Golygfa Deg, or "Fair View" in Welsh, is a 3-bedroom holiday cottage with stunning views over the Teifi estuary and Cardigan Bay. Set in the village of Gwbert, just five minutes drive from the market town of Cardigan, the cottage is within easy reach of numerous beaches, family attractions and historic sites. It is also walking distance from two popular restaurants and an 18-hole golf course, while regular bottle-nosed dolphin and seal-spotting boat trips can be booked locally - search “Bay to Remember” online.

The property has a large, open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining room that looks out over the estuary and leads out onto a large south and west-facing patio deck. The main bathroom has recently been re-modelled to include a walk-in shower. There is a secure rear garden and a self-contained 'games room' with a full-sized table tennis table, dart board, X-Box One console, DVD player and selection of board games.

Lovely house with large bedrooms, a lovely sitting room with large windows showing the wonderful vista of the bay. In front of that there is a large decked area and a picknic bench to the one side to eat your meals al fresco. The kitchen is high specification and is very well equipped indeed and also had dog bowls ready to use in one of the cupboards which was a big help. It has a large back garden and a separate games room with full size table tennis, Xbox, Darts, Board Games and jigsaw puzzles and the washing machine tucked away so you don't have the noise of the washer when sitting in the main room. The house overlooks the bay of the river Afon Teifi and is directly opposite the beach Poppit Sands which we have to say is one of the nicest we've been to and we go to a lot. The beach has a good RNLI presence and a lovely cafe to get cakes and sandwiches / rolls. The RLNI shop has a good gift shop selling lots of the usual seaside gifts, but also wind breaks, buckets and spades if you forgot yours.... Cardigan town centre is a mere 10 mins drive away and is lovely with all the shops you need. We can absolutely recommend an Italian Restaurant called Mannucis at the top end of town by the Castle. Just outside Cardigan but nearer the house you also have Tesco, Aldi and a B&M Retail. The area itself is full of natural beauty and there is plenty to do."

- "Beautiful! Great facilities, especially suited for families with older children. Open stairs not good for very young children I'd say. Centrally located and benefiting from being close by to lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs etc but also a very quiet end of town next to the river. Lovely walk to the wildlife centre and Poppit Sands is a 10 minute drive. The best beach ever for soft buttery sand and no rocks or stones. We enjoyed a lovely swim here. The cottage was a lovely base for us benefitting from both the old stone cottage and modern aspects of an extension with a lovely modern kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were comfy and we all felt recharged after out stay. Only grumble was that we forgot to bring bathroom towels so had to nip to Tesco for some. We were warned but forgot them. So much to do and see in the area. Susie's cottage was a perfect base for us. We would definitely return!"

'Caerwenith' (The Old Sea Captain's House) is in the heart of the picturesque coastal village of Aberporth, West Wales. We've recently renovated this grand old 1930's house to its former seaside glory and have restored all of its original features and furniture. Its location is perfect! Five minutes walk to two stunning, sandy beaches (one of which is dog-friendly), local gastro pubs, shops and world-famous coastal path.

After a lazy breakfast, you can grab your beach gear and walk down to the beach, where the sand and sea await you. The beaches are spotlessly clean (Aberporth was the world's first Plastic Free Community and there are regular litter picks). There are lifeguards on duty (during the summer months) and the bay is sheltered. There is a great beach shop in case you've forgotten your bucket and spade! You can even hire sea canoes on the beach. At lunchtime, you can head back to the house for lunch or take advantage of one of the many pubs/cafes to have lunch (eat in or take away). With onsite parking at the Old Sea Captain's House, you can enjoy this lovely seaside destination without the cost and stress of finding a parking space!

This beautiful seaside village was recently voted one of Wales' top 10 beach destinations. It is one of the least rainy places in Wales. Cardigan Bay has the largest population of bottlenose dolphins in Europe, and from May to October, they can be seen from shore, the coastal path or from one of the many boat trips that are available to book nearby. If walking, hiking or biking is your thing, this is the perfect base. The house is a 3 minute walk to the world-famous coastal path.

The Old Old Sea Captain's House is a great base for exploring this absolutely stunning part of the world. There's so much to do; stunning beaches, cycling, sailing, kayaking, coasteering, diving, surfing, walking, theme parks, farms, wildlife centres, fishing, seal and dolphin boat trips, crabbing, horse riding, visiting castles and historic places.....the list goes on and on. In fact, Wales has more castles per km2 than anywhere else on earth! For those who enjoy browsing antique/craft shops and long pub lunches, there are charming market towns and villages for you to explore nearby. Just 10 minutes away by car is Cardigan, a bustling market town with supermarkets, a leisure center, cinema/theatre, craft/antique shops and plenty of great pubs and restaurants. Close by is the Cliff's Hotel with superb spa facilities.

