Azura is a wonderful, welcoming ground floor apartment, well decorated and furnished to a high specification.
Being a ground floor apartment, this makes it easy for access and so convenient and safe for families with small children.
There is a reserved parking space for 1 car . If you wish to arrive by train, Carbis Bay station, is on the delightful single track railway line that meets the main London to Penzance trains at St Erth station. The apartment is just a short level walk from the station.

The train ride is very beautiful along the coast and we use it to pop into St Ives , 1 stop away for outings, dinner, etc and often walk back or vice versa.! Children really enjoy the train rides.

There is a balcony with a glass gate access from the gardens, which has a table and 4 chairs for enjoying the afternoon and evening sun.

Our 3 double bedroomed, 3 bathroomed bungalow is ready for you and your loved ones (2 and 4 legged) to enjoy. This wonderful seaside property is the perfect base for a relaxing holiday in this most sought after location. The luxurious yet practical interior is thoughtfully equipped with everything you will need for a fantastic home from home experience. From the snug with it's L shaped sofa and 50''smart tv, to the vaulted kitchen/dining room leading to the sitting room with it's bi-fold doors accessing the sunken garden, everything is here for your family to enjoy a wonderful holiday.
The gated driveway can accommodate 3 cars if required, all off road and secure.The gardens are accessed from the gravelled parking area as well as the bi fold doors in the lounge. They lead to a sunken south facing terrace area with water feature and fire pit, BBQ and plenty of comfy seating on the 'L' shaped sofa for those al fresco evenings in the sun. There is a large outdoor dining table easily seating 6 and plenty of space for all the goodies you have to eat.
Back inside, the large bright hallway has double doors which conceal the washer and dryer as well as the boiler and fuse board.
The snug is also located off the hallway. This cosy room has a large 'L' shaped sofa where you can relax and read a book or make use of the 50''smart TV and Playstation if that is your thing.
Back into the main house and the large open plan kitchen has everything you'll need for a real home from home holiday. The vaulted ceiling with 2 velux windows gives a real feeling of light and space. Built in appliances including a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave, an induction hob and wine cooler for (those holiday essentials.)
The dining table is also in this area and there are more than enough plates and glasses so you don't need to waste time washing up between meals. The room then opens into the lounge with 2 large sofas giving plenty of comfy seating for 6. The 50'' smart TV is there for catching up on your favourite telly as well as films. The bi fold doors leading to the garden are also in this area.
The inner hallway leads to 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom. Bedroom 3 is a double with built in dressing area and wardrobe with plenty of storage for your belongings. It also has french doors to the rear courtyard with seating if you want to have your own space.
Bedroom 2 is a twin with en-suite with large shower and built in sink and wc unit as well as a demister mirror. Built in dressing table and storage for your clothes. Again doors lead to the rear garden.
The main bathroom has a bath and separate double shower cubicle as well as a large sink and demister mirror and a wc of course.
The master bedroom leads from the main living area and has a king size pocket sprung bed. Doors to the rear garden and a separate dressing room containing a dressing table and hanging space for your clothes lead off the main room. An en-suite shower room completes this relaxed retreat.

Please note in addition to 6 guests we can accommodate an infant in a travel cot (we have a high chair too if required.)

As we are so close to the beach we have an outdoor shower for your convenience to wash away the sand from those surf boards and you!!

The open plan living/kitchen and dining area is bright and airy with a large Smart TV, which can be enjoyed from the large sumptuous and fashionable sofa. Luxurious soft furnishings highlight the room.

There is an added bonus of an extra living room on the ground floor again with a Smart TV and cosy sofa and chair with sliding doors leading out to the garden.

The kitchen is well equipped with a Gas Hob and Electric Oven, Fridge, Freezer and built-in Microwave and Dishwasher. There is a beautiful dining table which is perfect for those lazy breakfasts or casual dinners and a breakfast bar with two stools is a perfect addition.

Chi Lowen has four good size bedrooms. Located on the Ground floor, the Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, ample storage and is decorated with a blue and white colour palette, giving the room a calm and tranquil feel.

Two further bedrooms are located on the first floor. One is a twin bedroom, and one is a single bed with a pull-out trundle bed (suitable for children only). Please also note in this room there is a sloping ceiling which has limited headroom.

All rooms are decorated to a high standard and have a light, airy crisp feel to them.

So much so we even dedicated one whole day resting and enjoying the comforts of the house within our itinerary. The property was well located with easy access to a Tescos, walking distance to Carbis Bay Beach and 2 minute walk to bus stop to go to St Ives. The house was very clean, with all modern comforts supplied and even a welcome pack by the property management making our stay extra convenient! My only qualm was the description of a trundle bed was advertised when we booked the property but this was not the case when we arrived, however we were able to make do this time with sleeping arrangements! All in all I would still highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a convenient and hassle free stay during your holidays!"

