The staff are friendly, unfortunately parking is not free and is quite expensive and they say there is parking in the area, unfortunately southsea/Portsmouth is on the ball with parking and is mostly only available for locals with a parking permits. - "Lovely old victorian house but made into individual apartments. Apartments modern and very clean. We were out early and back late so not in very much but was just what we wanted. All covid regulations carried out very well. Will definitely use again." - "really really good! i was so impressed with this place, loved it and would definitely return again. the only negative i have is being on the top floor and some of the glassware (mirror, table) could have been cleaner, however i know they were keen to get the studio ready for me potentially arriving early (which was so great of them to have accommodated this). when i arrived the entry system was modern and easy to use, clear instructions by text message and i had a courtesy call, to also leave me with a number as point of contact for any issues. the studio and room itself was fantastic! so much space, great facilities and a lovely shower room. perfect. the only negative i have is that the TV wasnt working, something to do with aeriel connection and it needed re-tuning (room 7)"
