All covid regulations carried out very well. Ideal for single person, who needs a safe, friendly place to stay. 5 minutes walk from Fratton train station. Room is large enough for single bed and hanging space. Shared bathroom with one or two other people. Push bike storage is available, the bike would be kept outside to the rear of the property which is behind locked access. You are welcome to use the microwave but please do not use the cooker or hob.

Comfortably fits two average sized, non-smoking travelers, this peaceful and stylish room with tea and coffee making facility is nicely decorated in our flat that is centrally located.

Easy walks to the famous Southsea Beach, and access to everything in young and hip Albert Road!

The space
The tastefully decorated guest room consists of a small-double bed with pillows and a duvet. Ample storage for an organised stay with bedside table and a built in wardrobe.

For extra comfort we offer tea, coffee, sugar, milk, two mugs, a kettle and a water carafe.

And for an awesome all seasons bathroom experiences, besides the temperature controlled shower with rain effect, we added toilet bidet facility with temperature controlled wash and seat.

Two pairs of slippers for going to the bathroom and a pair of dressing gowns to use while you’re staying with us.

Heating is set to be on in the cooler months at 6am-9am and 5pm-10pm to achieve the comfortable 21°C.

Disclaimer:
1. Heating and hot water take a short while to come on.

2. The bathroom window is kept open slightly to stop damp or mould. This is common in old English brick houses, and this house is more than 100 years old!

Guest access
Kindly be reminded that this is a room only offer. It is our guest bedroom so the rest of the house, except the communal entrance and bathroom, is for us to live in.

You will have exclusive access to the guest room and share the bathroom with us, where shower facility is offered. For hygenic reasons, we unfortunately can’t offer bath facility. But be assured that your shower time is prioritised ;)

We may be away some time of the day, but we can always be contacted via Airbnb. When we’re at home, feel free to communicate about everything! We will do our best to make your stay a very pleasant one :)
