Situated on a working farm in rural countryside near the village of Bontuchel, the caravan offers a comfortable stay, with stunning views of the Clwydian Range. It's within easy reach of the historic market towns of Ruthin and Denbigh and ideally located for exploring the Clwydian Range as well as Llangollen, Betws y Coed, Eryri and the North Wales Coast.
The 2 bedroom caravan accommodates up to 4 people (one double bedroom with a double bed & one twin room with two caravan size single beds.
The space
The caravan is situated in a rural location within 3 miles of the villages of Rhewl and Llanrhaeadr, where there are Inns, a local shop, cafe and a Restaurant. The nearest towns of Ruthin and Denbigh are within 7 miles and both towns have plenty of places to eat, petrol stations, local produce / craft shops and a choice of supermarkets.
There is ample space for parking right beside the caravan as well as decking area with seating and a picnic table.
Facilities include toilet/ shower room, TV, Gas Cooker, Fridge, Microwave Oven, Toaster, Kettle, Cutlery and Crockery.
The lounge is heated by a Gas Fire Heater.
Duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided for the double and twin single beds and all 3 beds will be made up prior to your visit.
You are more than welcome to bring your own bedding if preferred.
Bath, hand and tea towels will be provided.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the decking, graveled area and garden by the side of the caravan.
Other things to note
As we are in the countryside, there is no street lighting. If you intend to arrive after dark, please bring a torch.
Also, as we are on a working farm there will be farmers going about their daily work feeding and tending to the animals, so please be aware that there will be the sound of animals and farm vehicles to be heard.
We speak Welsh (Cymraeg) and English with Welsh (Cymraeg) being our family's first language.

A perfect setting for a couple, family or group getaway, our American RV has everything that you need. From a comfortable bed, en-suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge area and large screen TV.
It enjoys views of the Clwydian Range which lye in an AONB with Offas Dyke running along them. Snowdon, beaches, Surf Snowdownia, Bounce below, Zip World, Portmeirion, GYG Karting, Llandudno ski, Gwrych Castle are all within easy drive

You have car parking space right outside your door.
Panoramic views of the Clwydian Range from your kitchen, living room and bedroom window. They are unbeatable! Moel Famau and Moel Fenlli, the regions highest peaks are visable and only a stone throw away if you fancy putting your walking boots on!
A comfortable double bed in the main bedroom area and a sofa bed in the lounge area (please bring sleeping bags if you require use of the sofa bed - fitted sheets, pillows and pillow cases are provided)
Ruthin town is a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk, boasting plenty of eateries, cafes, takeaways and supermarkets.
Our local pub, the Griffin, is a 5 minute walk (if that!) in our local village Llanbedr DC. Great food and great beer! No need to book a taxi back, there is pavement all the way back to our property.

Guests have private use of the American RV, access 24 hours. The gym and jacuzzi are available to use between 9am and 9pm - no need to book to use the gym but we ask that you book a time slot for the jacuzzi so that we can ensure you have private use of the facilities. Perfect after a long days walking!
