The dining area, on the other side of the living room, is by the kitchen and has a table with chairs seating 8 guests. 3 French windows directly open onto the very sunny 100 m² terrace. There are beautiful views over Paris. The terrace is covered with exotic wooden grating and surrounded with abundant vegetation (several olive trees, cypresses, lilac, many flowerbeds such as rose bushes, rose-bay, delphinium, etc.) There are sunloungers, deck chairs and garden furniture with parasol to enjoy the views and the sun. There is lighting at night. Bedrooms are on the upper floor (8th). 1 has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds that can be joined to make a double bed. Both bedrooms are spacious and have a bathroom, a dressing room and a balcony accessible via a large French window. The entire apartment (living space and bedrooms) is equipped with air-conditioning. The normal sleeping capacity is 4 people in the 2 double bedrooms on the 8th floor but a third couple can sleep on the double sofa-bed in the living space on the 7th floor. The apartment is in Paris as the facing pavement is part of the 17th arrondissement of Paris. There are 2 underground stations within less than 10 minutes on foot. Porte Maillot station on the line 1 is 7 minutes on foot from the apartment. This line 1 directly and quickly leads you to the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs Elysées, the Place de la Concorde, the Tuileries and the Louvre Museum. In addition, the apartment is also 5 minutes on foot from the underground stations of Louise Michel and Porte de Champerret on the line 3. Thanks to line 3, you can quickly reach Gare Saint-Lazare which is a true centre that gives you the opportunity to go everywhere in Paris. In addition, you can easily use the Parisian taxis and call them with your mobile phone. The greatest company is called G7. There is another company called Les Taxis Bleus. Generally, you do not wait more than 10 minutes between your call and the arrival of the taxi. Besides, we provide you with a private parking in the basement of the building if you have a car. - "We spent 3 nights in this apartment and everything exceeded out expectations. The host was wonderful and made sure we had all the info we needed to enjoy our stay. We took an Uber from the train station because of the amount of luggage we had, but there are public transit options that will get you to the area. This place was clean and well appointed with all the usual necessities available (adequate towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, etc). The washing machine was a nice plus. There is an elevator (lift) available for use and the building is very secure. The main building entry is locked at night and there is motion sensing security lighting in the courtyard for when you return after dark. The apartment was EXACTLY as pictured and in a great, quiet, upscale neighborhood. Cafe restaurants and a grocery store are just around the corner and there are bus stops for multiple routes to get to anywhere in Paris all within a 2-3 min walk. We usually were out until late at night and felt perfectly safe walking from the bus stop back to the apartment every night. We visited Versailles and the transportation process from the apartment was easy...short bus ride to the metro terminal, then a transfer to a train. This place is on our "keeper" list of places we will definitely book again for our next visit to Paris!"

This fully equipped apartment is on the 3rd level of XX century building with elevator a few steps away from the commercial district of Neuilly with a large selection of bakers, bistrots and supermarkets ( Rue michelis is around the corner). There is a Seine river view and no bars or clubs for 2 blocks so no noise at night as there is in most neighborhoods. The fold out bed was somewhat firm but not a problem for us and a good sofa when folded up during the day. The tv is medium sized and good.There is a real oven and a microwave and a large refrigerator with decent sized freezer. There is a shower and separate tub in the large bathroom. There is an elevator in the 6 story turn of the century nice building. Since it is around 450 or 500 square feet there is room to spread out unlike most studios. Seating is good at the dining bar too. We would stay there again."

This lovely 98m2 apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible by lift.

The living room has a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfill your culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom features a queen-size bed.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a double bed, and a single bed. While there is a separating door between the queen bed and the other two beds, it is not sturdy enough to provide a true division of the space. Therefore, the room cannot be split into two independent areas.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. There's currently a water leak affecting the neighbours, so please do not use the bathtub in the principal bathroom

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Dry laundry on the balcony or windows is forbidden.
