Everglade Holiday Home is a cosy seaside retreat situated on newly refurbished 5* Hoburne Park in Christchurch, nestled between The New Forest & the spectacular Dorset Coast.
Our beautiful 2 bedroom static caravan, sleeping 4 guests*, is perfect for a family holiday. It has private decking & comes with all the comforts of home including private unlimited Wi-Fi & all the basics. Situated just a 10min walk from the beach, Everglade is the perfect holiday getaway. *Please read main description.
The space
With a subtle seaside feel, and just five years old, Everglade is a modern & well looked after static caravan. It has a generously sized light & airy living space & dining area, well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (king size main bedroom with en-suite toilet & a twin room), a bathroom with a large shower & private decking on the outside.
The caravan sleeps 4 people comfortably, and is ideal for a family, but we can accommodate an extra infant under two years old who can sleep in a travel cot if necessary. Please message us to discuss requirements for an extra infant before you book.
It is not suitable for 4 single adults.
The decking area is secured with a lockable gate to keep in any active toddlers and access to the van is up three small steps. Two car parks are located close by for convenience.
The kitchen is well-equipped with the usual, including a kettle, microwave, toaster, excellent oven & hob & various knick-knacks to make this a real home away from home. Complimentary tea, coffee & sugar, basic kitchen essentials such as oil, salt and pepper, vinegar, basic cleaning and washing up products, antibacterial hand wash and hand sanitser are also provided along with a little gift from us to welcome you to Dorset!
We provide all bedding & bed linen for your stay along with bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. You must bring your own TOWELS. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided.
The caravan has full electric central heating and there is an electric fire in the lounge with a lovely flame effect to make those nights even more cosy. A fan is also provided to cool down those balmy summer days.
There is a television in both the lounge and main bedroom and iPlayer, Netflix and You Tube can be accessed on the television in the lounge if you wish to log into them.
The park has free Wi-Fi throughout but the caravan has its own private unlimited Wi-Fi to make streaming and surfing during busy times a breeze.
There is also a lockable storage unit outside the caravan which is large enough to store a folded buggy, wheelchair or bike.
Travel cot, toddler bed side & highchair available on request. (No bedding provided for the travel cot).
We regret that the accommodation is strictly NO PETS and NO SMOKING or VAPING. Hoburne Park does not permit groups of single sex parties of more than 3, stag or hen parties.

THE RESORT
Hoburne Park is a small 5* resort and excellent for all the family. It is located in Christchurch, close to Bournemouth and the newly refurbished main resort facilities, include entertainment, an indoor pool and outdoor pool (May-Sept), sauna, steam room, gym, pool table, arcade, indoor soft play, outdoor playground areas, mini golf, tennis court, laundry facilities, cafe bar & restaurant.
PARK PASSES
All facilities with the exception of the restaurant require park passes and cost £66 for up to 7 nights, or a 1 day pass is available at a cost of £34 (Prices set by Hoburne). This cost covers all guests staying in the caravan. We regret we cannot add extra passes for people who are not staying in the caravan. Passes must be requested and paid for through us in advance of your stay.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE:
PASSES ARE NOT COMPULSORY, you are very welcome to stay in the caravan without them but you won’t be able to access the swimming pool or leisure facilities at Hoburne Park.

Our platinum grade caravan is modern and very well looked after and is fully equipped for your holiday.
Spacious light airy open plan lounge/dining area with frontal bay window and large seating area, 29" led tv, dvd player, dining table with bench seating and 2 freestanding chairs.
Kitchen features modern cupboards upgraded electric cooker with double oven, integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and good quality equipment.
Spacious main bedroom with luxury pocket sprung double mattress, 2 fitted double wardrobes, dressing table with stool and En-Suite.
Twin bedroom with 2 luxury pocket sprung small single mattresses and wardrobe.

We do not provide bed linen or towels so we request that you bring these with you. Duvets and pillows are provided with protectors.

PARK MEMBERSHIP PASSES
We are a privately owned holiday home and the price is for accommodation only, membership passes to use the sites facilities are optional.
All the sites facilities with the exception of the restaurant and cafe require membership passes and the cost is £55 per family for up to 7 nights.
Membership passes must be requested and paid for through us in advance of your stay they cannot be purchased by yourselves once on site.
THE RESORT
Hoburne Park is a 5* site located in Christchurch with only a 10/15 minute stroll to local Avon beach and Mudeford quay, a great place for the children to do a spot of crabbing buckets and bait can be bought from the shop on the quay, catch the ferry boat across to Mudeford sandbank or just spend a lazy day at the beach with views across to the Isle of Wight.
Hoburne Park has just completed a makeover for 2025 to some of the main complex which now features a relocated reception and a brand new cafe, bar area, additionally they have also expanded the newly refurbished restaurant to include a brand new outdoor terrace.
A short drive away is the historic town of Christchurch with its Priory and a little further Bournemouth with its golden sandy beach and popular gardens You're also only a short drive from the new Forest.
Sainsburys, Waitrose, Aldi and Lidl are close by and there is a local Spar just located outside of the parks boundary.

Cranbrook lodge is an excellent example of a spacious home on a beautiful site next to the beach. It has two very spacious bedrooms, the master with an ensuite and walk in wardrobe.
The main room is an extremely spacious open plan design with living and dining space, and with a well equipped kitchen as can been seen by the pictures.
New in 2016 it has a high spec throughout. It has a large outside deck, with private parking right next to the home.
The space
The lodge has an excellent entry room with space to sit, store baggage, coats etc
The raised sundeck provides ample space to sit and enjoy outside food and drink.
The large master bedroom suite features a walk in dressing area, wardrobe and ensuite shower room. It’s ideal for getting ready to go out for dinner in one of the many local restaurants. The guest room has a double bed, both rooms have plenty of space to move about. The guest bathroom is beautifully tiled and will provide you with a relaxing sanctuary after a day out exploring the New Forest and local villages of Dorset and Hampshire
