Large bedroom in a 19th century house, which I renovate with love and patience (!). It is located in a quiet and posh neighborhood, 12 minutes from the city center and the famous Grand Place (by public transport).

The bedroom is about 20 sqm with a desk and a sofa. There is a mezzanine floor where the queen size bed is. The bathroom (which I also use) has bath and shower.

The space
I bought a ruin in 2012 and after a year of main works, I moved in with my son. Ever since then, I have been decorating it little by little, trying to give it back its soul.

On the ground floor, my professional space and a small independent studio which is rented.

On the first floor there is a large living room, comprising kitchen, dining area and lounge area. This space is accessible to travelers, especially the kitchen and its accessories! (No microwave!) as well as ... a terrace on sunny days. Travelers are of course welcome on the terrace which overlooks a small wood at the back where it is not uncommon to see squirrels and foxes!

On the second floor, my room and my son's that I rent since he left the nest! Between the two, a small bathroom with shower and bathtub (hair dryer available).

The son's bedroom, yours therefore, is a large attic room with a desk and sofa, and a mezzanine on which the double bed is located.

I also use the bathroom but try to give priority to my guests!

The space
The room and bathroom are only used by the person booking the space. The only shared items are the kitchen area only when they use the washing machine and the dryer.

Welcome to your pied-à-terre during your visits to Brussels. This new apartment located in a booming area allows you to enjoy the attractive places of Brussels (Center, Parvis de Saint-Gilles, European Quarter, Ixelles, Uccle) accessible via public transport. For information, the apartment is located next to the "Union" tram stop (just 4 stops from the Gare du Midi) and a Villo terminal (shared bikes).

During your stay, you have access to your room which contains a double bed with a very comfortable new mattress. The bedroom also contains a closet and enough space to store your clothes.

The house is quiet and clean, so we are looking for hosts who wish to preserve such an environment.

Large bedroom with mezzanine, in a bright and pleasant duplex of 150 m2. The common areas are to be shared with my children (aged 10 and 20), our cat and I (large bathroom with shower and bath, fully equipped kitchen). The apartment is located in Forest, on the border of Saint Gilles, close to the Gare du Midi and the WIELS Museum of Contemporary Art. 15 minutes by transport from the center. Family and living neighborhood, many shops.

The space
Attention the room is in an apartment that is located on the top floor of a 4-story building without elevator, if you have luggage that is too large it is probably not ideal! There is also no ramp on the mezzanine staircase so not suitable for the elderly or children too young... No parking either, sorry! We have a cat, so strongly discouraged for people with allergies or phobics!
