This is essentially a hotel room with no kitchen or cooking facilities. However, there are great restaurants and bars within walking distance and excellent takeaways near by.

The Cabin is a self contained annex that was previously our garage situated at the bottom of our garden.

The hot tub is always hot and for sole use of air bnb guests.

The EV charger is scheduled to charge between 12-5am and will be charged at double the cost of the energy used (20p/kw).

Please note we have a new puppy who is learning not to bark at guests - apologies if she barks!

Although the Annexe is part of our family home, we no longer live in the house & the property is only for guests staying at the annexe.

During your stay explore the Dorset coast & forests, eat delicious meals at our local restaurants & pubs, spend a relaxing evening in fully covered hot tub surrounded by festoons lights, or spend the afternoon in the garden. The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks. Sky sports is include.

The space
The Annexe is a self contained little apartment with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. No one else lives on the property so the garden is solely for guest use. The space has a lovely feel to it spilling out in the sunny garden & covered patio, out door sofa & BBQ which is sheltered in all weather. Parking is just a few steps from the front door!

The space is bright and airy and over looks the garden. It includes a king size bed, small lounge area with 4K Smart TV, with full Sky as well as Sky sports, Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is a little kitchenette & breakfast nook, a large bathroom with rain shower and free standing bath - the ideal place to soak after a long day of exploring!

For self-catering, we have a kitchenette with a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetière and all the basics like tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, cutlery and crockery, BBQ utensils, knives and chopping board. We also have a gas BBQ that is undercover and can be used all year round. There is an outdoor sink with drinkable water for washing up, but we tend do our guests dishes for them. Please note as per listed amenities and photos there is no HOB or oven.

It is lovely and cool in summer and super cosy in winter, heated throughout by underfloor heating.

We have some really lovely woods at the end of your road and lots of really beautiful places such as Sandbanks & Studland Beach, Durdle fore and The New Forest within 30 mins drive.

As we are a stones throw from shops, restaurants & a few pubs and bars our road can get busy at times. We’re still quiet at in the evenings and at night but during busy periods of the day, traffic can be heard in the garden. If you’re sensitive to traffic noise, I would suggest that you bare this in mind. The garden is not fully fenced so please also consider this when booking!
