- "What to say really, nice and welcoming, rooms are nice and presentable, good to have thing planned as they do go into the rooms to clean and so on, little mini fridges in rooms with chilled water and a small milk, kettle with tea and coffee and so on. Nice throwback to the days of B&B, Breakfast is more filling than you think, dining room is also the bar, not that we used it but looked quaint enough. Food is cooked fresh that morning and do try to accomodate most requests. The biggest issue, especially when travelling is parking, as there's no parking. Its located on possibly the last free to park area in Paignton so fills up quickly, paid spaces down the road however and isnt overly expensive to park for the day if you can get a space. If you can plan activities over not using a vehicle and can leave it parked then ideal! "