Loved the views of the dolphins and seals in the sea in the mornings. Train station was on the door step and only 3 minutes to St Ives or there was the walking coastal path which was amazing." - "The apartment was stunning and it had a view to match. The bed was really comfortable and having a bath whilst looking at the view was really therapeutic. I must admit we found the last set of stairs up to the apartment very steep and think most elderly guests would feel the same. The swimming pools and restaurant were excellent and the food was very tasty, the restaurant was very accommodating of changes to the menu and allergens.The location for us was perfect, quiet and tranquil meaning we could truly rest and relax.My only problems were the patio door which was bent and difficult to open and the fridge which had been turned off! Therefore the well meaning milk that ha been left for us was not usable. The wifi was also a bit hit and miss at times and we could not connect our photos to the smart TV - a must to entertain teenagers in the evenings!"

Lahaina is a luxury dog-friendly holiday home in St Ives with a 6-person hot tub (please note, if you wish to use the hot tub, there is an additional fee of £350 a week). The house sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms and there are 3 bathrooms in total. The house is conveniently located just off the main route into St Ives and has parking for up to 4 cars with the added bonus of having a 7kw electric car charger with a pay-to-use facility. It is a 20-minute very scenic walk to the heart of St Ives where there is a wonderful choice of eateries and places to drink.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, under counter freezer and full size fridge, toaster and kettle as well as wine fridge. There are ample kitchen utensils and crockery and cooking pans for a family to feel home from home. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in a utility area too. The dining table seats 8 comfortably and the living room has a Smart TV, a huge L-shaped sofa and an armchair with footstool.

There is also a snug room with another L-shaped sofa, reading lamps and Smart TV. There is a shower room off the snug room with shower, wash basin and WC. There are double doors that lead from the snug room and the living/ dining area onto a sun drenched terrace with outdoor kitchen area with BBQ grill and outdoor dining furniture.

On the first floor, there is a super king size bedroom with TV, dressing table, armchair, built-in walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, a king size bedroom and another super king bedroom with TV, reading lamps and chaise lounge sofa. There is a family bathroom on the first floor that has a bath, shower, WC and wash basin.

Next door to Lahaina is Tregenna Castle which has an 18-hole golf course so if you love to bring your clubs on holiday with you, a very short walk brings you to their very scenic golf course. West Cornwall golf course is also less than 5 miles away with breathtaking views over St Ives Bay. Countryside walks can be enjoyed directly from Lahaina, a 15-minute walk will take you to Steeple woodlands and onto Knills Monument with gorgeous ocean views beyond.

2 x well-behaved dogs (up to 18kgs) are welcome. A pet fee applies of £50 per pet per week which we collect from guests once the property is booked (terms and conditions apply). Please let us know the age, sex and breed when booking.

There is a retractable stair gate at the foot of the internal stairs, a high chair and travel cot available. Free WiFi throughout the house, bed linen and towels are all provided but please pack your own beach towels.

Come & relax on the Funny Farm. My old bus has been converted to provide basic, fun, affordable, camping accommodation on our farm, located just outside St Ives in the beautiful Cornish Countryside. Free disposable BBQ & firewood for your camp fires. Everything supplied for a memorable camping holiday. Free Parking. My campervan is located in a secluded area on the farm next to the ponies. We also have rescued sheep & pigs. Amazing views and sunrises.

Cosy & comfortable campervan with fantastic views. Outside seating & firepit. (A short walk away) Located in the field overlooking the stunning Cornish Countryside and our pig, sheep & pony paddocks. The views are fantastic as are the sunrises. Our campervan has a comfy king size bed. (Linen included) A firepit, with first bag of wood supplied & a disposable BBQ if required. Electricity sockets for recharging phones etc are located in the kitchen area. This is camping on our Funny Farm without the frills, but with all the fun of the outdoors, nearby beaches & the animals. Not forgetting the BBQ's, camp fires and nights snuggled up watching the stars and looking & listening to the wildlife. Everything you need to camp is provided in the van but we also have a shared field kitchen. There is a microwave. fridge, gas hob, electric kettle & toaster available in the shared field kitchen. The main flushing toilet & hot water shower is 100m away. There is also a separate outside hot shower. If you are looking for a good value, fun holiday then this is the one for you. There is no electric in the campervan (A torch is supplied) but there are places available to recharge phones etc. Wifi is available by the farmhouse. 4G reception is very good.

We are a 5 minute drive from St Ives and Carbis Bay. Alternatively a scenic 30 minute walk will take you to St Ives along the lanes & coastal path. Tesco's is a 5 minute drive away or a 15 minute walk. Local taxis are very reasonable. The nearest bus & train stations are St Ives or St Erth. ( If arriving by public transport I am happy to pick you up if I am around. Advance notice required) Parking is safe & secure on the farm and is free.

Please be aware that we have animals and this is not a place for people with allergies or a fear of animals. If you wish to help with the animals please remember to bring your wellies. NO DOGS OR PETS ALLOWED.

Apartment 1 Llewellan is a lovely romantic hideaway perfect for exploring this part of the country.

This ground floor apartment has everything you need for a break. Close to local amenities, restaurants & only a short walk to St Ives. Great access to public transport (bus & train) for many other places of interest that Cornwall has to offer.

The kitchen living where the sofa & sofa bed is situated has a constant air whole house ventilation system, so there is a constant low level fan noise. This ventilation assists in dealing with the coastal humidity that Cornwall is renowned for.

