- "Everything was great me and my daughter enjoyed our stay " - "We had a great stay at this hotel and the staff were very friendly. We loved the buffet and some of the local restaurants near by. We loved the anemities such as the spa, suana, and steam room. We definitely took advantage after our 2 week adventure in Europe and visitng Disneyland. They didnt really explain the pick up situation for Disneyland. Once we got dropped off they didnt tell us where to meet them again. There was also once incident where we called room service at 930am and when we came back to our room we did not recieve service. I had to call them to let them know. We ended up getting service the next day. Overall, a great experience and the room was amazing. I would recommend and stay again."

- "We just arrived home after a 4 day stay here and we cant fault it. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, and our suite was perfect. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. The hallways look a little shabby in places, wallpaper needs replacing but that's the only minor flaw we can think of. It's an easy 15 minute walk to Disneyland, and the hotel has a free shuttlebus too. We never used the bus, the walk was nice. Huge shopping centre a couple of blocks away so super easy to get groceries for the kitchenette, but nice selection of stores to shop in too. Tons of food outlets there too. - "Please do not let the negative reviews put you off. We arrived on a Monday evening, check in was quick and staff super friendly and helpful. A staff member had a tricky family to the left of us who didn't seem to listen or understand the reception staff and he kindly suggested "I'll show you"...what more do you need. Rooms are a little tired and could do with a redecoration however it was clean and plenty big enough for 2 adults and 3 children with various sleeping options. We had a fridge and kettle too. We went immediately to Disney village for food and a look and came back for a swim 9pm-10pm. The outside area could do with better lighting, coming off the shuttle, it's very dark, don't think there's a single working light. Swimming was fab...although a little cold for me. We had continental breakfast each morning. Had lovely chats with staff seeing how they were. Yes, its chaotic....that's all down to the behaviour of the other guests. We didn't bother with hot option, we don't eat a hot breakfast everyday at home, so yogurt, toast and fruit is fine for me. Kids got stuck into the various cereals and mountains of croissants and pain aux chocolat. We did take some as snacks for the park too. Shuttle bus was fine too. Got to the park or train each morning between 9-10am, got on first time no issue. Be polite, help others out. Same on the way back. Hotel was being cleaned constantly, always someone with a vacuum, cloth or mop. Fab amenities will happily return. "
