- "Arras is a great location for a short break (two or three days) being only an hours drive from the channel tunnel. It is a great city with lots of history and plenty of good restaurants. The apartment is well located being a 5 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk from the centre on town. There is plenty of free parking is travelling by car. The apartment itself is a perfect size for a couple stopping for a few days. It is modern and well equipped and very well kept. There is everything you need for a short stay. I would definitely recommend Arras and the apartment. "

- "Fantastic location for the Christmas Market. Room slept two adults and two children on the sofa bed. Bathroom had no door, so was difficult in the morning for the teenagers showering in the morning. Friendly staff but didnt respond to any of my emails, even when I did Google translate, tried calling but no answer - we were arriving late and were worried there would be no one there, but thankfully there was. We didnt discover the small fan heater until day two, so the first night was very cold, the second night not much better. But the staff were friendly and it was nice to be so central. We couldnt use the restaurant (even for drinks) as it was fully booked, but it looked very nice. "

- "The c apartment is an easy walk from train station, the owner is responsive to any issues, provides very good instructions on where the entry is, door codes, etc.. the building is on the Place de Heros which is a vibrant social hub with several good restaurants and pubs. The apartment is nicely decorated, beds both comfy, nice. Downsides the stairs going up to top floor are narrow and one section is steep with a substandard rail so if you are lugging a full sized suitcase, you in for a good work out. Care is suggested coming down too as one of our party slipped on steep section’s narrow treads and fell. If living room window open you can really hear the action in the square, especially the cathedral's bells. One cracked floor board noticed in bedroom, and if you are driving, be aware parking nearby can be difficult to find and the roads are mostly one way. We would rent this place again in a heart beat as we dell in love with Arras and area and this great apartment was the icing on the cake"
