There was also once incident where we called room service at 930am and when we came back to our room we did not recieve service. I had to call them to let them know. - "We just arrived home after a 4 day stay here and we cant fault it. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, and our suite was perfect. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. The hallways look a little shabby in places, wallpaper needs replacing but that's the only minor flaw we can think of. It's an easy 15 minute walk to Disneyland, and the hotel has a free shuttlebus too. We never used the bus, the walk was nice. Huge shopping centre a couple of blocks away so super easy to get groceries for the kitchenette, but nice selection of stores to shop in too. Tons of food outlets there too. It's a great hotel, we will definitely be back."

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

It is strictly forbidden to park or even to stop next to a garage with a "Do not stop" sign in the neighbourhood. There are a few free parking spots in the street and a parking garage about 100m from the property.

CCTV cameras were installed in the common areas. One at the entrance of the building and the others on each floor in the corridor outside the studios.

The heater is below the TV; it is an electric heater, very modern chimney style; there is a remote control to switch it ON/OFF and to manage the temperature. If the window remains open, the heater will shut automatically.

This charming, bright and new accommodation, that's all you need for good rest. Very good location, it's very easy to access Paris and Disneyland. Located on the banks of the river Marne, the town of Neuilly-sur-Marne seduces the walker with its charming banks conducive to strolling. Neuilly-sur-Marne is great for the famous guinguette. There are a lot of green area for walk, sport and even horse riding. Auchan hypermarket is just at 5 mn walk distance. A lot of restaurants.
