Had to go back downstairs to the reception to ask for a new room. That took another 20mins! In the 2nd room, the bed was made but the pillows did not have any pillow cases. Again, I had to go back to the reception. There I asked for them to bring me 2 pillow cases. After dinner outside the ‘hotel’, I came back to the room and found out they dropped a third pillow with pillow case in the room BUT what about the other two pillows? So 3 nights sleep with one pillow. The room is super basic. Don’t be fooled by the pics like me. And oh yes, there is NO airco! When I stayed there it was 32C outside, so it was unbearable at night. They claim to be a hotel but it is certainly not the case. The place is full of students so I felt like I was in a dorm or a hostel. Room has also never been cleaned during my stay of 3 nights. Absolutely not recommended for business travel. Never again. "

Access is via a key drop box which was made arrival and departure simple. There was a good grocery store a short walk away, and a very good restaurant (Le Rialto) in the same location.
