Breakfast was well organised and all the staff very kind and helpful." - "Amazing hotel and spa and have been a number of times. Stayed for two nights and had an amazing spa day with two treatments. Decided to upgrade to a superior garden twin room which was adequate but if I was being extra picky there are a couple of observations that would have improved the room itself. There was no safe or full length mirror and the wardrobe and draw space were tiny also there was nowhere to sit in front of a mirror to apply makeup and dry our hair. I want to emphasise non of this affected our stay and is purely feedback based on the quality of the hotel and the cost of upgrading our room and we will definitely be back. We came to the conclusion that the room was not specifically designed for those of us that need constant reassurance that we leave the room looking our best and our skirts are not tucked in our underwear."

The children were provided with fold out mini-beds that were made up with bedding. They slept comfortably. Our bed was comfortable and cosy The bathroom had a bath with a shower over the top. Soap and shower gel provided with big thick towels. The only thing missing was a wash cloth but we made do We were quite warm in the night but we did not want to leave the window open while we slept incase the children tried to climb through (traditional lift-up window). The grounds were beautiful and we had short walk around in the morning to say hi to the sheep and cows roaming the fields which was a lovely touch Overall it was a lovely stay and we would come again and recommend it to friends and family wanting to stay in the area. - "It was the friendliness and accommodating nature of the staff that really made our stay at the White Rabbit special. We were met with an enthusiastic reception on check-in and were given lots of information about the hotel, the local area and our room... (I meant to get the name of the man who checked us in on Friday 19th evening, however didn't get the chance. He was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay and deserves a lot of thanks) . Throughout our stay, any issues that we had (of which there weren't many) were proactively resolved by the hotel staff, who really went above and beyond to support us. The excellent service continued into the dining room as well, where our server (who's name I believe to be Bunny) was very welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a lovely dinner service. For the food itself, we ordered the Signature burger (much recommended) and the Lasagne, both of which were greatly enjoyed and seemed to be good value for money. The atmosphere in the restaurant was nice and the food came hot and in perfect time for a relaxed dinner. I particularly enjoyed the braised beef rib in the burger myself. Equally impressive was our hotel room, which really superseded our expectations. Having booked the basic double room, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. The overall cleanliness was excellent and we found both the bedroom and bathroom immaculate on arrival. A seriously great experience. 5/5"
