Hoburne holiday park is a small family friendly 5 STAR HOLIDAY PARK and has lots on offer. Indoor and outdoor heated pools, Gym, Sauna, Steam room, Entertainment, Cafe, Brasserie, Children's clubs, Indoor soft play, Amusement arcade, And Launderette. Access to the clubhouse is all included.
The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. Including kayak and boat hire, crabbing at Mudeford Quay, And lovely restaurants. Make sure you try The Noisy Lobster on Avon Beach or maybe walk up to the pub and watch the fishing boats come in with the catch of the day! The New forest has lots to do to cater for any occasion.
As a self-catering mobile home, You will find everything you need for a perfect stay. Sainsbury's and is a 5 minute drive or there is a local Spar shop just 1 minute walk away with lovely fresh bread every day.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The mobile home is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. With outside decking, Table and chairs so you can enjoy the sunset or watching the children go off on their bikes and enjoy just being children.
This Fox Den is so called as I spent many summers on this park in my grandparents caravan and their sirname was Fox so this is where the name, The Fox Den comes from. The mobile home has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge so can sleep 8
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. and wardrobe. In the next bedroom, there are 2 single beds. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.
There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a sink and a walk-in shower.
The second has a toilet and a sink.
You will need to bring your own towels and tea towels. Bedding is provided. FULL ACCESS TO THE POOLS AND CLUBHOUSE ARE INCLUDED Boring bit!!!
House Rules:
- Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out is before 10am.
- Smoking is strictly not allowed in any part of the mobile home including the decking.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.

Riverlea Nook is a newly converted building in the garden. It has one bedroom , a bathroom and a small kitchen / dining area with Fridge and microwave. Good wifi-There is a small patio area outside that is part of a shared garden space. There is parking for one car and a key safe to let yourself in.
Christchurch center is a 10-15 minute walk and the beach a ten minute drive. Lots of local cafes, restaurants and bars.

Hidden away in the back of our family garden away from the main house is a completely self contained well presented lodge offering spacious indoor living & a private garden.
The lodge is completely fenced off offering maximum privacy.
The stunning St Catherine’s hill nature reserve is only a 5 minute walk.
The historic town of Christchurch, beautiful Sandy beaches, wonderful bars and restaurants are all just a short drive away (or bus ride).
The space

Access to the cabin is gained via a locked gate at the side of our house. This will take you through our garden to another gate for the lodge. Please keep your dogs on leads incase our dogs are using the garden also.
Please do not park in our driveway. Parking is off road and please where possible try to park directly outside our house.
We would like to let guests know that access to the lodge is via our main garden which we regularly used by our kids and dogs. We will do our best to accommodate you, so if this could cause an issue we then please give us a heads up when you’re arriving and we will usher them inside whilst you pass through.
Built in 2022 the lodge boasts a spacious open plan living area with Wifi, an L-shaped double sofa bed, a flat screen tv including Virgin tv with sports, Netflix, Prime and Disney+.
The large kitchen is well equipped with plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils.
It has a breakfast bar with bar stools, a built in oven, an electric hob, a microwave, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a tall fridge freezer.
The separate good sized double bedroom is very cosy and has its own wardrobe and bedside tables.
The bathroom has a p-shaped bath with a modern shower above, a w/c and basin.
Outside
The lodge is completely fenced off offering maximum privacy.
Kids and hounds can roam free in our modest outdoor gardens with patio area, outdoor seating and bbq.
An additional single bed or portable cot bed is also available on request (single bed is an additional £10/night as it requires extra bedding etc).
We will provide teas, coffee, milk, sugar and basics like cooking oil, salt & pepper on arrival.

You’re able to use anything within the lodges fenced off area although we keep the shed locked as it has sharp gardening tools which could be dangerous around children.
The garden to the main house is to be used only for access to the lodge and dogs must be kept on leads when passing through as our dogs may be using the garden also.

Relax with the whole family at “Seaways”, our 2 bedroom, pet-friendly holiday home within the peaceful 5* Hoburne Holiday Park, Christchurch. Located 15 minutes walk to the spectacular High Cliffs beach or drive to the New Forest. Parking in front of the home. Alternatively head to the indoor / heated outdoor pool, or enjoy the sun on our deck. In the evening, walk to the newly refurbished entertainment centre for a meal / drinks, or stay at home and continue with your box set.

Property is pet friendly for a maximum of two well behaved small dogs, breed to be declared before booking.

Cost of leisure passes are an additional charge by Hoburne of £66 per week. These allow access to indoor and outdoor pools, gym and night entertainment complex. They have to be arranged by the owner directly with Hoburne 7 days before check-in. Please provide email address. Bar and restaurant can still be accessed without passes.
7 night stays attract a 5% discount.
Bed linen is provided, plus one hand towel and floor mat in the bathroom, tea towels and double oven gloves in the kitchen. We DO NOT provide bath or beach towels.
