There was also once incident where we called room service at 930am and when we came back to our room we did not recieve service. I had to call them to let them know. We ended up getting service the next day. Overall, a great experience and the room was amazing. I would recommend and stay again."

- "We just arrived home after a 4 day stay here and we cant fault it. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, and our suite was perfect. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. The hallways look a little shabby in places, wallpaper needs replacing but that's the only minor flaw we can think of. It's an easy 15 minute walk to Disneyland, and the hotel has a free shuttlebus too. We never used the bus, the walk was nice. Huge shopping centre a couple of blocks away so super easy to get groceries for the kitchenette, but nice selection of stores to shop in too. Tons of food outlets there too. It's a great hotel, we will definitely be back."
