Home in the heart of Arras, located behind the belfry. You are a 15-minute walk from the train station and a ten-minute walk from free parking. Located on a quiet street.
If you are lucky and you find a space, parking at the foot of the building is free from 6pm to 8am.
For smokers, a small outdoor courtyard connects the room directly.

The bathroom is in my room but I always make sure not to be in my room when you need access, whether you are in the morning or evening.

You enjoy the kitchen and dining room, you can also eat in your room if you prefer.

Toilets are common.

This trendy spot offers lots of charming details. Located between Arras train station and Arras Nord. Very close to the Parc des Grandes Prairies, 5 minutes' walk. This stylish place is in the heart of Arras, 50 m from the Grand Place. A large bed and a single bed in the mezzanine, quite difficult to access (ladder). Separate shower and toilet. Television, small fridge, kettle and breakfast utensils. The room is in the attic and access to the attic is via a slightly narrow spiral staircase. I am the only occupant of this two-story house, and only the staircase is shared with me.

10 minutes' walk from Arras train station, in a quiet cul-de-sac come and relax by making a hot tub. Couple moment, with friends or to rest after work, you can enjoy a private bathroom and a bedroom. A coffee maker is present, a standing eats with stool as well but there is no kitchen area. Breakfast is not included. The listing is located in a garage. A supplement of €60 to use the hot tub will be required.
