THE SURROUNDING AREA
The pod is situated on steeple lane and on the edge of beautiful countryside..it is a short walk to the steeple monument which overlooks the bay of Stives and the surrounding area. Here you will see stunning views of the bay of Stives and godrevy lighthouse. It's a great area to explore and a hidden gem of the area.
Even though the pod is situated by this beautiful countryside it is only a easy and picturesque stroll to Stives town. The first beach you arrive at would be beautiful Portminster Beach with its powder like sand then onward to the harbour and Porthgwidden beach and lastly rugged Porthmeor beach favoured by surfers with an excellent surf school. All the beaches have cafes and restaurants for all tastes and budgets

Tesco and the cornish arms pub are a few minutes walk away .
The pod is on Steeple lane which is very peaceful and quiet . It is a haven tucked away , with its private garden where you can escape to after a busy time on the beach and bustling St.ives but still only a few minutes walk away from the beautiful countryside and steeple woods while being easy reach on foot into the town, beaches and cobble streets.
Here you will have the best of both worlds !

Penhallow is a unique 1 bed luxury cabin, tucked away on the edge of Carbis Bay. Beautifully peaceful with its own mature garden edged by a stream. The perfect place to relax and unwind. It is a short walk to Carbis Bay beach and St Ives town. Great for Surfers, walkers, swimmers, cyclists, and Art lovers.

The space
The property has been beautifully presented, its a place guests can totally unwind and relax in with just the sounds of the birds and the stream that edges the garden.

As you enter, the porch area has a place to hang your coats and a bench seat for shoes.

There is a large open plan kitchen living room with everything you will need for your stay. Sofa, chair, dining table for two, Wood burner, smart tv with Netflix, triple Bifold doors opening onto the garden.

Bathroom - large bath for x2, shower, loo, shaver socket.

Bedroom - Large kingsize bed, view of the garden with double open doors, large smart tv with Netflix, air-con, wardrobe and dressing table.

Garden - South facing private large mature garden with two ponds, and a stream running around the edge. There is an area for relaxing in the sun with sun loungers, a sofa and a gas BBQ.

Guest access
On entering the driveway there is space for one car close to the Penhallow sign.

Penhallow is about fifty meters from where the car is parked to the Cabin. A pathway through the owner's garden leads you up to your own private gated area.

Other things to note
We only allow infants who are years 1 or bellow. I’m afraid no toddlers as there are several ponds and it’s not suitable for that age.

Please park your car as close to the main house as possible and next to the gate as this allows cars to manoeuvre in the drive, thank you.

There is a key safe on the right by the steps in front of Penhallow . Suzy will give you the code once your holiday has been confirmed.

Suzy and Ollie also have another let, Brook Cottage for 5 guests which you can see when you enter the driveway, this property is also on Airbnb. This would make ideal combined accommodation for family or friends.