The space
The living kitchen area is full equipped including microwave, induction hob and oven. The dining area is neatly found in the bay window with bench seating, a great place to start the day with a coffee. The bay window provides beautiful natural day light into the space.

The bedroom is also a naturally lit room with direct access to the shared courtyard which is an absolute sun trap. There is a cupboard for hanging clothes and storing your suitcase.

Shower room with electric shower, WC and wash hand basin with a heated towel rail.

Towels are provided but please bring any spare towels required for hot summer days at the beach.

Guest access
Guests have the whole place to themselves. The courtyard is shared.

Nautico is a bright and comfortable bolt-hole in peaceful Carbis Bay - yet just a 5 minute drive (or a 40 minute walk along the coast path) to the bustling harbour town & artist haven of St Ives.

This self-contained annex forms part of my bungalow, but enjoys its own private entrance which allows guests complete freedom to come and go as they please. With wide golden sands, Carbis Bay beach has a Blue Flag Award for water quality (2025), a Seaside Award & can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

The space
The Nautico annex was completed in spring 2019 and provides double bedroom accommodation with sea views that encompass St Ives Island right across the bay as far as Godrevy Lighthouse. A contemporary shower room ensures guests have a comfortable stay and a well equipped kitchenette (with mini oven, hob, fridge, kettle and toaster) allows guests to prepare a hearty breakfast before hitting the coastal path or make packed lunches to take to the beach.

There is a private clothes drying rack outside Nautico for guest use only, which is a handy place to dry beach towels and bathing costumes.

Other things to note
Please note that building work on the property immediately opposite Nautico started in January 2025 and is unlikely to be complete before autumn 2025. This means there is likely to be some building noise between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm.

Kerensa is a lovely private annexe, in the heart of Carbis Bay, minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Kerensa is located on a peaceful, residential road and guests have sole use of the purpose built annexe, with private access, small garden patio and a designated driveway for parking one car. Owners, Karen and Brian, will happily provide suggestions for places to visit and dine, directions and help with any queries.

The space
Kerensa provides guests with a private and convenient space, with light and fresh interiors. The annexe consists of a large room with a comfortable double-bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and chair. Within the bedroom is a refreshment area with microwave, fridge and serving equipment. A door leads into a shower room with a toilet, sink unit and walk in electric shower. There is wifi, a 40 inch TV with SMART facilities, and radio-clock-alarms.
The pretty patio provides a peaceful alfresco spot, or a space to leave surf boards, bikes etc.

Guest access
Guests enter through a private gate at the side of the annexe, following a very short walkway to their own front door. There are no stairs in the annexe, but there is a step (18cms) from the driveway to the path and up into the front door of the annexe (25cms.) The private patio is at the end of the walkway to the rear of the annexe.

The Garden room is a built cabin (studio) clad in cedar and situated on a peaceful road in Carbis Bay.
The cabin has a king size bed with a beautiful bathroom, heated floor and walk in wet room. Soft towels and toiletries are provided.
A galley corner contains Microwave, kettle, toaster and mini fridge perfect to prepare breakfast, picnic and ready meal...
The patio has a couple of seating area and a outside shower ideal after a day at the beach.
Tea and coffee are complementary.

The space
The Garden Room is only 10 mins walk away to the stunning Carbis Bay Blue Flag beach. Pick up the coastal path for a beautiful walk into St Ives or take the three minute trip into town on the train.
(The restaurants, bars and shops are also few minutes away).

Guest access
our road is a cul de sac. It is very quiet and safe with plenty of places to park your car (or if you prefer you can use our drive).
Directions: On the right side of Glen Croft you will find a private path to take you to the entrance of the patio and cabin.
The Garden room is completely separated from our garden.

Free allocated parking space on the drive.
We are happy to welcome couple with babe but we don't offer cot, changing mattress or babe bath etc... You will need to bring yours.

Penny's Place is safe, relaxing and well located with coastal views. Walk to the beach, St Ives for shopping or a meal out, (bus back?). Join St Michaels' Way nearby. Buses available to St Ives, Penzance, Truro etc. Tesco with a Starbucks a few minutes away. Free parking.

Guest access
The walk from Carbis Bay Station is steep and long. Better get bus from St Erth station to Tescos Carbis Bay which is two minutes walk to property - although you wouldn't know it was there.

During your stay
Theres a key safe for self check in If I'm not home to greet you. Guests can always call me if they need me or have questions.

Other things to note
I try and provide an easy going (but clean and tidy) atmosphere where you can relax and not stand on ceremony. I like to feel you can arrive and slot into life here as a home from home. A kettle and teabags are provided in your room. Guests are welcome to use fridge and microwave in kitchen downstairs.
The beach is a plesant walk away but quite a steep hill to climb on the way back.( I always get the bus back from St Ives). Tescos and Costas are very close by for buying snacks etc.
There's a good leisure centre in St Ives with Yoga , pilates, Tai Chi, etc classes. swimming and gym. Theres also a cinema and the Tate Gallery. 4 sandy beaches many restaurants, clothes and jewellery shops abound. Nice Harbour to sit on.
