My homestay is located in my duplex apartment, on the second floor of a small two-story residence, quiet and ideally located a 2-minute walk to the TGV train station and a 7-minute walk to the large Sillon beach.

Breakfast is not included but you will have at your disposal various teas and herbal teas, coffees (espresso, long or breakfast) in the living room, as well as a toaster.

Bed linens are provided. Hand and bath towels as well.

The space
The room is very quiet and not overlooked because it overlooks the small garden at the back of the residence. It is cozy, comfortable, and well heated.

It has a 160 bed for 2 people and a 90 bed for 1 person.

In addition to the bedroom, you will have, in shared rooms (but I am often out, and rarely there in the evening... and when I am there I know how to be discreet), a large sunny living room with veranda (breakfast in the sun if the weather permits), and the bathroom upstairs, with hair dryer.

You will have at your disposal a kettle for tea and a Tassimo coffee machine (coffee, tea and hot chocolate), as well as an American fridge with ice cube and cold water dispenser.

If you don't want to go out in the evening for dinner at the restaurant, you can use the kitchen and microwave to heat up a dish.

And if your stay is extended, you can use the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

GROUP: I have a second bedroom that can accommodate 2 people, which can accommodate a total group of 5 people (if the booking is made early enough as my rooms are in high demand).

I am not permanently in my accommodation, but I remain at your disposal when I am there to inform you about the city and the tourist surroundings, about restaurants and creperies, places to taste seafood... You will find in the room a binder with all the information useful for your stay.

IMPORTANT:

If you come by TGV, My accommodation is just 200 meters from the train station, on the same street: leaving the train station, you take the street that starts on the right, at just over a hundred meters, at the roundabout, you continue straight, the residence is 50 on the left sidewalk.

If you arrive by car, follow "Saint Malo Centre", then "gare", pass in front of the train station, at 200 m (just after the roundabout) you are there.

You won't have a parking problem as there is always space near the building.
