Entrance to the building is done with the following code ( 1548 )
To access and retrieve the keys, you must first pass through a white door with a code in the common areas ( code 634 )
Then behind this door you will find the lockboxes, yours is the number X ( code 6344)
Studio will be on the second floor
Access to the apartment must be from 3:00 pm.

Large studio of 25 square meters located close to the train station and the City center of Fontainebleau.
Perfect flat for nature lovers, climbers, students for short or longer stay.
It is located 15 minuts from the train station and 12 minuts from the City center, the Castle, and the forest. Perfect for a rest, nice stay, cook, relax and discover the beautiful nature and culture of the city :)

The space
Bed, sofa, kitchen with washing machine, oven, Bathroom with shower and toilets. You also have a TV (but I am sure you will not need it) but no wifi (I use the flat to be connected to the nature but if you need wifi, it is easy to buy a cheap simcard and have unlimited internet connection for your stay. The flat is very light, clean and quiet. The district is quiet and perfect for relax. It is also quite easy and free to park a car in the street.
You have all you need in order to cook and enjoy the nice food you can find at the Sunday's food market.

You can access all the flat which is a large studio. The kitchen is open to the living room. The bathroom with a shower and toilets in close by 2 doors. It is at the second and last floor and you can enjoy a direct light from the sun in the morning (sunrise light).
A late check in is possible because I can leave the keys in a key box.

I am always very happy to help you with advices and make your stay unique. Even if I am not present in person to welcome you, feel free to send me messages if you need any information!
I can also rent to you a crashpad or a bike which are in my basement for a symbolic rate.
My Energy provider is ENERCOOP in order to provide the flat with an electricity 100% renewable and without nuclear origins.
I am also committed in reducing the flow of water in the flat, in order to reduce the water consumption without reducing confort :)

Studio cocooning, hyper center, a cozy little nest overlooking the rooftops bellifontains, everything is thought to make your stay pleasant. The apartment is located in the heart of downtown but quiet in a pedestrian street. It is bright and functional.

The space
There is a bus station directly in front of the house from which you can go to INSEAD or Fontainebleau-Avon train station in 10 minutes. From there the train takes 40 minutes to Paris. You can find the best boulangerie and restaurants in town on the same street. Supermarket and laundromat are 3 min walking and the best restaurants in town are down your flat. The forest is also 2 min by foot. You can go bouldering (10 min from the top bouldering spots (3 Pignons, Cuvier, Apremont, Gorges de Franchard...) or hiking in the forest (You'll see some animals) or you can visit the castle or go fishing in the canal by foot. There is one of the best hippodromes of France in 5 min driving distance, which makes Fontainebleau a heaven for horse riding.
Closest ATM is 2 min on foot. The town sport complex; including swimming pool, gym, basketball courts, tennis courts, football pitch and a golf course is just 10 min away on foot.

The bus stop is only 20 meters away from the studio.
