Also, there are not enough supplies. Not even enough cups or spoons for 6 guests. The doors don't close or open, the shower is a mess, the stairs to the second floor are dangerous. There is also no information whatsoever. We had to contact the owner to get the key and then again to get the WLAN password. The contact itself was very nice, so I am a bit sorry, but I just can't recommend to stay here, until its renovated, especially when travelling with children."

Right in the middle of Eindhoven so walking distance to the attractions and restaurants in the area. 15 minute walk to the train station so easy to get to and from the airport and neighbouring cities. Check in was easy. You get a PIN code for the doors. Two floors up above the Bakkertje Bol. Steps are modernized. Wider than some of the other older buildings but still steep. Close to the church so you can hear the church bells ring. On weekends the streets are bustling with people. Lovely automated skylights. The beautiful original wooden beams could be a challenge for someone really tall. Very nice washing machine drier combo if you would like to wash the linen or your clothes."

Since the AC, washer/dryer, microwave/oven, and stove top are modern, it would be helpful to have some instructions posted on how to operate them nearby (I could have missed them in the welcome binder but ended up just looking up manuals online). Being in the center of town it is not quiet - the neighbors coming and going are very loud, and the street noise on the weekend is significant, to the point of waking people up (and I am a deep sleeper). Also, parking options are not very good, and is quite expensive. The main issue is the poor communication. This apartment is being run by a property management company, not an owner. Which is fine, but they treat it like a hotel, charging for "early check-in" (really?), and not making any accommodations. I reached out a couple of times in advance of the reservation looking for clarity on a couple of items and did not get a response. "

We offer you a nice quiet room on the ground floor of our house. You can use our downstairs wc (shared with us) and the room has a sink with hot and cold water. There is NO SHOWER available for you!
We are only a few minutes from the airport, and only 10 to 15 minutes from the city center.

The space
In the neighboorhood there are a few shops/supermarkets and restaurants at walking distance. There is a busstop at 4 minutes, with direct links to the airport as well as the city center. We live in a quiet residential neighboorhood. We ask you to please keep the noise down, especially early in the morning and late at night, and not to disturb the neighbors.

We don't rent out our house. We rent out a room in our home. You have a 20m2 room all for yourself, which you enter through the shared hallway where you can also find the shared wc. The rest of the house is our private living space. We expect you to respect our privacy, as we will respect yours.
There is free WiFi available for you.
YOU HAVE NO SHOWER, only a sink, and the shared wc in the hallway.
Check in is after 5 pm. Usually it is possible to leave your luggage here earlier in the day, ask us if you want that.
Check out is before 10 am. If you want to check out later, ask us if that is possible. We will try to adjust.

During your stay
We (my wife and I) live in this house. We respect your privacy, and ask you to respect ours. As we both have jobs with irregular hours, you will probably hear us leaving the house early, or coming home late. We try to be as quiet as possible, and hope that you will do the same when entering or leaving the house.

Please note that you only have use of a wc and a sink, and NO shower.
Smoking is prohibited in our house, and on the street in front of our house. If you smoke, you can go into the nearby park (50 meters).

i am working everyday so will be at home only in the evenings. weekends vary, sometimes i m away, sometimes at sports competitions. but i will surely try to help wherever i can, to make your staying nice and comfortable. Whether needed just an advice on where to go out in the city, if u will need a lift, helping hand etc

From this perfectly located base, everything is within walking distance. A nice room in a student house. It's simple and cheap, but cozy. The roommates are often absent, but very friendly. There is a bar, and it is often used on weekends. Tom will also have his BBQ on several days per week.(for any questions tom will speak to you).

Well connected by public transport. 12 min walking there's a shopping area with shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. Free parking in front. The room has a double bed, closet, mirror, and desk. From this perfectly located home base everything is within reach. Close to roads, and yet close to the city center. Bus stop around the corner, and supermarket within walking distance. In the house are 7 rooms, part of which are rented out "short stay". The rest of the residents are students.
