Before the return journey to Newcastle, you’ll have five free hours to explore what Amsterdam has to offer. Please note that check-in is between 3 hours and 45 minutes before departure. All cabins have a private private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Certain guest rooms have a desk or seating area. Superior rooms include breakfast. The space
Ground Floor
There will be space for 1-2 cars to park on the driveway at the front of the property. however, the street is free to park in throughout your stay. You will enter the property via a private front door. Please be mindful this is not wheelchair friendly and does require going up two steps. As you walk in there is a downstairs toilet on your left and a small porch area to leave shoes and coats. The ground floor then consists of a large open plan kitchen and dining area with a smaller living area. Access to the garden is via a rear door taking you down 2 steps into the garden.
First Floor
The first floor is where you will find a landing space and access to the main living area. This space is a spacious and stylish room with large amounts of seating available and wall a mounted TV. There is also access to a balcony space from this room with a table and chairs for guests to use. The first floor is also home to a main bathroom and a single bedroom with office space available to use.
Second Floor
At the top of the house you will find the 3 main bedrooms. One king, one queen, and one double bed are available in these rooms. The top floor also has a second bathroom space available for guests to use. You will find ample storage space for personal items in each of these rooms.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property. This includes the large private back garden and the balcony space. A private drive is also for use of guests exclusively. 1 -2 cars could park on this drive depending on the size of the vehicle.
Check in is after 4pm and is made flexible using the remote check in service. A key safe is located at the entrance of the property and a code will be send privately to you 24 hours before check in.
Other things to note
This property is not baby-friendly and does not have a travel cot or high chair.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
