The host provide paid airport shuttle service, drive to/ pick up city centre, a tour to Kinderdijk. Please let the host know before , if you need the service. ( we will do it again when the covid back to a bit normal )

Only vegetarian foods are allow to bring home. Can heat up foods with oven and microwave. We have 2 small kids, you may expect some noises. Skinny people might feel more comfortable in the room when you are with two. Extra chair can be arranged. Be aware we have private shower with a good ventilation as the room + shower do not have a window. If u think is a problem, do not book my room.

A small 1p room. Ideal for people who are temporarily working nearby. Metro 5 minutes and downtown a 10-minute walk. From Monday to Saturday 18:30 to 09:00,Thursday from 21:00 to 09:00 free parking or 5 min. or 15 min. walk. Shared bathroom with shower and toilet. Entrance hall with washing machine + tumble dryer (miele), toilet and urinal. Shared garden with canopy 5x5m with BBQ and fridge.1p bed 200x80cm 4 seasons duvet, hanging closet, chest of drawers and 4K TV+chromecast, Hue , Bold lock. Eufy security.

The space
On the 1st floor next to another bedroom opposite the bathroom a small bedroom with a single bed with thick mattress and four seasons duvet both from November 2024. There is a hanging closet with mirror. A chest of drawers with a mirror above and under the bed two large drawers. There are three different sleeping pillows.

The room has an electric Bold lock to operate with a Clicker or smartphone App.

The bathroom is located across the hall. It has a toilet with internal exhaust. A sink with two taps and a double mirrored closet. A chest of drawers and walk-in shower with curtain. Underfloor heating and rain shower with thermostatic tap. Automatic exhaust in the shower room with window.

A built-in closet in the hall with vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron can be used for all guests.

One flight of wooden stairs down with no railing, this space will be (soon/ currently ) being renovated.

A living room with kitchen and dining table for 6 people. An induction hob for 6 pans with exhaust above. Dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave.

A large TV, 82” (210cm) a large leather sofa for 6 to 8 people

A garden approx. 5 x 10 m. with a glass canopy of 5 x 4 m with wooden table to smoke outside.
Everywhere in the bedrooms it is PROHIBITED to smoke only in the garden is allowed smoking with the door closed. In case of violation, the rental agreement will be terminated.

You can use the following parts together and in consultation with the fellow guests:
The hall with washing machine and dryer.
The toilet and urinal.
The kitchen with dining table and appliances
The living area with TV
The garden with canopy and table
The shower with toilet and sink

During your stay
The top floor (attic) there I sleep occasionally, about 1 to 2x a week.

The kitchen and living room is a common area for you and the other guests. I also use these, if possible when the guests are not there as well as the garden.

Other things to note
The house has three bedrooms for guests on the 1st floor, the top floor (attic) there I sleep occasionally, about once a week.

The shower room with toilet is for guests only and you have to share it if there are other guests. I do not use this bathroom.
The kitchen and living room is a common area for you and the other guests. I use it as little as possible, if possible when the guests are not there as well as the garden.
I have a private shower, toilet, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer on the top floor.

The house (toilet / shower) is cleaned once a week in consultation with guests.
If there are any additional requests, this can be asked.

During your stay in this spacious and serene accommodation, you can work well, meet internationals at the kitchen table and take wonderful walks along the meadows or the river.
The room can also be rented for a longer period of time from July 1.

The space
the room is 14m2, has a comfortable single bed, a large desk to work on and a comfortable chair. there is a large built-in wardrobe and a window facing east. This window has blinds, a mosquito screen and curtains. There is access to a large balcony outside the accommodation.

Guest access
The guests may use the large house as a whole. This house, balcony and terraces is shared with a maximum of 4 other (international) residents.

During your stay
i live in another house on the same property and you can always come to me for questions or a cup of coffee. In the house lives Najat, a Moroccan lady who you can also ask for questions. She is the head of housekeeping and speaks Arabic, Spanish and Dutch.

Other things to note
The house is part of a farm, you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, take a look at the animals or buy yogurt and cheese from us. On request, breakfast can be served with own products. This costs €10.
