Dolphin Heights is a very tastefully furnished apartment in the much sought after area of Wellswood, Torquay. As you arrive at the property you walk along the lit up walkway to the front door through the private enclosed garden area. As you enter the property through the hallway, the 3 bedrooms are on your left hand side. There is a very useful utility cupboard in the spacious hallway housing the washer/dryer as well as plenty of storage for your coats and shoes. The shower room is on your right hand side with power shower and a light up vanity mirror, as well as an additional separate second toilet. Directly in front is the doorway to the stylish open plan living/dining area with table and chairs looking out over the view, as well as a corner sofa and chair in the living area for relaxing and watching the 55’’ Smart TV. As you enter the property through the front door, you find yourself in the open plan downstairs kitchen/dining/living area. This space flows well and is bright and airy being open plan with large sash windows to the rear, however the living area still feels slightly separate to the kitchen. From the living area is a door which leads out onto the rear courtyard patio with outside covered seating, perfect for sitting out in the morning with a cup of coffee or with a glass of wine while winding down in the evening. As you walk upstairs to the first floor you have a convenient separate W/C on the landing. To the right is a good sized double bedroom with TV, en-suite shower room and to the left of the landing is another good sized bedroom with single zip & link beds which can be used as single beds or attached together as a king size. En suite shower room, TV and great views over the valley of Torquay.

The Annexe also boasts off road private parking for 2 cars on the owners private property. Surrounded by the stunning coastline of the English Riviera and sheltered sailing waters, Torquay is a pleasant town which has excellent opportunities for sporting and leisure facilities, and includes a 440-berth marina. The space
The Dens are our affordable alternative to camping. They are three spacious and private units with thier own kitchen and bathroom in an adjacent building. The Dens are are well insulated, heated.light and airy with power and usb. The Dens come with a double bed as standard but with the option to add furher sigle beds or matteresses on the floor for younger children, all you need to do is bring a duvet and pillow! Or alternatively bring your own beds and camp in them. Outside you have a picnic bench with parasol and a base for your bbq or stove.

Your kitchen area has a toaster, kettle and microwave and you can hire gas stove ad cooking pack. The three Dens share a comunial Hen House room which has sofas, table and benches and table football. They also share a fire pit and mud kitchen etc in the copse just above the Dens. Oh and there is a washing machine too.

Each Den has a parking space and is accessed just a short walk up a well light path. There are no steps but the path is gravel and the Dens doorway is not standard width so not described as accessible for people with particular mobility issues.

From the Dens you can join the South West Coast Path at the top of our road and you can walk to Maidencombe beach, cafe and pub is fifteen minutes (20 minutes back as up hill) or walk to Stokeinteignhead pub and community shop in twenty minutes.

Blue Hayes Cabin, is close to the main Torquay marina & seafront, full of shops, restaurant & stylish bars, The Cabin is set back so very peaceful within a raised forest area yet with wonderful sea views, it has beautiful coastal walks on the door step and the beach just a 2 minute walk.

its the perfect get away for 2-4 people, there are a number of steps going up to the cabin and on route an optional use of a Hydropool Hot tub perfect for the evenings.

The space
The Cabin has one parking space located at the bottom of the steps going up to the cabin off a private shared Drive, The cabin is located on a raised area therefore their are a number of steps to access the property, however the view is amazing looking out to see over the Bay.
Half way up the stairs there is a Heated Hydropool Hot tub to enjoy, as you continue up to the Cabin there is a front counter leaver balcony running across the front and side the sides of the entire cabin, making the most of the views. The perfect area to sit with your cup of coffee in the mornings.

The cabin is surrounded by Trees and at night you have amazing views of some owls and wild life flying between the trees behind. also while enjoying the Bay lite up at night time.

As you enter the Cabin you have the main hallway, that leads to all the rooms and then follwos on to the open Plan kitchen diner lounge area, with large 50- inch TV, for those amazing cosy movie nights in, with a breakfast bar, sofa and open plan kitchen for cooking.
Then as you go back through the hallway. on the left you have 1 bedroom with a set of bunkbeds in perfect for children, with a small wardrobe and wall hung TV, then follow through with a jack and jill bathroom, with a full bath and over bath shower, then leading into the master bedroom with double bed wardrobe and a set of French doors leading out on to that main balcony.
