The space
A double bedroom with a WC, a twin single bedroom, Shower room with WC, open plan Kitchen, dining and lounge area, a covered veranda.
Towels, Bedding, Hand soap supplied, kitchenware including, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, glasses, toaster, Kettle, microwave are supplied. Fitted gas cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, dining table & chairs, TV (which plays DVD's, I have a selection here for your stay, you may swap family friendly one's), WI-FI. Arrival basics like toilet roll, kitchen roll, tea, coffee and sugar sachets.

You will have sole access to the caravan during your stay.

1. No smoking in the caravan.
2. No drugs in any format that is part of the site rules.
3. Drive at 5mph or under, there are speed humps around the site.
4. Note there are currently no on site facilities.
5. On arrival, please Do Not block the main or inner gate, please park to one side whilst waiting for me to let you in, this allows other residents access. Please do not argue with them if they beep at you to gain access.

This is a quiet site of mainly residential owners, please be mindful not to disturb others on the site.
During your stay, I may be using the laundry equipment in the shed whilst preparing one of the other caravans.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable holiday park escape by the sea. Adults only please. A quiet location with plenty of entertainment in Southsea and Portsmouth. Isle of Wight and Hayling Island ferries easily accessible and good train links to London and the whole of the south. Beach side walks plus the south Downs and New Forest are a short car drive away.
The space
The main living area is open plan, with a seating area, 4 seater dining table and full kitchen facilities. A 3 seater sofa bed, 2 armchairs plus television, DVD player and some films are provided for you.
The main double bedroom has a King size bed wardrobe and a full en suite bathroom, shower only.
The single bedroom comprises 2 single beds and wardrobe.
A separate toilet with hand basin is available.
The property is fully central heated with an optional electric fire in the living area.
An extensive decking area is situated at the front of the property with patio door access. A 4 seater external dining table and additional external seats are provided.
Guest access
The property is let as a whole unit, therefore all areas are available. 2 parking spaces are integral to the property, solely for the use of clients. Enough space for 2 medium size cars.
Other things to note
Please note that hand towels are provided in both bathrooms and tea towels in the kitchen space.
No other towels are provided.
A launderette is available on the holiday park.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, less than 1 min from the beach, a full size static caravan that sleeps up to 6 in a private gated mainly residential community, right on Southsea’s beautiful coast.
Parking for 2 cars, a stunning balcony with seating for 8 guests, bbq also available upon request.
Enjoy your morning coffee sat on the deck whilst listening to the birds and soaking up the sea air, the deck takes on the sun from 10am-6pm!
The space
My home is based on a mainly residential site, and just moments from the beach for a perfect relaxing stay, it currently doesn't have an open clubhouse or park, it does however have onsite laundry services.
The van has 2 available parking spaces (if an additional car is coming there is a small overflow carpark at the main entrance)
There are 3 steps to climb to the balcony with a hand rail.
Guests are reminded that this is a residential estate and we ask that you respect the neighbours by not playing loud music and noise to a minimum after 10pm during summer months.
If you are looking for a party venue, i'm afraid Casa Marie is not the property for you!
There is a local chip shop and premier just a few minutes from the main gates, a beautiful marina with a small bar and an Indian resturant overlooking the marina just a 10-15 minute walk .

I will personally meet you and show you anything you may need to know about my home, there will also be a household manual with park rules and local infomation, attractions and insight to the area.
For your stay
I will provide tea,coffee, sugar, fresh orange and crossiants/crumpets or a loaf.
The kitchen is fully equipped with with a fan assisted oven and gas hob, air fryer, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, dulco gusto coffee machine and a full sized fridge freezer.
The kitchen can seat 6, 4 chairs and 2 stools.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and towel rail.
Bedroom 1
1 double bed, double wardrobe and a 32 inch smart tv.
Bedroom 2
Can either be a small double ( 2 small singles put together and a mattress topper added).

The living room
We have a large corner sofa and armchair, the sofa has a metal action pull out sofa bed which is a double or as you can see in the pictures you could have 2 singles, a 32inch tv with a firestick and an alexa.
The property has central heating and in warmer months fans will be provided.
We are a strictly non smoking property and do not accept pets.
The balcony can seat up to 8, cushions, a parasol, outside soft lighting and citronella candles are provided and a kettle bbq upon request, there are multiple soft blankets inside for chiller evenings.
My home is a place of relaxation and retreat
we do charge a cleaning fee that is included in your stay.
In return please respect my home and leave it as you find it, turn all the plugs off when vacating, pop all used towels in the shower and take the rubbish to the large bins provided near the main gates, i'll provide bins for recycling and glass and will dispose of those as we don't have that available onsite.
Guest access
After meeting at the main gates, i will provide you with a fob to access the 2 electric gates, there is only one! I can provide a couple of house keys, there are 3 gates with a combination keypad, one at the front entrance, another at the second electric gate and another to access the beach - the codes will be given on arrival and also written in the welcome pack.
