart television and room to seat 6 adults comfortably. The sitting room also has a lovely log burner perfect for the colder seasons. The Laura Ashley sofa in the sitting room is a double sofa bed in case you have any extra friends staying over during your stay at Brantwood. There is a downstairs shower room/utility room toilet on the ground floor.
The well equipped kitchen has everything you will need to make your stay comfortable, including a 1m10 double range-master oven, nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules), new dishwasher, large American fridge freezer and Kitchen Aid. We have a record player and records to choose and an amazon 'Alexa' linked to our Amazon music account and a 70 inch TV in the extension room plus a 40 inch TV in the private sitting room. The doors to the patio and garden are off the extension room. The south facing garden and patio area to the rear has a large rattan garden table and seating for 8 people and a BBQ. Buckets, spades and other beach essentials are available in the shed to make your stay extra relaxing! In the kitchen/dining room extension you will find plenty of toys for your children to play with and we have one high chair available.
The first floor accommodation features four bedrooms. There are three lovely double bedrooms, one to the front and one to the rear of the property and one in the newly converted 'loft', all with John Lewis King Size beds and fitted wardrobes. There is one smaller bedrooms, one of which has full size adult bunk beds (6ft 3). There is also a travel cot available on request. The modern family bathroom is on the first floor and has a bath and over the bath shower. All beds have duvets and pillows, bed linen and towels are provided as standard. Please bring your own beach towels- these are not provided.
Your dogs are welcome at Brantwood- we love dogs. Although please ensure that they don't get up on the sofas or go upstairs in the house- absolutely no dogs in the carpeted 'loft' room. Please also clear up after them in the garden- there is an additional charge of £25 per dog.
Christmas at Brantwood:
Arrive at Brantwood at Christmas time to a fully decorated tree and house and a wood burner laid ready to light. Let me know the names of your children and small gifts will be waiting under the tree for them and stocking hung above the fire place. If you order your Christmas food ahead of your arrival we can unload it into the fridge for you and can even place an order for your Christmas bird from the local farmer.

Sleeps 8, this comfortable Victorian cottage provides accommodation over 3 floors. On the ground floor is the lounge and kitchen/diner with french doors to the paved courtyard. The first floor has two double bedrooms (one with a king size bed and one with a double bed) and two shower rooms with toilets. This is our family home which we love very much. It is has a great location 5 minutes from the sea and sea views from upstairs.
Swanage is a lovely seaside resort situated on the Jurassic Coast. It is perfect for a beach holiday, walking holiday or just a relaxing holiday.
The house is light and airy. It has an open plan kitchen/living room and an orangery which is separated with bi-fold doors. This is used as a dining room.
There is one bedroom/office downstairs, a wet-room, a toilet, and a laundry room.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The main one is en suite and a family bathroom. We also offer a simple wooden cabin set in the garden with 2 single beds. Please note there is no bathroom inside the cabin – guests will have access to shared facilities nearby. A basic, no-frills option for a comfortable night’s stay.
We have a large back and front garden. There is parking for 2 cars and or ample parking on the private road. Shops, restaurants and beach are a five minute walk.

This Victorian property is Grade II Listed with a stunning natural Purbeck stone construction. It’s situated a mere 150 metres from the stunning Swanage beachfront, in the heart of the town centre, and a short distance from the main shopping thoroughfare.
The space
The cosy, inviting, and spacious ground floor welcomes you into this gorgeous cottage, with its flagstone floor, extensive open plan living-dining area, and well-appointed kitchen. The lounge has a trendy yet cosy feel, with a three-seat sofa, two armchairs, and smart TV. The dining area has a table & chairs that seats upto six, in a homely and elegant space. The whole cottage showcases an attention to detail, and is decorated beautifully in pastel colours, tasteful artistic pieces, chic door handles, soft furnishings, and sleek lighting.
The kitchen has a warm feel with white finished cabinets and a terracotta tile floor, and includes everything you’ll need for an enjoyable stay, including a range oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. Also downstairs off the kitchen is a handy WC room with washbasin.
On the first floor, the bedrooms are enriched with lovely carpets and natural light, comprising a generous master bedroom with kingsize bed and built-in wardrobe space, a delightful twin room with two single beds, and a small single bedroom. Also on this floor is a modern, newly-installed family bathroom, with shower over bath, grey postbox tiling, and modern white fittings.
On the second floor up a steep spiral staircase is a large loft room, with double bed, skylights in the roof, original beams, and attractive exposed brick feature wall.
To the rear of the property, off the kitchen, is a charming small stone garden, with outside dining furniture for six, and a parasol — perfect for a relaxing cup of tea in the sun, or a glass of wine in the evening. It also features a barbecue, chimenea, and its own rear entrance gate.

