Our home is set in the charming area of Issy-les-Moulineaux, which is a commune in the southwestern suburban area of Paris, France, lying on the left bank of the river Seine. It is one of Paris' entrances and is located 6.6 km from Notre-Dame Church, which is considered Kilometre Zero of FranceStudio Porte de Versailles.

Some of the popular places of interest nearby are Île Saint-Germain, an island located in the Seine. The island is divided into two parts, the urban side includes the offices and a residential area. The other side includes a park with the Tour aux Figures (Tower of Figures) [3] by Jean Dubuffet. The Île Seguin is downstream. For fans of playing cards, visit the Musée Français de la Carte à Jouer, a museum of playing cards. It will be well worth it!

The nearest airport, Paris-Charles De Gaulle, is an hour's drive from the flat.

Welcome to my sweet little home! It's my base that i try to fill with serene energy and i hope to find guest with similar energy to fill it with while i am away.
I rent it temporarily because I'm regularly traveling and exploring.

Charming neighborhood, close to many shops (restaurants, cafés etc....)

My studio is small ( 17m2) but very functional, bright and very well laid out.

You'll find: crockery and cooking utensils. an oven. a washing machine. two tables, one of which is large enough to set a nice table for 2 or to work in comfort. Three folding chairs. The bed is a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress that can easily accommodate two people.

The studio is non-smoking and no lighting fire is allowed ( No candles in the studio). Please unplug all loads before leaving the studio.

The studio is very white. making it a nice spot to work from.

Very large walk-in shower. Good lighting system.

The studio is located on the 7th floor, with a charming wooden elevator and old-fashioned glass windows.

With three windows, the studio is very bright during the day, with the sun shining in front of the window in the morning.

There are 4 hotplates for cooking.

The toilets are black - which is a mistake I won't make again, as the city water is "calcaire" ( limestone ? ) , so white would be better for appearance but its not that bad. The toilet seat is also unfortunately Loose , and unfortunately I can't fix it unless I change the whole thing, so it's important that this detail doesn't bother you . you just have to sit with care. Also the space to go to the toilet is quite small, you have to pass through the large shower window, so it requires to be delicate to go to the toilet and just be careful and being ok that you ll have to go through a little bit of a narrow space . I appreciate your care in advance.

Bed linen is provided and one towel per person. Iron and ironing board.

WIFI: I have removed the Wifi as I now work via the internet from my phone which is much easier to handle and very good and without commitment and bills. I encourage my guests to get a sim card without commitment. I can indicate you networks without phone commitment allowing you for 11 to 15 euros/month to have 60 to 100 GB of internet /month if you don't have it.

Fridge: Small fridge. Please defrost the freezer before leaving.

Lots of supermarkets (Naturalia, casino Bio, Carrefour express, Monoprix etc. nearby) and markets several times a week.