Accommodation:
There is a large, secure front garden with outdoor dining furniture. A BBQ and an outdoor wood burner are located on the driveway behind the property. There is off-road parking for 3 cars. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with a large electric range cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine, a separate dryer and a large fridge freezer. If you are super organised, you can arrange for a supermarket delivery (Tescos, Cardigan) and there is plenty of space to store all the food either in the fridge/freezer or larder room. There's lots of space to hang up beach towels and leave your gear until the next beach trip.

We have 2 bathrooms (each with a luxury shower, bath, toilet and sink). There are also two toilets (with hand basins). With 4 toilets in total, there's no queuing for the loo at the Old Sea Captain's House!

We have a large lounge with a smartTV and plenty of space for everyone to snuggle up at the end of the day. There is a DVD player and over 100 DVDs to choose from! There is an open fire in the lounge and a basket of firewood is provided. The dining room also has a fireplace and the dining table can seat 11. There are sea views from most of the rooms.

We have lots of books and board games for our guests to use if you fancy a night in, or you can walk to one of the pubs for dinner and enjoy the long summer evenings watching the sunset on the beach. The choice is yours!

Upstairs, you'll find one bathroom and one toilet/washroom plus 4 bedrooms. Room one has a double bed and bunks (sleeps 4), room two has bunks (sleeps 2), room three has a double bed (sleeps 2) and room 4 has a king-size bed and a single bed (sleeps 3). All bedrooms have a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Fresh towels and bed linen are provided. Beach towels are also available in the box on the landing. Well behaved dogs are welcome. A highchair and cot are available on request.

We are based in a small coastal village, which has two sandy beaches, one of which is dog friendly.

Each Room has a Sink, Fridge, Toaster, and Kettle.

Please note there is no electric oven.
These serviced hotel rooms are situated in the center of a charming village, just a short walk from two stunning sandy beaches and a village green overlooking Cardigan Bay. The coastal path is only five minutes away, perfect for scenic walks. A continental breakfast can be booked in advance to start your day comfortably.

Access to the rooms is via an external staircase leading to a communal balcony, which features seating for relaxing with a drink or enjoying a meal. Please note, the rooms are not suitable for guests with mobility issues or disabilities. The balcony provides a lovely outdoor space to unwind and take in the views.

We welcome dogs at £5.00 per dog per night with prior booking; however, dogs must be kept off furniture and beds and not left alone in rooms. Owners should provide their own food bowls and bedding.
Each room has a key box for easy check-in and check-out, though we do our best to meet guests during room servicing.

Two rooms are versatile as twin rooms or suitable for one child over ten, with a 5ft bed and a 3ft single bed. All rooms feature either a walk-in shower or a shower within the bath, along with en suite facilities. Cilgerran Cottage is a charming 19th century property on the edge of a historic village overlooking beautiful countryside. With three bedrooms, a small garden and all modern amenities, it's an ideal holiday home for families and groups of friends.

The cottage easily sleeps five in double, twin and single rooms, plus you can have two additional guests on the comfortable sofa-bed. For information, the bunk beds are small - 6ft long and 2ft wide. All bedrooms will be made up with freshly laundered linen on your arrival.

There is a spacious lounge which features a woodburning stove for winter evenings, the cottage is also centrally heated with radiators in every room. The lounge is comfortably furnished with two sofas (one of which is a sofa-bed) and for your entertainment we provide a digital TV - with NOW entertainment connected to the internet, there is also a DVD player with a library of films and a rainy-day games hamper, plus our bookshelves are well stocked. In addition there is free wireless internet access for those who need to keep in touch.
The family bathroom has a bath and electric shower, which ensures a constant supply of hot water for a refreshing shower or a soak in the tub after a long walk.

The large kitchen, has an electric hob, double-oven, dishwasher, microwave and everything you need for your stay. The dining table seats six to eight and there is a door leading directly to an outside gated seating area with lovely views. There is also a separate utility room with a freezer, washing machine and drier, with ample room for boots and outdoor gear. This has a back door which is useful access when returning home from hiking or dog walking.

Tucked away on the edge of the hill overlooking the pretty fishing village of St Dogmaels, Rose Cottage is a cosy characterful cottage packed with comfort & style.

