Private parking in the courtyard right in front of the accommodation, it is like new, very bright and well arranged.
The total area is 30 m2.
It is located at the bottom of our garden with access via a tiled driveway on the side of the house.
The accommodation is fenced and independent, not overlooked.

The accommodation is located close to Oréliance, Pôle 45 and main roads, in a residential area. It is attached to the owners' house by the garage, in the second row. Parking available in the private yard. Accommodation not suitable for young children as the staircase is not secure.
