It is also 50 kilometres away from Duisburg and it takes 35 minutes by car. Koln is just an hour away from Velno. Roermond Outlet Shopping Center is also 35 minutes from Velno by car.

The location of the house is 15 minutes walking distance from the city center. You can reach to the nearest bus stop by 2 minutes walk, the national train station by 20 minutes walk. German border is 5 kilometres from the house by car. There are supermarkets and shopping malls, a hospital, a pharmacist, a park, swimming pool, sports center in walking distance.
The house is a triplex with three guest rooms, a bathroom and a toilet, a kitchen, a living room and a garden. The kitchen, the living room and a toilet are on the first floor. The guest rooms( two with double beds, one with single bed), the bathroom and a toilet are on the second floor. In each room there is a smoke alarm, central heating, a wardrobe. The rooms are cleaned and disinfected incase of covid-19 before and after the arrivals.
In the kitchen, there are all the electrical kitchen devices and all utencils are in use for everyone. All guests are free to have limitless coffee and tea. In the living room there are two sofas and a tv which has a satelite serving all the Asian and Europian channels in every language. There is an active fire place in the living room where you can have relaxing warm hours next to it during winter time.
It is forbidden to smoke inside the house and in the guest rooms. But there is a smoking area in the garden. Pets are not allowed. The neighbourhood is quite safe and there are plenty of parking spaces around and in front of the house.
I can pick you up from the train station when you arrive in town or I can give you a ride and acompany for a city tour only if I am available.

Venlo is on the border of Germany. There are many festivals. It is 60 km from Düsseldorf airport by private car and is 1 h 45 minutes by train. The city of Duisburg, Germany, 50 km, is about 35 min. 1 hour away from the city of Cologne. I can do activities according to the time frame they will arrive with guests. There are markets in our city where you can find Turkish products. The living room, which will be used as a partner, has television with Turkish and other countries.
The house is located a 15-minute walk from the city center and the bus stop is a 2-minute walk away, a 20-minute walk from the intercity train station. The germany border is 5 km by car. My house has 3 floors and a guest room is separated on the second floor. Not suitable for pets, Our street is safe and there is enough parking. There is a separate toilet for our guest who arrives as a stay.

A staircase leads to the large living room and bedroom with queen-size Murphy bed (1.40m wide and 2.0m long), 4 chairs, table, sofa, wardrobe, Smart TV with WIFI function, DVD player and stereo. From the living room and bedroom you reach your own roof terrace, which has a parasol, a table and garden armchairs.

This Bed & Breakfast, or as we call it Bert & Breakfast, has been open since December 2018. A completely newly made B&B in a beautiful setting in Venlo. Wonderfully quiet and green, with a private bedroom, bathroom, dining room and private garden. Fully equipped and with a delicious breakfast every morning with an egg, fresh juice and rolls.

The space
The rooms are located in a house, but all rooms are for private use. Through a common front door, you have access to the rooms, but these are all upstairs in the house, where no one else is. You have access to a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a lovely rain shower and a dining room.

You can always reach me by phone, app or email. I am happy to explain where to go in Venlo. We also have plenty of information booklets that contain everything you need to know exactly where to go.

Other things to note
If no one is present to receive you, you will receive a code from the lockbox as a guest. With this code, you can open the key box and enter the room yourself.

The B&B is located on the first and second floor.
On the ground floor, there is the La-Oya Lounge, which is only available under the supervision of Staff.
Guests with a booked package have access to the Jacuzzi which is located on the roof terrace on the second floor.
Guests will receive a tour of the accommodation at the check-in check-in by our hostess in which, among other things, the emergency exits will be shown. Also, the guest will receive an information package with all necessary information, check-out tips nearby and Balinese arrangements.

We attach a lot of values to quality of life for our guests and interior in our B&B. The carefully selected elements in the B&B are the property of your Host and will be charged to Staying Guest(s) in case of damage or absence.

PLEASE NOTE! Due to the energy and environmental crisis, we use the government guidelines when heating the apartment. The thermostat during the day at 19 degrees and between 11 pm and 6 am 15 degrees. There is air conditioning on both floors that you can control yourself.
