The fully insulated bungalow is cool in summer and cosy in winter. The double doors from the lounge lead into a double-glazed sun/dining room, with garden views. The entire property is on one level, and is wheelchair accessible and suitable for guests with limited mobility. We welcome you to stay in our beautiful house in Somerset. Tilbrook house sits in a prime position in the historic artisan quarter of Frome, making it an excellent place to explore all that the town has to offer.
In the winter you will be kept snug with luxury underfloor heating and during the warmer months you can soak up the morning sun in the lovely enclosed courtyard garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped but if you prefer to eat out during your stay, there are several eateries, a cocktail bar and a gastro pub within minutes of the house.
There are 2 double bedrooms and a pull out double sofa bed. The house is incredibly peaceful despite being just a stones throw from Badcox and Catherine Hill, enabling a good nights rest.
There are two nearby convenience stores to stock up on food and drink during your stay. Catherine Hill and the town centre are a short stroll from the property.

We are 12-15 mins walk through a lovely meadow into Willow Vale and Frome town centre. We’re located in a quiet and safe residential neighbourhood, so it’s a great base from which to explore.

We love to explore so we have our converted camper parked at the property. This is not accessible to guests and doesn’t affect use of the property.
