The space
Lounge & dining area has L-shaped seating area, small basic 22" (not smart) TV, dining table, two stools and electric fire.
Open-plan kitchen is equipped with microwave, gas hob & oven, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and glasses for four persons.
Bedroom one has small sized double bed with duvet, pillows and towel provided. Heating from electric radiator.
Bedroom two has two small sized single beds with duvets, pillows and towels provided. Heating from electric radiator.
Bathroom has shower cubicle, handbasin and WC.

Our static caravan accommodation is suitable for two adults and two children.
The advertised prices per night for all our caravans are for two adults and two children (under 16 years).
If you wish to book for 3 or 4 adults you first need to satisfy yourself that the bedrooms are appropriate for your accommodation needs.
Whilst we do host guests with children, we do not have a play-area or wi-fi and the park is best suited for those guests who are using it as overnight accommodation and are visiting local attractions or nearby resorts during the day, as there is nothing for children to do on the park, or in our quiet village.
All our caravans have a master bedroom with a small double bed and a smaller, second bedroom with two twin beds, designed with children in mind, You must satisfy yourself that the second bedroom is suitable for adult use before you make a booking request.
We have an additional charge of £15 per adult per night in the event that we accept a request for each additional adult over the standard 2 adults maximum booking.
Third-party bookings are not allowed, as we need to know who is using our accommodation to comply with Airbnb rules, for our own safety, and for insurance cover. Do not attempt to book for anyone else or we will reject the request.
If you are booking our accommodation whilst you are working in the area, then you need to make this clear in your booking request, along with details of your employer and any vehicle that you would need a parking space for. Do not attempt to pass off a work booking as a holiday or we will reject the request.

With it being only a short distance to the Lake District 1 hour , Blackpool 30 minutes , Lancaster 30 minutes & many other sought after locations the location just couldn’t be better.
The well equipped mobile home has everything you need for a break home from home & will cater to all your needs.
The space
The mobile home is located within the grounds of a farm. The farm is currently housing horses but in a separate location. The mobile home does not have access to the stables.
Guest access
Guests can benefit from sole use of the mobile home & courtyard. Parking available for up to 4 cars.

Please note we are located in a small village & we are quite rural… so please take this into consideration when you book!
Please expect a 30 minute drive should you wish to visit Blackpool.