Sleeping 6 comfortably there is plenty of choice for bedroom arrangements. One double and one king size bedroom at the front of the property overlook the garden and the village below. A cosy double and bunk room at the back of the house provides an additional two bedrooms should more space be needed.

There are two super cosy living rooms, with a log burner & Smart TV. Fabulous for those evenings after an adventurous day at the beach or winter afternoons when it's just a little too wet to head out exploring.

A well equipped kitchen awaits, perfect for rustling up fresh seafood from Cardigan Bay Fish (located in the village) or some other local goodies from the award winning farmers market held every Tuesday morning in the grounds of the ruined Abbey.

A lovely bright garden room at the front of our family home, you will have your own private front door, parking, garden area and ensuite shower room. Hello! i am very fortunate to live in the stunning village of St Dogmaels....which has been voted friendliest village in britain!
im up really high so spectacular views to be had, overlooking the river, estuary and the stunning town of Cardigan, and the famous Preselli hills in the distance.

The space
The room is a good size, nice and peaceful colours, good quality single bed, with a nice feature of a hand made driftwood headboard that my brother and i collected from the local beach, and he made it.

My house is upside-down, so this room is on the ground floor, with spectacular views over the river Teifi and beyond.
There is a garden space that can be used by guests to take advantage of the gorgeous view on offer. A private road leads to our house and is set back from any main road so it is lovely and quiet here. There is ample private parking, which is a rarity in this village!

Nice sized bathroom with greek theme, bath and shower, and some sparkles! The bathroom is shared with my housemate who is on the same floor as the guest room, and he is the tidiest person ive ever met so there is virtually no evidence of him!
My house is quite quirky, i have lots of arty bits and pieces around the place which people usually comment on...in a good way!

My house is pet friendly, I am more than happy to have any of your furry friends to stay and can provide a bed for them too. I have my own little dog called Doodle who is the friendliest and most placid dog you could ever meet, she is hypoallergenic and doesn't shed any fur, and she has no problems of having bother dogs to stay!

Living / Dining room ~ from the combined living & dining room you can enjoy breathtaking sea views from the huge windows while you enjoy a nice glass of something & some treats. The sea views, dining table for two & sofa to snuggle into create the perfect ,romantic spot to unwind after a busy day of exploring. 32" Smart television with Freeview channels and a DVD player.

Bedroom ~ Standard double bed (4'6" wide). Bedside stools & wall lights. Hanging & shelf space for clothes. Mirror & hairdryer. Blackout blinds for those sunny mornings.

Parking ~ a private parking space in front of the garage for one car. A very small outdoor decked area by the parking space with a table & chairs.

You will be within walking distance to explore the delightful market town of Cardigan or a short drive to beautiful Ceredigion beaches - Mwnt, Poppit Sands, Aberporth, New Quay. Or exit Cardigan and you're in pretty Pembrokeshire for castles and more lovely beaches. Coastal walks await. Your ground floor room will welcome you with wifi, a microwave, kettle, tea & coffee and milk in a mini fridge. There is on drive parking and a supermarket is only 5 minutes walk through our quiet friendly road.

The space
Private ground floor single room within detached dormer bungalow. Bathroom is ground floor and next to the room. Steam Iron and table top ironing board, also coat hangers and overdoor hooks in the room too.
Motorcycle friendly. Occaisional, calm motorcycle ride out tours - weather permitting. Qualified Refexologist available for booking.

Queens Terrace is a peaceful house located in the centre of Cardigan, minutes from the beach and beautiful estuary, as well as the many different independent shops and cafes.

This lovely large room is situated in a beautiful old building in the heart of Cardigan town. Easy to reach by public transport and within walking distance of the theatre, cinema, the castle, restaurants, artisan bakeries and craft shops along with being close to public car parks. You can also be out onto the coastal path within minutes from this location too.

The space
The property is approached via a pathway and several steps. There is lighting along most of the pathway, but it would be advisable to bring a small torch or use your phone torch as sometimes some of the path can be a bit dark.

There is an entrance hall which leads into the main door to the property. Once inside there is a spacious hall and stairs up to the landing leading to the bedroom, with a shared bathroom positioned next to the bedroom.

Guest access
You have access to the hall area and bedroom. Access to the kitchen can be accommodated by prior arrangement. The room has a kettle, along with tea and coffee making equipment.

Other things to note
Please note that the entrance to the property is via a short walk along a path and some steps. Sometimes the lighting is not always sufficient so I would advise you to bring a torch or use the torch on your phone if you are coming in and out when it is dark.