Parking is NOT readily available at the property, due to the central location of the house to the town centre and beach. However, there are long stay car parks which can be utilised for your booking and located under 10 mins walk away. There is free on-street parking available to the rear of the property, however, these are on a first-come-first-served basis, and very often not available.
Please note: this property has two internal staircases, one of which is a steep spiral staircase to the loft bedroom.
Although anti-slip treads have been added to each step of the spiral staircase, we recommend that the loft room is only used for adults or teenagers only, due to the steepness of the steps leading up to this bedroom. The owner has also provided child gates for the landing areas for safety.

Chestnuts, is a 3 bedroom bright and airy, character filled, apartment, occupying 1st and 2nd floors of listed Georgian building, with great views over The Downs and Swanage Bay. The terrace was built in 1830 by William Morton Pitt, a Member of Parliament representing Dorset. He had a vision of transforming Swanage from a small quarrying and fishing town into a Victorian seaside resort.

Chestnuts is very close to the seafront and shops, a short 3 minute walk down Seymer Road. The flat is full of character and comfortably well furnished with three bedrooms on the second floor, two of which overlook the Downs, Swanage Bay and the Pier. There is a WC and washbasin on the same floor.
On the first floor we have a front lounge overlooking the Bay with 2x sofas, tv. There is a seperate dining room at the rear of the main house with dining table and chairs.
Kitchen is at the rear of two storey rear addition which also benefits from the seperate bath/shower basin and WC.

Purbeck Shepherd Huts are a new boutique glamping offering in the heart of Worth Matravers. We have two huts, each with their own private gardens that have been designed and hand crafted to a beautiful finish. Both huts are completely self contained with everything you should need for a truly memorable stay. Each has a wood burning fire, kitchen, bathroom and a raised bed looking out of the window down to the sea. Chapmans Pool (named after the stunning local beach where we got engaged) is the corner hut that looks down towards the sea. It has a stone wall at the bottom with flower beds surrounding a grass area, outdoor seating and a BBQ. Inside the hut there's a wood burning stove with cosy fireside seating, a fully equipped kitchen and a breakfast bar looking out through the double doors. The double bed with sea views through the window opening provides a great nights sleep after a full day exploring the local area. There is also a small connected bathroom with powerful shower, loo and sink.

The footprint of the accommodation is 5m x 3.5m in total. The ceiling slopes from 6ft9" (205cm) to 6ft2" (188cm).
The entrance steps to the property do not have a hand rail so are not ideal for those with limited mobility. There is an alternative entrance off of Quarry Close itself, which is a bit further to walk, but has a hand rail on the steps, and then a gentle slope up through the garden.

Swanage is central to explore the Jurassic coast and is Ideal for both families and for people who just want to explore the Dorset seaside and countryside.
Swanage hosts seaside amenities, pleasant restaurants, cafes, bars and hosts the best carnival on the south coast in July/August.

The bedroom and beach hut style toilet/washroom (3 small steps down) are on the same floor. The iconic 'Nine Barrow Down trail' can be seen to peek above the roof tops. There is a hand sanitizer as you enter the property at the base of the stairs, and one in the bathroom also. This neighbourhood has quite a few cats, dogs, gulls & wild birds.

Cosy Blue Room includes access to shared toilet washroom (same floor) main bathroom (one floor down) kitchenette & tiny front garden ( via step). Beach and town with Tourist Information, are within easy reach on foot. The bus train station and taxi cab are ten minutes walk away. Parking is always busy, free on street locally, but meters in town and along the promenade. Co-op has adjoining car park. Durlston Country Park and Anvil Point is a hilly stunning walk near at hand, or you can take the Swanage to Durlston bus.

Bay Lodge is our family home in a quiet residential cul-de-sac very centrally located in beautiful Swanage. Both rooms are very clean, bright and airy on the top floor of our 3 storey Victorian home. Off road parking is available. The Swanage Steam Railway and bus station are at the end of the road, 100 meters away. Within very close proximity to numerous cafes, restaurants, bars the award winning sandy beach, Swanage Pier and the South West coast path. Children and babies are very welcome.

Both guests rooms are located on the 3rd floor of our Victorian family home. We occupy the two rooms on the middle floor.
You are set up for making tea and coffee in your room, the double room has a small fridge. Both room have televisions. Towels are provided. I'll pop in daily to whip around the shower room and empty your bins.
Wifi is available.
As room only there are some excellent cafes for a fabulous breakfast either in town or a short walk along to one of the great beach cafes.
Your room has a lock and I'll provide you with a front door key for you to come and go.
There is plenty of space for a travel cot in the double room, which we are able to provide. The single and double rented together would work well with small families. If you require both rooms, please contact me to arrange a price.
