I found it stressful to leave a car in it blocking other cars in who might want to go out so moved it to a paid car park during the day. But having said that it was great to have somewhere to park overnight. I appreciate the restrictions of the space and it is dealt with well. Overall I would really recommend this hotel and will hopefully return soon. I know the dining room is being refurbished and look forward to breakfast in the future! "

The space
Through your own front door there's a hallway into a self-contained double room ensuite. A comfy bed with bamboo mattress topper and a choice of pillows. A private shower wet room with sink and WC. Shampoo, shower gel and conditioner provided.
The workstation is a fold away desk and chair.
A table in the hallway has a microwave, tea and coffee, cutlery and crockery.
There are hooks and hangers for clothes and a luggage stand.
A rail can be provided for drying clothes towels or wetsuits.

Chez Gilly's house is very close to the town centre with a fabulous sandy beach and pretty harbour all 5- 10 minutes stroll from here. You won't need your car once you’ve parked up as everything is easily accessible from here, including the fabulous Jurassic coastal walks.
Just around the corner is Radipole Lake Bird and Nature reserve which is great for nature lovers. Also close by is The Rodwell trail, which was the old railway line, and has some really amazing views over Portland Harbour.

The space
This is a bright and airy bedroom with the use of a lovely refurbished bathroom with a large modern shower ( share with host only..who is out most of the day )
Guests are also welcome to use the rear garden / patio to sit out, with access being through the kitchen.

Other things to note
Chez Gilly's is very close to the local nature reserve, South West Coast Path and other walks. It's very close to the beach, town centre and harbour., where there are plenty of bars and restaurants.
I am also a short walk from the train station and main bus stops.

All towels will be provided, and if you want to borrow a couple of towels for the beach then just ask. I've also got a couple of fold up camp chairs to borrow😁.

Lily House is a lovely large Edwardian terrace within walking distance of the centre of Weymouth. A seaside town, Weymouth has an award winning beach, harbour and visitor attractions. The town is situated halfway along the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site on the Dorset and East Devon coast and handy for the South Coast path. Our house is a comfortable house with full amenities. We follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook.

The space
The room we are offering is a bright quiet double room overlooking the garden. You have your own toilet next door and separate bathroom with bath and shower. We are happy for you to use other areas in the house such as the kitchen, dining room and garden. The garden is sheltered and a real suntrap, we have garden furniture and a BBQ available to use for al fresco dining on the patio till the sun goes down. You can easily walk to town or the beach within 10 minutes and about 15 minutes to the harbour. Taxis cost £5 to and from the town if you fancy an evening out.

We are happy for guests to use the kitchen, dining room and garden. There is a second toilet downstairs.

During your stay
We will certainly help you with anything you need during your stay. We are generally a quiet house. Pete is a classical guitarist and Emma is a contemporary singer so you can ask for a private concert :)

Other things to note
We have two young GoldenDoodles one called Clara (black) and Teddy (gold). They are both very friendly and sometimes can be a little over friendly. Teddy needs to learn some manners and we are trying to teach him slowly. They may bark at you on arrival but this is just how they like to welcome people.

A comfortable double bedroom with a small en-suite shower room situated on the second floor of a family home. Sleeps a maximum of 2 people (one double bed).

The bedroom is in the attic, with a partially sloping ceiling and velux window.

The en-suite is compact and has a shower and combined sink and toilet unit.

The room has free WiFi and Sky TV.

A mini fridge, kettle and tea and coffee are provided.

Bed linen and towels are also provided.

The room is on the second floor of a period townhouse on Dorchester Road, and is close to local amenities (including a Tesco Express, pub, Post Office and chip shop).

The beach is a 10 min walk away and the town centre is a 20 min walk.

Free on street parking is available (no permit required).

Check-in is between 3pm & 6pm. Please contact me, if you wish to check in later, and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Please note:
We have two cats in the house and whilst they are not allowed in your room, you may bump into them in the hallway or on the stairs.

Important Information: This room is an attic room, on the second floor, and therefore not suitable for anyone with reduced mobility - there are two flights of stairs to climb.

My place is close to the town centre, train station, harbour and beach. It is a ten minute walk to town and the harbour or 15 to the beach. We are on a bus route. It is set back from the main road in a quiet area. It would be ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers, not children.
The room is spacious and quiet with views over the gardens. Your private bathroom is across the hall with wc, sink and bath with shower over. A tv and tea and coffee is also in the room.

The space
The room is newly refurbished, fresh and clean, very bright and warm with a sea-side theme. I provide towels and linen, liquid hand soap, shower gel and shampoo. A small kettle and tea and coffee is available in your room. A self-service breakfast is available for all my guests. It includes; cereals, toast, bagels, fruit, tea, coffee and juice. If you have any specific dietary requirements please let me know at time of booking. You have access to your own bathroom, not shared, which consists of a shower over a bath with a glass screen, hand basin and wc. Recently refurbished in a nautical theme.

The kitchen is well equipped. It has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, grill, fridge and 2 freezers. there is a small garden with table and chairs you can use (weather permitting) to relax in or have breakfast.
