Mine was one of these. I found out after checked in and tried to get back in the lift. The man behind the desk then said I have to approach the desk every time I need to use the lift. Not acceptable. His response was rude and unhelpful. Beware the bald man with glasses."

In case of fire obviously the lift shouldn’t be used but as was so dark I defy anyone being able to exit via the circular staircase. We decided against breakfast as we were told that someone was coming in especially just to cook for us. All in all it just wasn’t a very pleasant experience. "
