On the ground floor this stunning Cottage consist's of a living room with many original features. Also on this floor you will also find a fully fitted modern kitchen with a full complement of crockery, utensils, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine & a toaster. Also on the ground floor you will find the WC and a large separate shower room. Off the kitchen are French Doors, leading out to a delightful courtyard garden with table and chairs, ideal for alfresco dining, or just soaking up the Sun - The 1st floor is accessed by an original spiral staircase , which takes you into the master bedroom, which is equipped with a King Size Bed. The real bonus with the Master Bedroom is a door that leads out onto your own Private Roof Terrace, so you can top up your tan, or chill out having your morning coffee - TheTop Floor Bedroom is accessed through the Master Bedroom by a 2nd spiral staircase - A door is located at the bottom of this 2nd staircase, for your privacy on both floors - This stunning top floor bedroom will really take you back in time! It has sash windows at the front and rear and is fitted out with 2 single beds.

Pickwick Cottage is in the heart of the conservation area so parking is very limited - But the Cottage benefits from it's own private driveway, with parking for ONE medium size car. If you feel that the driveway is a little small for your car, or you want to bring more than one car - the council car park is only a 2 Minute Walk Away, located in CASTLE STREET.

Welcome to my loft space. A very peaceful space, ideal for those looking to be somewhere central for a night or two. I'm a ten minute walk down the hill to the night life of Ashley cross. Ideal if you have an event in this location. I'm also a couple of hundred metres away from the M1 and M2 bus routes to Bournemouth and Poole.
The room itself is quiet, away from the road and facing south. You'll be sleeping on a double sofabed but it is comfortable and is reflected in the price.

Homely 3 bedroomed character property situated within 3 mins walking distance to local shops and bus stops. 5 mins walk to Poole Hospital. 10 mins drive to Ferry Terminal. Great base for commuting, working or visiting the local area. The Guest bedroom is located at the rear of the house overlooking a large private rear garden that enjoys the sanctuary of a semi urban location.

The room has a desk, wardrobe , chest of drawers and black out blind. Good Wi-fi. There is a kettle with a selection of hot drinks. Guests also have access to the kitchen.

We do have a friendly cat and we welcome one well behaved dog.

Guests will be staying in the house with my daughter and I. You will have your own private room sharing the bathroom and kitchen.
Whether you wish to interact with us or prefer your own space we will respect your privacy.

We will endeavour to meet and greet you on arrival but should either of us be unavailable, the key will be left in the secure lock box.

Collection from train, coach station and ferry terminal may be possible by prior arrangement.

My daughter and I are always happy to help and we share an extensive knowledge of the local area and places to visit in Dorset. We will be around or easily contactable to answer questions and follow up queries. We are very happy to interact with guests but equally respect your privacy and preferences to be left alone.

Living close to the town centre we have restricted on road parking. You may park on the road for free during the evening and at weekends. Parking on driveway available. Please contact me prior to booking.

A modern, nautical family home with plenty of storage in the beautiful South Coast of England. Located in the Coy Pond area of Poole, which backs onto the beautiful Bournemouth Gardens. Walk 30 minutes through the gardens straight into the town centre of Bournemouth, and then onto to some of the most beautiful beaches in the country. The kitchen has the best view in the house that is equipped for all your holiday needs.

The space
Three bedroom home available, with one king size bed, twin room and bunk beds for the children. All beds have comfortable memory foam mattresses for a good nights sleep ready for another day of fun. One main family bathroom and a downstairs toilet. Utility room with plenty of room to store equipment like a pram. Plus a travel cot for the little one.

You have access to the whole home and the garden fenced area. The driveway can fit two cars in front of each other but plenty of all day free parking on the road. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Backs onto the beginning of the Bournemouth Gardens.
